Description

La gaine étant maintenue en place facilite alors l'insertion des câbles de raccordement à l'alimentation externe.
Claims (18)
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) d'une extrémité d'un coffre-tunnel (CT) pour volet roulant, le volet roulant étant destiné à être entraíné en rotation par l'intermédiaire d'un moteur électrique (MOT), le dispositif obturateur (DO) incluant une joue (JO) sensiblement parallèle à ladite extrémité, caractérisé en ce que la joue (JO) comporte au moins un logement (LG) apte à recevoir un bornier (BO) destiné à assurer une liaison électrique entre des câbles de raccordement (CM) au moteur électrique (MOT) internes au coffre-tunnel (CT), d'une part, et des câbles de raccordement (CA) à une alimentation électrique (ALIM) externes au coffre-tunnel (CT), d'autre part.
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il inclut en outre un couvercle (CV), destiné à être fixé sur une face interne de la joue (JO) et en vis-à-vis avec le logement (LG).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon la revendication 2 , caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (CV) est fixé par vissage dans deux plots prévus en diagonale dans le logement.
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la joue (JO) comporte deux logements (LG1 et LG2) disposés de part et d'autre d'un axe de symétrie de la joue (JO).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, la joue (JO) étant réalisée par moulage, elle comporte sur une face interne deux parois sécables délimitant les logements (LG) aptes à recevoir le bornier (BO).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque paroi sécable est disposée dans un tube (TU) à paroi interne circulaire comportant au moins un cran (CR) permettant l'insertion et la retenue d'une gaine destinée à enfermer des câbles de raccordement (CA) à l'alimentation (ALIM) externe au coffre-tunnel (CT).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les logements (LG) comportent respectivement une échancrure (EC) destinée à être chevauchée par une collerette pourvue d'une gorge d'un passe-câble, le passe-câble permettant d'enchâsser et de faire ressortir du logement (LG 1 ou LG2) les câbles de raccordement (CM).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (CV) comporte une échancrure (EC1) permettant de comprimer la gorge de la collerette à l'issue du montage du couvercle (CV) sur le logement (LG1 ou LG2) de manière à pincer ledit passe-câble pour rendre étanche la sortie des câbles de raccordement (CM).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon l'une des revendication 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (CV) est pourvu d'un rebord (RD) comprenant une gorge (GO) permettant de recevoir un joint d'étanchéité apte à atteindre un niveau d'étanchéité requis entre l'intérieur du logement (LG1 ou LG2) et l'intérieur du coffre-tunnel.
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il inclut en outre une gaine de guidage (GA) destinée à être fixée sur une face interne de la joue (JO) et à enfermer les câbles de raccordement (CM).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la gaine de guidage (GA) a une structure symétrique.
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un bomier (BO) est disposé dans un logement (LG), le bornier (BO) comportant une pluralité de connecteurs (CNT1, CNT2), chaque connecteur (CNT1, CNT2) présentant deux orifices de guidage (OGA, OFM) destinés à accueillir des extrémités dénudées (CA1, CM1) de câbles entre lesquelles le connecteur (CNT1, CNT2) assure une liaison électrique.
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que chaque connecteur (CNT1, CNT2) est muni de lamelles de pincement (LM), associées aux orifices de guidage (OGA, OGM) destinées à maintenir les câbles en position par pincement des extrémités dénudées (CA1, CM1), et en ce que chaque connecteur (CNT1, CNT2) est muni de deux orifices de contrôle (OL), chacun associé à un orifice de guidage (OGA, OGM) et autorisant le passage d'un objet (OBJ) destiné à exercer une pression sur la lamelle de pincement (LM) associée à l'orifice de guidage (OGA, OGM) en vue d'introduire ou de libérer un câble inséré dans ledit orifice de guidage (OGA, OGM).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il inclut en outre au moins une pince amovible (PCA) apte à être fixée sur un connecteur (CNT1, CNT2) de sorte qu'une extrémité de ladite pince (PCA) soit alors positionnée dans l'orifice de contrôle et exerce une pression sur la lamelle de pincement (LM).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon l'une des 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que chaque connecteur (CNT1, CNT2) comporte un moyen de fixation (MF) permettant sa fixation contre la face interne du couvercle (CV).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fixation (MF) est de type par clippage et est constitué d'un doigt épaulé (DE) apte à être retenu par un crochet (CH) du couvercle (CV).
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon l'une des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisé en ce que chaque connecteur (CNT1, CNT2) est revêtu d'une couleur spécifique et différente de celle des autres connecteurs.
- Dispositif obturateur (DO) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 17, caractérisé en ce que la joue (JO) comprend en outre un autre logement (LG3) destiné à accueillir un récepteur de signaux électromagnétiques, disposé entre le moteur électrique et le bornier (BO), lequel récepteur est destiné à gérer, en fonction des signaux électromagnétiques reçus, l'alimentation électrique du moteur.
