Claims (23)
- Sieb für Fasersuspensionen mit einer bezüglich einer Siebachse (14) rotationssymmetrischen Form sowie einer ersten und einer zweiten Umfangsseite (16, 18), von denen die eine eine Einlaß- und die andere eine Auslaßseite des Siebs für die Fasersuspension bildet, mit einer Serie von geraden Profilstäben (12), welche sich quer zur Siebumfangsrichtung erstrecken, in Siebumfangsrichtung in Abständen voneinander angeordnet sind sowie zwischen sich schlitzförmige Sieböffnungen (56) gleicher Breite bilden und deren Querschnitte jeweils eine längliche Form mit einem von der zweiten Siebumfangsseite (18) abgekehrten ersten Endbereich (12A) und einem von der ersten Siebumfangsseite (16) abgekehrten zweiten Endbereich (12B) besitzen, sowie mit mehreren in senkrecht zur Siebachse verlaufenden Ebenen liegenden und in Richtung der Siebachse in Abständen voneinander angeordneten ringförmigen Profilstabträgern (10), von denen jeder in seinem von der zweiten Siebumfangsseite (18) abgewandten ersten Randbereich (26) eine Serie von der ersten Siebumfangsseite (16) zu randoffenen Ausschnitten (34) besitzt, deren Form - in Richtung der Siebachse (14) gesehen - der Gestalt der in diesen Ausschnitten liegenden zweiten Querschnittendbereichen (12B) der Profilstäbe (12) entspricht und in radialem Abstand von dem der ersten Siebumfangsseite (16) zugekehrten ersten Rand (26) des Profilstabträgers (10) eine Hinterschneidung (34B) bildet, in welche ein Vorsprung (12C) des Profilstabquerschnitts so eingreift, daß die Profilstäbe (12) mit ihren zweiten Querschnittendbereichen (12B) in bezüglich der Siebachse (14) radialer Richtung sowie in Siebumfangsrichtung formschlüssig in den Profilstabträgerausschnitten (34) gehalten sind, wobei die Profilstäbe (12) mit ihren ersten Querschnittendbereichen (12A) in radialer Richtung vorzugsweise über die ersten Ränder (26) der Profilstabträger (10) überstehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Querschnittendbereich (12B) eines jeden Profilstabs (12) für jeden Profilstabträger (10) eine die in Siebumfangsrichtung gemessene Breite des zweiten Querschnittendbereichs (12B) verringernde Ausnehmung (50) aufweist, wobei die Ausnehmungen eines jeden Profilstabs in den Profilstabträgerabständen entsprechenden Abständen voneinander angeordnet sind und sich im fertiggestellten Sieb außerhalb der Profilstabträger (10) befinden, und daß die Profilstabausnehmungen (50) derart gestaltet sind, daß die mit diesen Ausnehmungen versehenen Bereiche der zweiten Querschnittendbereiche (12B) der Profilstäbe (12) zumindest ohne eine plastische Verformung der Profilstabträger (10) und/oder der Profilstäbe (12) quer zur Längsrichtung des betreffenden Profilstabs in die Profilstabträgerausschnitte (34) einschiebbar sind.
- Sieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilstabausnehmungen (50) derart gestaltet sind, daß die mit diesen Ausnehmungen versehenen Bereiche der Profilstäbe (12) ohne eine Verformung der Profilstabträger (10) und/oder der Profilstäbe (12) quer zur Längsrichtung des betreffenden Profilstabs in die Profilstabträgerausschnitte (34) einschiebbar sind.
- Sieb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im fertiggestellten Sieb alle Profilstabausnehmungen (50) unmittelbar neben den Profilstabträgern (10) angeordnet sind.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Profilstablängsrichtung gemessene Länge der Profilstabausnehmungen (50) mindestens gleich groß ist wie die in Richtung der Siebachse (14) gemessene Dicke der Profilstabträger (10).
- Sieb nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Profilstablängsrichtung gemessene Länge der Profilstabausnehmungen (50) ungefähr gleich groß ist wie die in Richtung der Siebachse (14) gemessene Dicke der Profilstabträger (10).
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem senkrecht zur Siebachse (14) sowie durch die Mitte einer Profilstabausnehmung (50) verlaufenden Schnitt durch einen Profilstab (12) dessen zweiter Querschnittendbereich (12B) durch zwei ungefähr parallel zueinander sowie ungefähr senkrecht zur Siebumfangsrichtung verlaufende Flanken (52, 54) des Profilstabs begrenzt wird.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem senkrecht zur Siebachse (14) sowie durch die Mitte einer Profilstabausnehmung (50) verlaufenden Schnitt durch einen Profilstab (12) die in Siebumfangsrichtung gemessene maximale Breite des zweiten Profilstab-Querschnittendbereichs (12B) ungefähr gleich ist der ebenfalls in Siebumfangsrichtung gemessenen minimalen Breite des Profilstabträgerausschnitts (34).
