Claims (14)
- Spannelement zum positionsflexiblen Spannen von Werkstücken mit hydraulisch oder mechanisch betätigten Spannbacken, die an das Werkstück anfahrbar und festsetzbar sind, mittels Schieber, die zusammen mit ihren Antriebselementen in einem Gehäuse geführt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Gehäuse (1) zwei parallel geführte Aussparungen eingelassen sind, dass eine Aussparung eine Zylinderbohrung (2) zur Aufnahme von zwei gegenläufig geführten Antriebselementen ist und in der anderen Aussparung zwei Schieber (7;19;26) mit zugehörigen Spannbacken (8;28) geführt sind und dass zwischen den Antriebselementen und den Schiebern eine in sich bewegliche Verbindung besteht, die unter Krafteinfluss in sich starr und selbsthemmend wird.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Zylinderbohrung (2) zwei hydraulisch beaufschlagbare Kolben (4) geführt sind, die über äussere Druckkammern (5), die an dem gleichen Hydraulikkanal (13) angeschlossen sind in der einen Arbeitsrichtung und über eine innere Druckkammer (6), die zwischen den Kolben (4) gebildet und an den Hydraulikkanal (14) angeschlossen ist, in der anderen Arbeitsrichtung verfahrbar sind.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Schieber (7) in der über der Zylinderbohrung (2) liegenden Aussparung eingefügt sind.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Gehäuse (1) zwischen den beiden Aussparungen zwei Längsnuten (9) eingelassen sind, zur Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen den Kolben (4) und den Schiebern (7) und dass diese Längsnuten (9) dem Kolbenhub angepasst sind.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben (4) und die Schieber (7) mit Ausnehmungen versehen sind, und so in das Gehäuse (1) eingelegt sind, dass diese Ausnehmungen sich gegenüber liegen und dass Keilsteine (10) zwischen diesen Ausnehmungen einlegbar sind, durch die eine Verbindung zwischen Kolben und Schieber herstellbar ist.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) mit einer seitlich eingebrachten Öffnung (16) versehen ist, durch die nach der Montage der Kolben (4) und Schieber (7) die Keilsteine (10) zwischen Kolben und Schieber einfügbar sind und dass die Öffnung (16) verschließbar ist.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Keilsteine (10) auf einer Seite mit Keilflächen und auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite mit Mitnehmern versehen sind.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Keilsteine (10) an zwei sich gegenüber liegenden Seiten mit Keilflächen versehen sind.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite der Kolben (4) leicht abgeflacht ist.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Schieber (7) Wechsel-Spannbacken (8) für Innen- und Aussen-Spannung aufbringbar sind.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Spannvorgang die Kolben (4) und ihre zugehörigen Schiebern (7) an das Werkstück (15) heranfahrbar und damit ihre Spannbacken (8) zum Anliegen kommen und dass infolge des in der Hydraulik anstehenden Drucks sich die Kolben mit den Schiebern über die Keilflächen der Keilsteine (10) gegen das Gehäuse (1) selbsthemmend verspannen.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1-11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse strahlenförmig mit drei oder vier Armen ausgebildet ist und dass in jedem Arm ein Kolben mit zugehörigem Schieber und Spannbacken wirksam ist.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Gehäuse (20) ein Führungskanal (21) eingelassen ist, in dessen unterem Bereich zwei Transportmuttern (23) geführt sind, die je mit einem zueinander gegenläufig rechts-links ausgebildeten Innengewinde versehen sind, dass eine Gewindespindel (25), mit zwei gegenläufigen Gewinden versehen, in die Gewindebohrungen der Transportmuttern (23) eingefügt ist und dass die Transportmuttern (23) mit Schiebern (26) in Verbindung stehen, die im oberen Teil des Führungskanals (21) in separaten Aussparungen - in Form einer T-Nut (22) - parallel geführt sind.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen Transportmuttern (23) und Schiebern (26) über Keilschrägen erfolgt.
