Definitions
- the invention relates to a sieve for fiber suspensions, and a strainer of the type (so-called strainer basket), such as it is the subject of WO 98/57723 by Hermann Finckh Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. is.
- Such a cylindrical or possibly also conical Sieve with a rotationally symmetrical with respect to a sieve axis Form has several in perpendicular to the sieve axis Plains and in the direction of the sieve axis in Distances from each other arranged annular profiled beam (also called support rings), which on their inner or Outer circumference, usually on the inner circumference, with a wreath are provided by cutouts that are circumferentially spaced arranged from each other and towards this support circumference are open to the edge.
- annular profiled beam also called support rings
- profile bars are designed the same (the distances the support ring cutouts from each other are then all same size) and have a cross-section of elongated shape, the longitudinal direction of the profile bar cross-section with respect the sieve axis is at least approximately radially oriented; it but could also use differently designed profile bars and arranged at such intervals be that the slit-shaped sieve openings all are the same width.
- each profile bar in a cutout of each of the profile bar supports used being in the direction the shape of these sections of the Shape of this cross-sectional end area of the profile bars corresponds and at a radial distance from the open cutout end forms an undercut in which a projection of the Profile cross section engages so that the profile bars in the cutouts of the profile bar supports are held in a form-fitting manner be both radial with respect to the sieve axis Direction, as well as in the circumferential direction of the sieve.
- Profile bar supports In the preparation of such a sieve can be provided with the cutouts Profile bar supports first in the form of straight bars or Rails are present, which after inserting the profile bars bent into the cutouts to form closed support rings the profile bars in the support ring cutouts to be clamped if the cutouts are on that side the profile bar supports are located, which later the inner circumference the support rings forms.
- the straight or ring-shaped profile bar supports can also be plastically deformed, namely on that Side of the profile bars, which from the open ends of the Cutouts are turned away that due to a displacement of Profile support material in the direction of the profile bars whose projections against those formed by the cutouts Pressed undercuts and thereby the profile bars in the support rings are fixed - this measure can both used in the case of ring-shaped profile beam carriers from the outset are, as well as initially straight profile beam, and in the latter case, before or after bending the Profile bar supports for closed support rings.
- the invention was based on the object of a sieve of the genus, as described in WO 98/57723 or in one of the documents in this document publications mentioned (EP-B-0 417 408 and EP-A-0 499 154) to create which is can be installed more easily than these known screens (Strainer baskets) and which basically the possibility automated assembly of the profile bars in or on the Profile beam carriers opened.
- this task can be followed by a sieve Claim 1 or by a manufacturing method according to claim 20 to solve.
- the invention thus relates to a sieve for fiber suspensions with an essentially rotationally symmetrical with respect to a sieve axis Form as well as a first and a second Circumferential side, one of which is an inlet and the other forms an outlet side of the sieve for the fiber suspension, with a series of straight profile bars, which cross each other extend to the wire circumferential direction, in the wire circumferential direction in Distances are arranged as well as between themselves form slit-shaped sieve openings of the same width and their Cross sections each have an elongated shape with one of the second screen peripheral side facing away from the first end region and a second facing away from the first peripheral side of the screen Own end area, as well as with several in perpendicular to Siebachse trending levels and towards the Sieve axes arranged at intervals from each other Profiled beam, each in its own from the second A series of the first edge area facing away from the peripheral side of the screen from the first side of the sieve to open-cut sections possesses, whose shape -
- the invention proposes that the profile bars with their with the recesses areas in the longitudinal direction of the profile bar vertical direction in the cutouts of the profile beam inserted and then profile bar supports and profile bars in Profile bar longitudinal direction so displaced relative to each other be that the profile bar recesses outside the profile bar carrier and the second cross-sectional end regions of the profile bars at least essentially free of play in the profile bar support cutouts lie.
- the invention enables the profile bars to be transverse to it In the longitudinal direction at least almost without resistance in the cutouts insert the profile beam, whereupon the Profile bars and the profile bar supports in the longitudinal direction of the profile bar can be shifted only slightly relative to each other to cut the profile bars in the profile bar support cutouts to secure. Because both processes are proportionate slight movements of the profile bars and / or the profile bar supports can be accomplished without significant The invention allows resistance to be overcome also to automate the assembly of a sieve according to the invention, without fear that it would be proportionate long and thin profile bars and / or the profile bar supports be bent.
- This pressure loads on the one hand stem from the fact that the one to be treated Fiber suspension fed to the pressure sorter under pressure will, also be in the fiber suspension, the peripheral wall adjacent to the sieve, by elements provided on the rotor generates positive and negative pressure surges, and these pressure changes the screen wall are the bigger the bigger the so-called consistency of the fiber suspension is (under the Material density is understood to mean the solids content of the fiber suspension, which of fibers as well as of where appropriate Fiber suspension containing impurities is formed). Due to these pressure loads, the profile bars are between the profile beam supports are subjected to bending.
