Abstract

Es wird ein Schaltschloß für ein elektrisches Schaltgerät, insbesondere für einen Motorschutzschalter beschrieben, dessen Eingang mit einem thermischen oder elektromagnetischen Auslöser und dessen Ausgang mit dem beweglichen Teil einer Kontaktstelle gekuppelt sind, und das eine Verklinkungsstelle aufweist, die von dem Auslöser entklinkbar ist, sowie einen Schaltgriff enthält, mit dem die Verklinkungsstelle zum Ausschalten entklinkt und zum Einschalten verklinkt wird.
Zur Vereinfachung des Schaltschlosses sind vorgesehen:

  • ein erster Hebel (30), der an seinem einen Ende (31) ortsfest drehbar gelagert ist,
  • ein zweiter Hebel (33), der mit einem Ende mit dem anderen Ende des ersten Hebels (30) (bei 32) drehbar verbunden ist und einen Teil der Verklinkungsstelle bildet, wobei beide Hebel (30, 33) etwa parallel zueinander und etwa senkrecht zur Kraftrichtung (P) des Auslösers verlaufen, und dessen anderes Ende im Bereich der ortsfesten Auflagerung des ersten Hebels an einem Steuerbügel (36) gelagert ist.
  • ein dritter Hebel (43), der mit einem Ende (bei 45) ortsfest drehbar gelagert ist, und mit dem anderen Ende den anderen Teil der Verklinkungsstelle bildet, und
  • eine Kniehebelanordnung (48) aus einem am dritten Hebel (43) angelenkten Zwischenhebel (49) und einer Lasche (52), deren freies Ende linear geführt und mit dem beweglichen Teil der Kontaktstelle (18, 20; 17, 19) gekoppelt ist, wobei die lineare Führung etwa senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des Auslösers verläuft.
