Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Infrarot-Strahler mit einem zwei Enden und zwei Rohrkanäle aufweisenden Zwillings-Hüllrohr und wenigstens einem sich darin im Abstand zur Innenfläche des Hüllrohres befindlichen langgestreckten IR-Strahlerelement aus Carbonband, das an zwei sich gegenüber liegenden Enden jeweils einen Kontaktbereich für einen elektrischen, metallischen Anschlussleiter aufweist, von denen wenigstens ein Anschlussleiter über eine Quetschung des Hüllrohres mittels eingeschlossener Molybdänfolie zu einem außen liegenden Anschlusskontakt geführt ist, und wobei wenigstens ein Anschlussleiter als Zugfeder ausgebildet ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin einen Infrarot-Strahler mit einem zwei Enden und zwei Rohrkanäle aufweisenden Zwillings-Hüllrohr, wobei in den Rohrkanälen jeweils im Abstand zur Innenfläche des Hüllrohres langgestreckte IR-Strahlerelemente aus Carbonband angeordnet sind, wobei das Carbonband an seinen zwei sich gegenüber liegenden Enden jeweils einen Kontaktbereich für einen elektrischen, metallischen Anschlussleiter aufweist, von denen wenigstens ein Anschlussleiter über eine Quetschung des Hüllrohres mittels eingeschlossener Molybdänfolie zu einem außen liegenden Anschlusskontakt geführt ist, und wobei wenigstens ein Anschlussleiter als Zugfeder ausgebildet ist. - Derartige Infrarot-Strahler sind aus der
DE 44 38 870 A1 bekannt. Die hier dargestellten Quarzglasrohre weisen schlitzförmige Rohrkanäle auf, wobei das Quarzglasrohr an seinem Außendurchmesser gleichzeitig flachgedrückt sein kann. Als Zugfedern werden spiralförmige Strukturen eingesetzt. Die Infrarot-Strahler weisen an ihren beiden Enden Anschlusskontakte auf. - Aus der
EP 0 959 645 A2 ist ein kurzwelliger Infrarotflächenstrahler bekannt, der mehrere Infrarotstrahlerelemente aufweist, die jeweils von einem Hüllrohr umgeben sind, welches vakuumdicht eine Heizwendel umschließt. Die Infrarotstrahlerelemente sind zwecks Anschluss mit einer Molybdänfolie verbunden, die im Hüllrohr eingeschmolzen ist und anschlussseitig mittels eines Kontaktstiftes aus dem Hüllrohr zur elektrischen Verbindung nach außen herausgeführt ist; dabei sind mehrere miteinander verbundene Infrarotstrahler unter Bildung einer gemeinsamen Abstrahlebene benachbart und parallel zueinander angeordnet, wobei das anschlussseitige Ende der Hüllrohre jeweils in Bezug auf die Abstrahlebene abgewinkelt ist. In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung sind die Hüllrohre jeweils im Bereich der Quetschung um einen Winkel im Bereich zwischen 46 und 135° abgewinkelt. - Weiterhin ist aus der
DE 195 45 296 C2 ein Infrarotstrahler bekannt, welcher eine flächenhaft ausgebildete Strahlungsquelle in Form eines Carbonbandes aufweist, wobei die Enden des Bandes mindestens teilweise mit einer metallischen Kontaktschicht versehen sind, an der Anschlusselemente angreifen. - Aus der
GB-A 22 33 150 - Als problematisch erweist sich bei Carbonstrahlern, dass die Flexibilität bei der Wahl der elektrischen Spannung eingeschränkt ist, da es sich lediglich um ein langgestrecktes Kohlefaserband handelt; somit ist auch die elektrische Leistung nicht beliebig einstellbar.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, unter Nutzung der bekannten Zwillingsrohrtechnologie Carbonstrahler in unterschiedlicher Anordnung in Zwillingsrohren einzusetzen, wobei eine höhere Flexibilität bei der elektrischen Spannungswahl und/oder den Einbaumöglichkeiten erzielt werden soll.
