Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a switch lock for an electrical switching device according to the Preamble of claim 1.
Electrical switching devices have u. a. a contact point arrangement with a fixed and a movable contact piece arrangement, a thermal and / or an electromagnetic release and a key switch, on the one hand with the or the triggers and on the other hand together with the movable contact piece arrangement acts. In the event of a trip, a ratchet mechanism is released from the trigger unlatches, and the contact opening usually takes place via a toggle lever system, which in Connection with further levers and tabs on the movement of the key switch transfers the contact pieces and opens them permanently. The toggle system is through an actuating element via a translatory movement (push button), via a Rotating or tilting movement (rotary knob, shift lever) moves and into an over-center position brought. This movement of the toggle system, which is usually An energy store is tensioned via the clinker mechanism. This pawl mechanism acts on transmission parts and thus on the contact point arrangement. When it is switched on, it is closed via the key switch and opened when switched off. The latch mechanism is triggered unlatched by overriding the support of a jack so that the toggle lever system can collapse. The key switch acts on the collapse of the toggle lever system due to the spring force in an opening manner. When the actuator is automatically returned to the original position (Off position) the clinker mechanism is activated again, so that the Switch lock can be switched on again. The key switch can hold trigger the actuator in the on position unaffected. With contact welding the actuator must not get into the out position and the operator show a contact opening.
A switch lock with rotary drive is known from EP 0 612 089 A2. Via the control panel is a deflection of the axis of rotation via two rotatably mounted parts with bevel gear reached by 90 °. The second swiveling part with bevel gear contains a banana-shaped one Recess that moves the toggle. By supporting the The energy accumulator becomes a toggle lever on a pawl when the key switch is switched on tensioned with two compression springs and via a lever mechanism with contact carrier part the contact apparatus is closed or the device is switched on. When switching off the switching mechanism is released from the switching mechanism via a sliding mechanism, so that the opening of the contact point arrangement or switching off suddenly he follows.
With this arrangement, there are a large number of parts, so that the manufacturing cost are high. There is also a 90 ° deflection twice to close the contact or contact opening. Because when you turn it off The key switch is released via a sliding mechanism, the load on the latching point, which consists of a metal / plastic combination (change from On / Off), large and so-called snapping can occur early.
From DE 42 01 026 A1 a switch lock has become known, which both can be switched on by pressing a button or via a rotary actuator. The Switch lock is switched on via a rocker, which is a lever of the knee lever system is. This rocker is switched on by a button and by another Key to switch the key switch moved. The rocker is used for the rotary drive by turning the axis of rotation by 90 ° using additional parts. By the movement of the toggle lever system beyond a dead center position tensions this Toggle lever system via a transmission lever the energy accumulator, which via an additional lever acts on the plunger and closes the contact pieces. Switching off takes place not erratic because there is no snap mechanism for the switch-off process is. The speed of the contact opening is therefore slowed down and as a result due to the longer exposure to arcing, the erosion of the contact pieces increases.
The object of the invention is to provide a switch lock of the type mentioned, in which the number of parts is reduced compared to the known arrangements and also the mechanical load and thus the wear of the Switch lock can be reduced. In addition, the arrangement is said to be a snap mechanism act especially when switching off, so that switching off erratic he follows.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, the switch lock has a first lever on its one End rotatably mounted, a second lever with one end the other end of the second lever is rotatably connected and part of the latching point forms, with both levers approximately parallel to each other and approximately perpendicular to the direction of force of the trigger, and the other end in the area of fixed bearing of the first lever is mounted on a bracket, and a third lever, which is rotatably mounted at one end and the other End forms the other part of the latching point. Furthermore, is according to the invention a toggle lever arrangement of an intermediate lever articulated on the third lever and a tab, the free end of which is guided linearly and with the movable part of the contact point is coupled, the linear guide approximately perpendicular to the direction of force of the Trigger runs, provided.
The main advantage of this arrangement is that the number of parts reduced and the wear of the individual parts is also reduced, so that the risk of so-called snap-through no longer exists.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, an interlocking point and the trigger can be provided with a rotatably mounted connecting element, that in the locked state the first and thus the second lever in the latching point holds and when triggered the second lever to open the latch releases.
The connecting element can be permanently held in the direction of retention by means of a spring be charged.
According to a further embodiment, there is a holding surface on the connecting element molded on, which cooperates with a support surface on the first lever in the switched-on position, when released, however, comes free from the support surface and releases the first lever.
It is also provided that the other end of the second lever with his one end articulated bracket at its other end resilient against a stop is pressed and thus a movable fulcrum for the first and second Lever forms.
According to a further embodiment, the tab at the end at which it is connected the intermediate lever is connected, have a nose with a projection on Bracket interacts so that when the tab is pivoted, the bracket pivoted.

Wenn die Laschen 49 und 52 miteinander fluchten, ist eine Totpunktlage erreicht worden;
gebildeten sogenannten Schenkels an.The switch lock also has a
Nasenvorsprung 56 am Steuerhebel 36 zusammenwirkt, siehe weiter unten.A
38/39 sowie die Verklinkungsstelle 34/47.The key switch accordingly has two latching points, namely the
Fig. 2 shows the switch lock in a release position, in which the
The movement of the
Fig. 4 in die Einschaltstellung, siehe Fig. 1 verbracht. At the
To switch off, the rotary knob acts on the link on the joint 51, whereby the