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilstäbe (12) gezogene Stäbe und die Profilstabausnehmungen (50) gefräst oder geschliffen sind.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilstabträger (10) auf der der zweiten Siebumfangsseite (18) zugewandten Seite der Profilstäbe (12) derart verformte Bereiche (70A, 70B, 72A, 72B) aufweisen, daß infolge einer Verdrängung von Profilstabträgermaterial in Richtung auf die erste Siebumfangsseite (16) die Profilstabvorsprünge (12C) in dieser Richtung gegen die Hinterschneidungen (34B) der Profilstabträgerausschnitte (34) angepreßt sind.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch metallische Profilstäbe (12) und metallische Profilstabträger (10).
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sieb zylindrisch oder konisch ist.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Umfangsseite (16) des Siebs dessen Einlaßseite für die Fasersuspension bildet.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenumfangsseite (16) des Siebs dessen Einlaßseite bildet.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Profilstäbe (12) dieselbe Querschnittsform, alle Profilstabträgerausschnitte (34) dieselbe Gestalt und alle Profilstabausnehmungen (50) dieselbe Form besitzen.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Querschnittendbereiche (12A) der Profilstäbe (12) derart gestaltet sind, daß sie in einer an der Siebeinlaßseite (16) umlaufenden Fasersuspension Mikroturbulenzen erzeugen.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - in Richtung der Siebachse (14) gesehen - die Hinterschneidung (34B) der Profilstabträgerausschnitte (34) auf der der zweiten Siebumfangsseite (18) zugekehrten Seite der von der Hinterschneidung gebildeten Engstelle (34A) des Profilstabträgerausschnitts (34) eine Flanke (34C) bildet, welche gegenüber einer durch diese Engstelle hindurch verlaufenden Durchmesserebene (40) des Siebs um einen solchen spitzen, sich der zweiten Siebumfangsseite (18) zu öffnenden Winkel (α) geneigt ist, daß zwischen dieser Flanke und einer gegen letztere angepreßten Flanke des Profilstabvorsprungs (12C) Selbsthemmung gegeben ist.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Endbereich (12B) des Profilstabquerschnitts ungefähr keulenförmig gestaltet ist.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Endbereich (12A) des Profilstabquerschnitts ungefähr pilzkopfförmig gestaltet ist mit der zweiten Siebumfangsseite (18) zugekehrten Flanken (86, 88), welche mit dem ersten Rand (26) des betreffenden Profilstabträgers (10) zusammenwirkende Anschläge bilden.
- Sieb nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Festigkeit des Profilstabwerkstoffs höher ist als die Festigkeit des Profilstabträgerwerkstoffs.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Siebs nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilstäbe (12) mit ihren mit den Ausnehmungen (50) versehenen Bereichen in zur Profilstablängsrichtung senkrechter Richtung in die Ausschnitte (34) der Profilstabträger (10) eingeschoben und sodann Profilstabträger und Profilstäbe in Profilstablängsrichtung relativ zueinander so verschoben werden, daß die Profilstabausnehmungen (50) außerhalb der Profilstabträger (10) und die zweiten Querschnittendbereiche (12B) der Profilstäbe (12) spielfrei in den Profilstabträgerausschnitten (34) liegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei außerhalb der Profilstabträger (10) liegenden Profilstabausnehmungen (50) die Profilstabträger auf der von den ersten Profilstabträgerrändern (26) abgewandten Seite der Profilstäbe (12) derart plastisch verformt werden, daß infolge einer Verdrängung von Profilstabträgermaterial in Richtung auf die ersten Profilstabträgerränder die Profilstabvorsprünge (12C) in dieser Richtung gegen die von den Profilstabträgerausschnitten (34) gebildeten Hinterschneidungen (34B) angepreßt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilstabträger (10') erst nach dem Einsetzen der Profilstäbe (12) in die Profilstabträgerausschnitte (34) und der Verschiebung von Profilstäben und Profilstabträgern relativ zueinander zu geschlossenen Ringen gebogen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Materialverdrängung bewirkende plastische Verformung der Profilstabträger an den ringförmigen Profilstabträgern (10) vorgenommen wird.
