- a dispensing device of the type described in the introduction, and according to the preamble of claim 1, is from GB-A-982 573.
- Dispensing systems of this type are used at parties and events, but also in the gastromonie as a mobile complete dispensing system for professional dispensing under gas pressure of generally chilled drinks.
- the dispensing under gas pressure has the great advantage of the considerably longer shelf life of the drinks in the container compared to the open, unpressurized outlet from the container with atmospheric oxygen. Some drinks can only be dispensed with gas pressure.
- Such dispensing facilities have; a volume of the beverage container from about 5-20 l, and the total volume including gas space can be about 6-30 l be.
- a serving device which enables serving under gas pressure.
- This device works with a wholly or partially arranged in or outside of the beverage container high-pressure gas bottle to which a pressure regulator is attached directly.
- This regulator is permanently set to the correct pressure of the filled beverage, e.g. 0.8 bar for wine with nitrogen and 2.1 bar for wheat beer with CO 2 .
- the working pressure is permanently set to prevent manipulation of the regulator by the consumer.
- Different cartridges and regulators must also be used due to the type of gas (e.g. N 2 or CO 2 ).
- the respective container type can only be used for one type of beverage.
- the container is completely foamed in plastic. This makes cooling the content very difficult or takes a long time.
- Another design of a bar with large beer barrels from 40-50 I Beverage content (presented by Alumasc / GB at the drinktec trade fair 1989 in Kunststoff) provides a bulbous aluminum barrel. This consists of two equal halves, welded in the middle, with the top Half a bell-shaped partition of almost the same height as a barrel half welded in via a second weld seam to form a pressurized gas space is.
- the partition and the upper half are welded to a centrally arranged barrel sleeve.
- the barrel sleeve accommodates a combined beverage and gas valve in a known manner.
- the compressed gas chamber is equipped with a gas connection coupling piece, from which a gas line leads via a pressure regulator to a tap head, which is placed on the combined valve.
- This dispensing device also has the major disadvantage that the beverage in the barrel is difficult to cool because the available cooling surface consists practically only of the lower half of the barrel.
- the gas space begins just above the center seam.
- a particular disadvantage is the bulbous shape shown with additional rolling beads, which prevent effective application of usually ring-shaped cylindrical cold pack sleeves.
- the round design has the further disadvantage that the barrel requires additional holding means to prevent it from rolling away, for example when the car is lying flat.
- the assembly of the dispensing device consisting of a barrel and the individual parts of the dispensing device requires a relatively large amount of effort and extensive expertise.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a generic beverage dispensing device without creating the disadvantages mentioned.
- the upper part of the container has almost the same axial length as the partition, which is smaller than the axial length of the lower part of the container and the three edges with almost same diameter of the upper part and lower part and the partition are connected to each other in a common weld and both Container parts are equipped with safety burst points and at least the outer diameter of the head ring at no point the outer diameter of the Container, with the head ring having a first fitting point, over which the dispensing head with integrated pressure regulator is only in the exact position of the gas valve is positioned, and has a second fitting point over which the head ring is only positioned precisely on the gas valve.
- the second passport leaves this is preferably a vertical pair of ribs on the inside of the Form head ring.
- a beverage dispensing device can thus be reached their major improvements in functions, use, Security and the cost in combining the features of a fast optimal Temperature control / cooling, a changing use of the container for different types of drinks with automatable logistics support and an optimized design and equipment of the container parts and the manufacturing process and measures for simple error-free operation exist.
- the beverage can be stored both in the refrigerator as well with cooling jackets or in a standing cooler, because it cools very well the available cooling area compared to the container content compared to the known Containers of beverage dispensing equipment is significantly enlarged and by direct contact of the cooling jacket with the beverage container wall Heat transfer is maximized.
- the gas space is further through the approximation of its Ring shape cross section to a circular shape optimized by printing technology and thereby the material requirement for the partition wall is reduced.
- the foot ring usually does not exceed the container diameter either, which additionally requires space, e.g. on transport pallets, is minimized because the container diameter is a whole partial measure of at least length or width is a pallet.
- the container can be used for different types of drinks and gas pressures. This is particularly important due to the fact that the Containers cost several times the price of the dispensing head and usually per Dispenser / dispenser head several containers are in circulation as empties and full goods.
- the foot ring is square Floor space with the side length "W" equal to the container diameter equipped, the thereby partially conical corners of the foot ring are rounded off with a radius "R".
- This training of the foot ring and the floor space prevents the lying container from rolling when Transport e.g. in the car trunk.
- the cooling jacket sits on the Partial conical surfaces of the corners of the foot ring.
- the management and transport logistics of the containers is carried out according to the invention Human and machine-readable labeling as well as the concealed arrangement of a transponder (e.g. RF technology) in the head ring. Further Features and advantages of the invention result from the other dependent ones Claims.

In
From EP 0 422 085 a serving device has become known which enables serving under gas pressure. This device works with a wholly or partially arranged in or outside of the beverage container high-pressure gas bottle to which a pressure regulator is attached directly. This regulator is permanently set to the correct pressure of the filled beverage, e.g. 0.8 bar for wine with nitrogen and 2.1 bar for wheat beer with CO 2 .
