Claims (10)
- Procédé permettant de déposer un revêtement métallique ou inorganique sur un produit en bande, le matériau en fusion du revêtement étant déposé à l'état liquide au moyen d'au moins un rouleau rotatif, se solidifiant par refroidissement et se réunissant avec le substrat, une pellicule de matériau du revêtement étant réalisée sur au moins une portion de la surface extérieure du rouleau et le substrat étant guidé à une distance du rouleau telle que le matériau du revêtement coule continuellement du rouleau sur la surface du substrat dans une zone de contact, caractérisé en ce que le matériau liquide du revêtement est amené depuis une cavité à l'intérieur du rouleau à la surface extérieure du rouleau par des percements.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le produit en bande est déplacé dans le sens de sa longueur par rapport au rouleau fixe et sensiblement verticalement vers le haut dans la zone de contact.
- Procédé selon une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit en bande est une bande métallique et le revêtement, un métal, le point de fusion du revêtement étant inférieur au point de fusion du produit en bande.
- Procédé selon une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone de contact, le sens de déplacement de la surface qu'il y a lieu de revêtir et celui de la surface extérieure du rouleau sont opposés.
- Dispositif (1) permettant de déposer un revêtement métallique ou inorganique sur un produit en bande (2), le matériau en fusion du revêtement étant déposé à l'état liquide au moyen d'au moins un rouleau rotatif (6) avant de se solidifier par refroidissement et de se réunir avec le produit en bande (2), une pellicule de matériau du revêtement étant susceptible d'être réalisée sur au moins une portion de la surface extérieure (13) et le produit en bande (2) étant apte à être guidé à une distance du rouleau (6) telle que le matériau du revêtement coule continuellement de la surface (13) du rouleau (6) sur le produit en bande (2) dans une zone de contact (16), caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau (6) comporte à l'intérieur une cavité apte à recevoir du matériau de revêtement liquide sous pression et que le rouleau (6) est muni de percements (12) permettant au matériau liquide de passer de la cavité sur la surface extérieure (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un rouleau (6) est disposé sur chacun des côtés opposés du produit en bande (2).
- Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications de dispositif précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur une surface qu'il y a lieu de revêtir sont disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans le sens du déplacement relatif entre le rouleau (6) et le produit en bande (2) des rouleaux (6) permettant de déposer différents matériaux destinés à former le revêtement.
- Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications de dispositif précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau (6) est apte à être chauffé sur au moins une partie de son pourtour.
- Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications de dispositif précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des percements (12) sont disposés dans des rainures (11a) en spirale à pas constant pratiquées dans la surface extérieure (13) d'un rouleau (6).
- Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications de dispositif précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des percements (12) sont disposés dans des rainures (11b) équidistantes perpendiculaires à l'axe longitudinal d'un rouleau (6) pratiquées dans la surface extérieure (13) d'un rouleau (6).