- the profile bars are at least essentially resistant have them inserted into the profile bar support cutouts, it is recommended that the measured in the longitudinal direction of the profile Length of the profile bar recesses is the same size or slightly larger than that measured in the direction of the sieve axis Thickness of the profile beam.
- each Profile bar recess in a side view of the relevant Profile bars in the longitudinal direction of the profile bar without edges in the the recess passes adjacent profile rod areas; in particular follows the actual profile bar recess (in the longitudinal direction of the profile bar) on both sides a concave recess end area to create a smooth and continuous transition of the recess into the neighboring ones to ensure unimpaired areas of the profile bar.
- Such embodiments become one in the longitudinal direction of the profile bar measured length of the actual profile bar recess (without the mentioned recess end areas) advantageously the same size as that in the direction of Sieve axis measured thickness of the profile beam.
- Figures 1 and 2 show that this as a strainer basket designed sieve according to the invention from several profile bar supports in the form of support rings 10 and from a series of Profile bars 12, the latter parallel to one Sieve axis 14 and the support rings 10 in to the sieve axis vertical planes lie at equal distances from each other are arranged.
- the profile bars 12 designed and arranged so that the inlet side 16 of the Siebs for the fiber suspension to be sorted on the inner circumference of the strainer and the outlet side 18 for the strainer permeable fiber suspension on the outer circumference of the screen basket lies.
- Each of the in particular trained identically Support rings 10 have a cross section in the form of a flat Rectangle and has an upper flat side 20, a lower one Flat side 22, an outer edge 24 and an inner edge 26.
- Fig. 3 shows a short section of a still straight Profile bar support 10 ', which later by bending and for example Welding its ends together into a closed one Support ring 10 is to be reshaped.
- the inner edge 26 of the support ring 10 corresponding first edge of the profile bar carrier 10 'was designated 26', the outer edge 24 of the support ring 10 corresponding second edge of the profile bar carrier 10 'with 24', and the upper flat side visible in FIG. 3 the profile bar support 10 'was designated 20'.
- For each profile bar 12 has the profile bar support 10 'a cutout 34, in which a profile rod 12 in the longitudinal direction of the Profile bar support 10 'and in the longitudinal direction vertical and lying in the plane of Fig.
- each of the cutouts 34 is designed according to the invention such that the cutout 34 has a constriction 34A between which and that facing the second edge 24 'of the profile bar support 10' End of section 34 the latter an undercut 348 forms, in the area of which the edge of the cutout 34 has an approximately straight edge 34C which is in line with an in Fig. 3 designated 40, perpendicular to the plane of the drawing Fig. 3 extending plane forms an acute angle ⁇ , the towards the second edge 24 'of the profile bar support 10 'opens.
- a closed support ring 10 forms plane 40 a diameter plane of the strainer basket.
- the second cross-sectional end region 12B of the profile bars 12 forms a protrusion 12C that fits into the undercut 34B of the associated cutout 34 engages so that before the deformation of the profile bar support 10 ', the profile bars 12 not (according to FIG. 3) upwards from the cutouts 34 let it pull out.
- each profile rod 12 lies with that part of it Outer circumference, which has its first cross-sectional end region 12A limited, against the first edge 26 'of the profile bar support 10' so that the profile bars 12 relative to the profile bar supports 10 'also do not move downwards (according to FIG. 3) to let.
- the recesses 50 are designed so that the second cross-sectional end regions 12B 3 from above into the cutouts 34 can be inserted without the profile rods and / or Profile bar support 10 'or the support rings 10 worth mentioning be deformed elastically or even plastically; to this end the recesses 50 are designed so that they are their largest Depth over such a measured in the longitudinal direction of the profile bar Have length, which is the same in the direction of the sieve axis 14 measured thickness of the support rings 10.
- the profile bars 12 For attaching the profile bars 12 to the profile bar supports 10 ' or the support rings 10 are first the profile bars their areas weakened by the recesses 50 in the Cutouts 34 inserted (according to FIG. 3 from above), so that the second cross-sectional end regions 12B of the profile bars in FIGS Cutouts 34 come to rest on which the profile bars compared to the profile bar supports or the support rings in Profile bar longitudinal direction are moved so that the recesses 50 directly next to the profile beam or Support rings lie, as shown in Figures 6 and 7 - the unattenuated second cross-sectional end regions 12B of FIG Profile bars 12 are then positively in the cutouts 34 held, you may still see one at first existing, indicated in Fig. 3 minor game between the profile bars and the profile bar supports or Tragring off.
