Abstract

Die Vorrichtung weist einen Stator (17) mit Zahnkränzen (20) und einen Rotor (13) mit Zähnen (29) auf, die mit den Zähnen (28) des Stators (17) zusammengreifen. Zwischen Arme (27) des Rotors (13) ragt ein Leittrichter (34), der den von oben her nachrückenden Materialstrom auf den Mittenbereich des Behälters (10) konzentriert. Die Außenfläche (37) des Leittrichters (34) begrenzt einen den Materialfluss drosselnden Ringspalt (38)..An dem Rotor (13) ist eine Zufuhrschnecke (42) angebracht, die in Richtung auf den Arbeitsbereich der Vorrichtung fördert. Der Leittrichter (34) hält das Produkt im Wirkbereich der Vorrichtung und die Zufuhrschnecke (42) erzeugt einen erhöhten Materialdruck im Zentrum.
