Abstract

Luftspinnvorrichtung mit einer Auflöseeinrichtung zum Auflösen von Faserbändern bis zu Einzelfasern, die eine Zuführeinrichtung und eine Auflösewalze (5) umfaßt. Eine perforierte Abnahmewalze (12) übernimmt die Fasern von der Auflösewalze (5) in ihrer Ausrichtung in Umlaufrichtung. Ein Transportband (15) transportiert die Fasern von der Abnahmewalze (12) zu einer Klemmstelle mit nachfolgender Luftdralldüse (20) zur Bildung eines Garns. Das Transportband ist achsparallel zur Abnahmewalze (12) angeordnet, wobei der geringste Abstand des Transportbandes (15) zur Abnahmewalze (12) so gewählt ist, daß die auf der Abnahmewalze (12) herantransportierten Fasern vom Transportband (15) über mechanischen Kontakt aufgenommen werden und daß das Transportband (15) so angetrieben ist, daß es die Fasern um ca. 90 Grad umlenkt und zur Kämmstelle transportiert. Die erfindungsgemäße Luftspinnvorrichtung (1) erlaubt die Bildung eines für das Luftspinnverfahren gut geeigneten Faserverbandes und eine wirtschaftliche Durchführung des Verfahrens.

The conveyor belt is arranged axially parallel to the removal roller (12), the smallest distance between the conveyor belt (15) and the removal roller (12) being selected such that the fibers transported on the removal roller (12) are picked up by the conveyor belt (15) via mechanical contact and that the conveyor belt (15) is driven so that it deflects the fibers by about 90 degrees and transported to the combing point. The air spinning device (1) according to the invention allows the formation of a fiber structure which is well suited for the air spinning process and the method can be carried out economically.