The working pressure is permanently set to prevent manipulation of the regulator by the consumer. Different cartridges and regulators must also be used due to the type of gas (e.g. N 2 or CO 2 ). As a result, the respective container type can only be used for one type of beverage. In one variant, the container is completely foamed in plastic. This makes cooling the content very difficult or takes a long time.
Another design of a bar with large beer barrels from 40-50 I Beverage content (presented by Alumasc / GB at the drinktec trade fair 1989 in Munich) provides a bulbous aluminum barrel. This consists of two equal halves, welded in the middle, with the top Half a bell-shaped partition of almost the same height as a barrel half welded in via a second weld seam to form a pressurized gas space is.
The partition and the upper half are welded to a centrally arranged barrel sleeve. The barrel sleeve accommodates a combined beverage and gas valve in a known manner. The compressed gas chamber is equipped with a gas connection coupling piece, from which a gas line leads via a pressure regulator to a tap head, which is placed on the combined valve.
This dispensing device also has the major disadvantage that the beverage in the barrel is difficult to cool because the available cooling surface consists practically only of the lower half of the barrel. The gas space begins just above the center seam. A particular disadvantage is the bulbous shape shown with additional rolling beads, which prevent effective application of usually ring-shaped cylindrical cold pack sleeves. The round design has the further disadvantage that the barrel requires additional holding means to prevent it from rolling away, for example when the car is lying flat. The assembly of the dispensing device consisting of a barrel and the individual parts of the dispensing device requires a relatively large amount of effort and extensive expertise.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a generic beverage dispensing device without creating the disadvantages mentioned.
This object is achieved with the invention in that the upper part of the container has almost the same axial length as the partition, which is smaller than the axial length of the lower part of the container and the three edges with almost same diameter of the upper part and lower part and the partition are connected to each other in a common weld and both Container parts are equipped with safety burst points and at least the outer diameter of the head ring at no point the outer diameter of the Container, with the head ring having a first fitting point, over which the dispensing head with integrated pressure regulator is only in the exact position of the gas valve is positioned, and has a second fitting point over which the head ring is only positioned precisely on the gas valve. The second passport leaves this is preferably a vertical pair of ribs on the inside of the Form head ring. A beverage dispensing device can thus be reached their major improvements in functions, use, Security and the cost in combining the features of a fast optimal Temperature control / cooling, a changing use of the container for different types of drinks with automatable logistics support and an optimized design and equipment of the container parts and the manufacturing process and measures for simple error-free operation exist.
With this beverage dispenser, the beverage can be stored both in the refrigerator as well with cooling jackets or in a standing cooler, because it cools very well the available cooling area compared to the container content compared to the known Containers of beverage dispensing equipment is significantly enlarged and by direct contact of the cooling jacket with the beverage container wall Heat transfer is maximized. The gas space is further through the approximation of its Ring shape cross section to a circular shape optimized by printing technology and thereby the material requirement for the partition wall is reduced.
Furthermore, manufacturing costs are simultaneously due to the joining of the two Halves of the container and the partition wall are significantly reduced in just one weld seam, with additional manufacturing problems due to the deformation of the upper half avoided in the case of a separate weld with the partition become. The fact that at least the connecting ring of the head ring on none If the outer diameter of the container protrudes, one can also be frozen Condition of relatively stiff cylindrical annular cooling jacket for good Heat transfer close to the container jacket from above via the container be pushed.
The foot ring usually does not exceed the container diameter either, which additionally requires space, e.g. on transport pallets, is minimized because the container diameter is a whole partial measure of at least length or width is a pallet.
Great importance when using the beverage dispensing device according to the invention has the functional use of the individual parts and Details of the facility even by inexperienced people. That is why it must be ensured be that e.g. the dispensing head only in one, the correct position can be put on, the connection of the gas valve with the combined Ensures the beverage and gas valve on the beverage part. There is one in the head ring first fitting point to the tap head and another fitting point from the head ring to the Gas valve arranged. As a result, there is no twisting of the head ring on the Incorrect placement and opening of the dispensing head possible.
Because of the dispensing head according to the invention with the directly firmly integrated On the one hand, pressure regulators do not require any further handling when used, on the other hand, the container can be used for different types of drinks and gas pressures. This is particularly important due to the fact that the Containers cost several times the price of the dispensing head and usually per Dispenser / dispenser head several containers are in circulation as empties and full goods.
To the dangers of bursting due to improper overpressure due to improper use Treatment e.g. when filling both in the beverage part and in the gas space and thus to avoid personal injury are advantageous in the bottom and lid of the two container subspaces provided for safety bursting points.
In a further development of the invention, the foot ring is square Floor space with the side length "W" equal to the container diameter equipped, the thereby partially conical corners of the foot ring are rounded off with a radius "R". This training of the foot ring and the floor space prevents the lying container from rolling when Transport e.g. in the car trunk. In addition, the cooling jacket sits on the Partial conical surfaces of the corners of the foot ring.
The management and transport logistics of the containers is carried out according to the invention Human and machine-readable labeling as well as the concealed arrangement of a transponder (e.g. RF technology) in the head ring. Further Features and advantages of the invention result from the other dependent ones Claims.