- Die Aufgabe wird für den ersten erfindungsgemäßen Infrarot-Strahler dadurch gelöst, dass das Zwillings-Hüllrohr lediglich an einem seiner beiden Enden Anschlusskontakte aufweist.
- Es hat sich hier bewährt, wenn in einem der zwei Rohrkanäle ein Carbonband angeordnet ist und wenn in dem anderen der zwei Rohrkanäle ein mit der Zugfeder gespannter Stromzuleiter angeordnet ist.
- Weiterhin hat es sich bewährt, wenn in den zwei Rohrkanälen jeweils ein Carbonband angeordnet ist. Dabei kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn sich wenigstens ein Carbonband sich nur über einen Teil der Länge der Rohrkanäle erstreckt.
- Die Aufgabe wird für den zweiten erfindungsgemäßen Infrarot-Strahler dadurch gelöst, dass wenigstens ein Carbonband sich nur über einen Teil der Länge des Rohrkanäle erstreckt.
- Carbonstrahler weisen gegenüber Metallheizleitern eine hohe thermische Schnelligkeit auf, so dass sie in ihrem Aufheiz- und Abkühlverhalten kurzwelligen Strahlen gleichzusetzen sind. Ein Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Infrarot-Strahlers ist darin zu sehen, dass durch die kompakte Geometrie der Zwillingsrohre höhere Flächenleistungen möglich sind, wobei Zwillingsrohre auch mechanisch stabiler sind als einzelne Rundrohre und somit in der Praxis - beispielsweise in der Lacktrocknung - eine hohe Betriebssicherheit gewährleisten.
- In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des Strahlers ist ein Füllgas im Inneren des Zwillings-Hüllrohrs eingesetzt, welches Edelgas aufweist. Vorzugsweise wird für die erfindungsgemäßen Infrarot-Strahler als Füllgas für die Rohrkanäle Argon mit einem Kaltfülldruck im Bereich von 500 bis 900 mbar eingesetzt.
- Vorteilhafterweise weisen die Rohrkanäle einen wenigstens annähernd elliptischen Querschnitt auf. Dabei ist es von Vorteil, wenn die Hauptachse der Ellipse des Querschnitts parallel zur Oberfläche des Carbonbandes verläuft.
- Weiterhin ist es möglich, dass die Rohrkanäle einen wenigstens annähernd kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen. In einem solchen Fall ist es von Vorteil, wenn der Mittelpunkt des kreisförmigen Querschnitts im Bereich des Carbonbandes liegt.
- Darüber hinaus ermöglicht die erfindungsgemäße Nutzung der Zwillingsrohrtechnologie eine unterschiedliche Anordnung von Zwillingsrohren, so dass es einerseits möglich ist, die elektrische Anschlussspannung durch die Länge des Carbonbandes zu variieren; weiterhin ist es vorteilhafterweise möglich, nunmehr Carbonstrahler mit einer Gesamtlänge von bis zu 3m zu realisieren.
- Darüber hinaus wird durch den elliptischen bzw. kreisförmigen Querschnitt der Innenräume eine gute thermische Isolation der Carbonstrahler erzielt.
