REVENDICATIONS

Dispositif permettant le pliage d'une feuille de matière alimentaire (2) remplie d'une garniture (3) de manière à former un emballage comestible avec cette dernière, acheminé au moyen d'un tapis convoyeur (4), constitué d'au moins un moyen de pliage (6 ; 7 et 8) apte à saisir l'un des bords de la feuille (2) et à lui impulser simultanément un mouvement inverse au mouvement de déplacement de la partie arrière de la feuille (2), caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pliage est constitué d'un rouleau (6 ; 7et 8) motorisé apte à prendre progressivement et successivement une première position dans laquelle ledit rouleau est situé dans le prolongement du tapis et une seconde position dans laquelle le rouleau est en élévation par rapport au plan parallèle du tapis.1.
