Claims (15)
- Reinigungsvorrichtung, aufweisend:eine Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12), die eine Bürste (20) hat, die eine Oberfläche eines zu reinigenden Körpers (2) kontaktiert, wobei die Bürste (20) die Oberfläche wegen eines Gewichtes der Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12) kontaktiert und sich durch das Folgen einer Bewegung der Oberfläche dreht;eine Flicker- bzw. Flimmereinrichtung (18-1; 23; 26), die eine Spitze bzw. einen Kopf der Bürste (20) kontaktiert, um dadurch Toner zu entfernen, der auf der Spitze bzw. dem Kopf abgelagert ist;ein Gehäuse (25; 27); undeine Kammer (25-1; 27-1), die in dem Gehäuse (25, 27) gebildet ist und konfiguriert ist, um den Toner zu lagern bzw. zu speichern, der durch die Flicker- bzw. Flimmereinrichtung (18-1; 23; 26) entfernt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ferner ein Paar von Lagerabschnitten (21; 25-2) aufweist, die von dem Gehäuse (25; 27) vorstehen, wobei die Lagerabschnitte (21; 25-2) Führungsschlitze bzw. Führungsnuten (22) haben und entgegengesetzte Enden der Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12) drehbar in den Führungsschlitzen bzw. Führungsnuten (22) aufgenommen werden, wobei die Enden der Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12) gleitbar entlang der Führungsschlitze bzw. Führungsnuten (22) sind, sodass die Bürste (20) die Oberfläche des Körpers (2) wegen dem Gewicht der Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12) kontaktiert.
- Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, wobei die Bürste Filamente hat, die eine Länge von 2 mm oder niedriger haben.
- Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 oder 2 beansprucht, wobei die Filamente eine lineare bzw. längenbezogene Massendichte von 2 Denier oder niedriger und eine Dichte von 20.000 Filamenten/cm2 oder mehr haben.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 beansprucht, wobei die Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12) ein Gewicht von 50 g oder mehr, jedoch 200 g oder weniger hat.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 beansprucht, wobei die Filamente Basisabschnitte davon haben, die an einem Kern (19) der Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12) angebracht bzw. befestigt sind, und zwar durch elektrostatische Implantation.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 beansprucht, wobei der zu reinigende Körper oder das zu reinigende Glied einen zylindrischen drehbaren Körper (2) aufweist, und die Bürste (20) eine Oberfläche des drehbaren Körpers (2) an einer Position oberhalb einer horizontalen Ebene kontaktiert, die eine Achse des drehbaren Körpers (2) enthält.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 beansprucht, wobei der zu reinigende Körper oder das zu reinigende Glied eine Laderolle bzw. Ladewalze (2) aufweist, die einem Bildträger (1) zum Laden des Bildträgers (1) zugewandt ist.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 beansprucht, wobei die Flicker- bzw. Flimmereinrichtung (18-1; 23) eine Rippe aufweist, die sich von einer inneren Oberfläche des Gehäuses (13) in das Gehäuse (13) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 beansprucht, wobei die Flicker- bzw. Flimmereinrichtung (18-1; 23) eine Länge in einer axialen Richtung der Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12) hat, die geringfügig größer als eine Breite bzw. Weite der Bürste ist.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 beansprucht, wobei die Flicker- bzw. Flimmereinrichtung zusätzlich zu einer Rippe (18-2), die sich von einer inneren Oberfläche des Gehäuses (13) in das Gehäuse (13) erstreckt, ein Mylar®-Blatt (23) aufweist, das an der Rippe (18-2) angeklebt bzw. angeheftet ist und die Spitze bzw. den Kopf der Bürste (20) kontaktiert.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 beansprucht, wobei das Gehäuse (13) mit einer Öffnung an seiner Seite gebildet ist, die der Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12) zugewandt ist, wobei die Flicker- bzw. Flimmereinrichtung an einer unteren Kante bzw. Rand der Öffnung angeheftet bzw. angeklebt ist.
- Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 11 beansprucht, wobei die Bürstenrolle bzw. Bürstenwalze (12), die Flicker- bzw. Flimmereinrichtung (18-1; 23; 26) und das Gehäuse (13; 25; 27) mit den Lagerabschnitten (21; 25-2) in einer Reinigungseinheit eingebaut bzw. eingerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 beansprucht, wobei die Reinigungseinheit entfernbar an einer Prozesskartusche bzw. Prozesskassette angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 beansprucht, wobei die Flicker- bzw. Flimmereinrichtung (18-1; 23) flach ist.
- Vorrichtung wie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 beansprucht, wobei die Flicker- bzw. Flimmereinrichtung eine drehbare Schraube bzw. Schnecke (26) aufweist, die eine Länge hat, die geringfügig größer als eine Breite bzw. Weite der Bürste (20) ist.