- Im folgenden ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung anhand der
Figuren 1, 2a ,2b und3 näher erläutert. -
Figur 1 zeigt im Längsschnitt ein Zwillingshüllrohr aus Quarzglas mit einseitigem Stromanschluss, bei dem ein Rohr ein Carbon-Band als IR-Strahler mit Zugfeder aufweist, während das benachbarte Zwillingsrohr nur einen mit Zugfeder gespannten Stromzuleiter enthält. -
Figur 2a zeigt einen Zwillingsrohrstrahler mit einseitigem Stromanschluss und einem Carbonstrahler in jedem der beiden Zwillingsrohre. -
Figur 2b zeigt einen Querschnitt entlang der durch Linie A-A inFigur 2a angedeuteten Querschnittsfläche. -
Figur 3 zeigt einen Zwillingsrohrstrahler mit jeweils einem geteilten Carbonband pro Zwillingsrohr. - Gemäß
Figur 1 weist der Infrarot-Strahler zwei durch Schmelzen miteinander mechanisch fest verbundene Rohre 1', 1" als Zwillings-Hüllrohr 1 aus Quarzglas auf, das an einem Ende jeweils pro Rohr 1', 1" einen Stromdurchgang mit je einem Dichtungsbereich bzw. Quetschungsbereich 4 aufweist, durch den eine Molybdänfolie 3 jeweils hindurchgeführt ist. Die Molybdänfolie 3 schließt den mit Argon gefüllten Innenraum gegenüber der äußeren Atmosphäre gasdicht ab. Im Inneren des ersten Rohres 1' befindet sich ein Carbonband 2, dessen Enden jeweils mit einem Kontaktbereich 6 für den Anschluss an metallische Leiter verbunden sind; an ein Ende des Carbonbandes 2 ist ein elektrisch leitendes Federelement 7 zur Kompensation von thermischen Längendehnungen elektrisch und mechanisch fest angeschlossen, wobei das Federelement 7 mit einem Anschlussleiter versehen ist, der zu dem nach innen gerichteten Kontakt mit der Molybdänfolie 3 führt. Das andere Ende des Carbonbandes 2 ist über einen als Strombrücke 9 ausgebildeten Leiter zu einer elektrischen Leitung 10 in das benachbarte Rohr 1" geführt. Darin ist die Leitung 10 mit einem Federelement 7 zur Kompensation der thermischen Längendehnung vorgesehen, so dass bei Stromdurchtritt keinerlei Dehnungsprobleme in der Leitung auftreten können. Die Leitung 10 ist im Quetschbereich 4 mit dem nach innen gerichteten Ende der Molybdänfolie 3 verbunden, so dass der Stromkreis für das Carbonband 2 über die jeweiligen äußeren Anschlüsse 5', 5" geschlossen werden kann. Es handelt sich somit um einen Strahler mit Zwillings-Hüllrohr 1, der einen einseitigen elektrischen Anschluss und eine einkanalige Beheizung aufweist; als vorteilhaft erweist sich die hohe mechanische Stabilität im Betriebszustand aufgrund der Zwillingsrohrkonstruktion mit einem Mittelsteg ( sieheFig. 2b ). -
Figur 2a zeigt im Längsschnitt ein Zwillings-Hüllrohr 1, die in jedem Rohr 1', 1" ein Carbonband 2', 2" nahezu über die volle Länge des Innenraumes aufweist, welches an den jeweiligen Enden befindliche Kontaktierungsbereiche 6 enthält, die mit Anschlussleitungen bzw. Federelementen 7 und einer Strombrücke 11 verbunden sind. Die im Inneren befindlichen Leitungen sind zwischen den Kontaktierungen der Bänder 6 und den jeweiligen Molybdänfolien 3 als Federelemente 7 zur Kompensation der thermischen Längendehnung der jeweiligen Carbonbänder 2', 2" ausgebildet. -
Figur 2b zeigt einen Querschnitt entlang einer Fläche, welche inFigur 2a schematisch als Linie AA dargestellt ist. Die beiden Rohre 1', 1" sind zu einem einzigen, mechanisch fest miteinander verbundenen Doppel- oder Zwillings-Hüllrohr 1 mit Rohrkanälen 12', 12"ausgebildet, dessen äußerer Umfang sich aus der Zwillingsrohrkonfiguration 1', 1" ergibt, so dass die Rohre 1', 1" nunmehr zu einem Gesamtstrahler zusammengefasst sind. Ein wesentliches Merkmal zur Erhöhung der mechanischen Stabilität, insbesondere bei hoher thermischer Belastung, ist im Mittelsteg 12 zu sehen. Aufgrund der Vorspannung durch Federelemente 7 ( siehe oben ) wird einerseits eine hohe Stabilität der IR-Strahleranordnung erzielt, während andererseits ein ausreichender Abstand zwischen Carbonstrahlerband 2', 2" und dem Zwillings-Hüllrohr 1 besteht, so dass aufgrund thermischer Isolation eine rasche thermische Reaktion der Carbonbänder 2', 2" möglich ist. Es handelt sich somit um einen Infrarot-Strahler mit einseitigem Anschluss und zweikanaliger Beheizung. -
Figur 3 zeigt ein Zwillings-Hüllrohr 1 mit äußeren Anschlüssen 5, 5", 5III, 5IV, in dessen beiden Rohren 1', 1" jeweils nur zum Teil mittels Zugfeder 7 gespannte Carbonbänder 2', 2" vorgesehen sind, wobei diese sich entlang der jeweiligen Längsachse gesehen gegenseitig so ergänzen, dass eine Abstrahlung von Infrarot über die gesamte Strahlerlänge erfolgt. Diese Konfiguration erweist sich als besonders günstig, um große Strahlerlängen - beispielsweise im Bereich von 3 bis 6 m Länge - zu realisieren, die durch Überlappen aus kürzeren Carbonbändern in nebeneinander liegenden Rohrkanälen des Zwillings-Hüllrohrs herstellbar sind.
