Claims (11)

  1. Emballage pour l'emballage sous vide de produits, tels que des cigares, comprenant:
    - un récipient en fer blanc avec une extrémité ouverte pour contenir les produits;
    - un anneau (2, 24, 33, 41, 46, 57, 58, 59) qui est inséré dans et relié au récipient;
    - un couvercle en fer blanc qui est relié au récipient par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière et qui ferme l'extrémité ouverte du récipient;

    caractérisé en ce que des moyens de scellage (9, 10, 26, 34, 38) pour le scellage étanche à l'air du récipient et l'extérieur comprend des moyens de scellage (9, 10, 26, 34, 38) pour le scellage étanche à l'air du récipient dans lequel l'anneau a une feuille de scellage (7, 25, 35, 47) pour sceller un côté ouvert de l'anneau.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la charnière est formée à partir d'une partie pliée vers l'extérieur d'une paroi de récipient et une partie du couvercle.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les moyens de scellage (38) recouvrent l'ouverture formée par la partie pliée vers l'extérieur d'une paroi de récipient.
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les moyens de scellage comprennent une feuille adhésive (38).
  5. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens de scellage comprennent un produit d'étanchéité (10) agencé entre une paroi de récipient et l'anneau.
  6. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'anneau a un premier bord s'étendant par-dessus l'extrémité ouverte du récipient.
  7. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'anneau a un second bord s'étendant de façon radiale vers l'extérieur jusqu'à la paroi de récipient.
  8. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie de paroi périphérique de l'anneau et la paroi de récipient ont une forme conique de sorte que les deux parties se logent l'une dans l'autre de façon verrouillée.
  9. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel à la fois la paroi de récipient et la partie de paroi périphérique de l'anneau comprennent un évidement de sorte que les deux évidements se logent l'un dans l'autre de façon verrouillée.
  10. Procédé pour remplir et assembler un emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à:
    - fournir un anneau avec une feuille scellant un premier côté ouvert;
    - positionner l'anneau avec un second côté ouvert dirigé vers le haut;
    - placer les produits dans l'anneau;
    - fournir un récipient avec une extrémité ouverte; et
    - placer le récipient par-dessus l'anneau.
  11. Procédé pour remplir et assembler un emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 9, comprenant les étapes consistant à:
    - fournir un récipient avec une extrémité ouverte;
    - placer des produits dans le récipient;
    - fournir un anneau avec une feuille de scellage qui scelle un premier côté ouvert;
    - placer l'anneau dans le récipient de sorte que les produits se logent à l'intérieur de l'anneau.
