Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour commander une installation de mesure saisissant la position d'un bord latéral d'une feuille (2) alignée sur une table de margeur contre les taquets antérieurs par son bord avant, comportant une installation de mesure (7), une table de margeur (1), des taquets antérieurs (5) et un calculateur,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation de mesure (7) peut coulisser par des moyens d'actionnement, transversalement par rapport à une installation de transfert de feuilles (4), transportant les feuilles (2) contre les taquets avant (5) et elle est reliée à une installation de mesure de trajet (10) saisissant la position respective de l'installation de mesure (7) et dont les valeurs de mesure sont fournies au calculateur, pour être enregistrées et être appelées pour commander les moyens d'actionnement associés à l'installation de mesure (7). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation de mesure (7) est prévue sur une traverse (6) s'étendant à une certaine distance au-dessus de la table de margeur (1) et sur toute sa largeur. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation de mesure (7) est prévue sur un support (9) entourant sans jeu la traverse (6). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation de mesure de trajet (10) se compose d'un capteur de mesure (11) associé au support (9) et d'un générateur de mesure (12) associé à la traverse (6). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
le générateur de valeur de mesure (12) est une bande magnétique à piste s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la traverse (6) sous la forme d'une règle ou d'un potentiomètre. - Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le capteur de valeur de mesure (5) est en forme de lecteur ou de curseur. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la table de margeur (1) est symétrique par rapport au milieu (3) de la machine s'étendant dans la direction de transfert des feuilles (4). - Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 7,
caractérisé par
un générateur de valeur de mesure (12) ayant une installation de mesure de trajet (10) avec un point zéro qui correspond au milieu (3) de la machine. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation de mesure (7) est une caméra vidéo (8). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
dans le calculateur sont enregistrées en mémoire des valeurs associées à chaque format de feuille (2) arrivant pour le traitement et permettant de commander la position relative de part et d'autre du milieu (3) de la machine.