Claims (10)
- Infrarot-Strahler mit einem Zwillings-Hüllrohr und wenigstens einem darin befindlichen langgestreckten IR-Strahlerelement, das an zwei sich gegenüber liegenden Enden jeweils einen Kontaktbereich für einen elektrischen Anschlussleiter, von denen wenigstens ein Anschlussleiter über eine Quetschung des Hüllrohres mittels eingeschlossener Molybdänfolie zu einem außen liegenden Anschlusskontakt geführt ist, aufweist,
wobei als IR-Strahlerelement wenigstens ein Carbonband (2, 2', 2") im Abstand zur Innenfläche des Hüllrohres (1, 1', 1") angeordnet ist, wobei das Carbonband an seinen Enden jeweils einen Kontaktbereich (6) zum Anschluss an metallische Leiter aufweist und wobei wenigstens ein metallischer Leiter als Zugfeder (7) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Carbonband (2, 2', 2") sich nur über einen Teil der Länge des Inneren der Hüllrohre (1, 1', 1") erstreckt. - Strahler insbesondere nach Anspruch 1 mit einem Zwillings-Hüllrohr und wenigstens einem darin befindlichen langgestreckten IR-Strahlerelement, das an zwei sich gegenüber liegenden Enden jeweils einen Kontaktbereich für einen elektrischen Anschlussleiter, von denen wenigstens ein Anschlussleiter über eine Quetschung des Hüllrohres mittels eingeschlossener Molybdänfolie zu einem außen liegenden Anschlusskontakt geführt ist, aufweist,
wobei als IR-Strahlerelement wenigstens ein Carbonband (2, 2', 2") im Abstand zur Innenfläche des Hüllrohres (1, 1', 1") angeordnet ist, wobei das Carbonband an seinen Enden jeweils einen Kontaktbereich (6) zum Anschluss an metallische Leiter aufweist und wobei wenigstens ein metallischer Leiter als Zugfeder (7) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwillings-Hüllrohr (1) lediglich an einem seiner beiden Enden Anschlusskontakte (5', 5") aufweist. - Strahler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Füllgas im Inneren der Zwillings-Hüllrohre (1, 1', 1") eingesetzt ist, welches Edelgas enthält.
- Strahler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Füllgas Argon mit einem Kaltfülldruck im Bereich von 500 bis 900 mbar eingesetzt wird.
- Infrarot-Strahler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innere des Hüllrohres (1, 1', 1") einen wenigstens annähernd elliptischen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Infrarot-Strahler nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptachse der Ellipse des Querschnitts parallel zur Oberfläche des Carbonbandes (2, 2', 2") verläuft.
- Infrarot-Strahler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innere des Hüllrohres (1, 1', 1") einen wenigstens annähernd kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Infrarot-Strahler nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelpunkt des kreisförmigen Querschnitts im Bereich des Carbonbandes (2, 2', 2") liegt.
- Strahler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Füllgas im Inneren der Zwillings-Hüllrohre (1, 1', 1") eingesetzt ist, welches Edelgas enthält.
- Strahler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Füllgas Argon mit einem Kaltfülldruck im Bereich von 500 bis 900 mbar eingesetzt wird.