- Figures 3 and 6 also leave the slit-shaped screen openings 56 recognize which then between the mushroom-like first cross-sectional end regions 12A of the profiled bars 12 lie in the longitudinal direction of the profile bars 12 or in Extend in the direction of the sieve axis 14 through the profile rod carrier 10 'or the support rings 10 are interrupted, all run parallel to each other and are all the same width (in Longitudinal direction of the profile bar support 10 'or in the circumferential direction of the support rings 10 measured).
- the narrow one indicated in FIG. 3 can be used Gap between the edge 34C of the cutouts 34 and the projection 12C of the profile bars 12 thereby closed and eliminated be that the initially straight profile beam 10 'formed into annular support rings 10, in such a way that the profile bars 12 lie on the inner circumference of the support rings 10.
- clamping the Profile bars 12 in the cutouts 34 but also effected in this way are as described and shown in WO 98/57723 and as in the preferred embodiment of the sieve according to the invention should be the case. This approach will now be described with reference to Figures 8 to 10 become.
- against the profile bar support shown in Figures 8 to 10 10 '(possibly against a support ring 10) is from above an upper pressure roller 60 and a lower pressure roller from below 62 pressed (see Fig. 10), which to each other and to the Flat sides of the section bar support 10 'parallel axes 60' or 62 'are freely rotatable; these axes also run perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the section bar support 10 'or radial to the sieve axis 14.
- the pressure rollers 60 and 62 are under control or regulation of the pressure with which they according 10 in the vertical direction against the profile bar support 10 ' or the support ring 10 are pressed on all profile bars 12 passed along the profile bar support 10 'or around led around the support ring 10 and thus generate with their in 10 recognizable displacement ribs 60A and 62A on the upper and lower flat side of the profile beam 10 'or the support ring 10 in the immediate vicinity of Profile bars 12 each have a groove 70A and 70B and as a result 10 recognizable design of the Profiles of the displacement ribs 60A and 62A one against the Profile bars 12 raised bead 72A or 72B, so that by this material displacement slightly according to the profile bars 12 Fig.
- the angle ⁇ recognizable in FIG. 3 is expedient dimensioned such that after the deformation according to the invention between the flanks 34C and the flanks pressed against them the profile bar projections 12C self-locking is given.
- FIG. 8 represents a section of FIG. 2 and do not show a profile bar support 10 ', but the Support ring 10, you can see that the profile bars 12 also after Forming of the profile bar carrier 10 'in closed support rings 10 form slot-shaped screen openings 56 between them, which run parallel to the sieve axis 14 and through the Support rings 10 are interrupted. Via these screen openings 56 communicates the sieve inlet side 16 with the sieve outlet side 18th
- the profile bars are in the first cross-sectional end regions 12A 12 on the sieve inlet side 16 with inclined faces Flanks 82 and 84 and provided with rear flanks 86 and 88; the latter form stops with which the profile bars 12 rest against the first edge 26 of the support rings 10 (see Fig. 8).
- the inclined flanks 82 provided on the end face and 84 form a point with the plane 40 indicated in FIG. 3 Angles that can be the same size or different.
- the first cross-sectional areas create fiber suspension 12A of the profile bars 12 in the fiber suspension to be sorted Microturbulence, especially with their inclined flanks 82 and 84. These microturbulences act the formation of an appreciable nonwoven fabric on the sieve inlet side 16 and a blockage of the screen openings 56 opposite.
- the profile bars 12 are preferably made of drawn metallic Made of profile bars or extruded plastic profiles, in which the recesses 50 z. B. by milling or grinding. Even the profile bar supports or support rings are preferably made of metal, though basically plastic parts are also possible.
- the profile bars be made of one material higher strength than the strength of the material To produce support rings or profile rod carriers, especially if the support rings or profile rod supports to determine the Profile bars must be deformed.
- a typical strainer basket according to the invention points in the direction the sieve axis 14 has a length of 40 to 200 cm and profile bars, whose cross-section has a length of about 6 to 8 mm and has a maximum width of about 2.5 to 4 mm, and the slot-shaped screen openings delimited by the profile bars - measured in the circumferential direction of the sieve - have a clear Slot width from approx. 0.1 mm to approx. 1 mm, in particular from approx. 0.1 to approx. 0.2 mm with a tolerance of the slot width of preferably only 0.01 mm.
- the direction of the sieve axis 14 measured thickness of the support rings 10 is of the order of magnitude from 4 to 5 mm. From these dimensional relationships and tolerances will show how problematic it would be the profile bars in the profile bar longitudinal direction in the cutouts insert the support rings or profile rod supports without the thin profile bars are bent.
