Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for elastic storage of a sleeping or Lying furniture according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the Invention a sleeping furniture according to the preamble of claim 12 and a bed furniture according to the preamble of claim 14.
- Loungers and sleeping furniture have a frame that supports at least one pad.
- the Pad for example a mattress, is elastic in itself.
- the frame is usually also one between the frame and the support Spring suspension, for example a slatted frame, arranged.
- This spring suspension gives the pad an additional elasticity.
- Both the support and the spring base essentially only allow compliance in a direction perpendicular to one Lying surface of the edition. As a result, the lying comfort of such known sleeping and Reclining furniture its limits.
- the invention is based on the object, a device for elastic storage a sleeping or reclining furniture and sleeping and reclining furniture provided with it create that contribute to the improvement of sleeping and / or lying comfort.
- a device for solving this problem has the features of claim 1.
- an at least one of the means mentioned is designed as a spring element elastic storage.
- the a bearing element arranged between the support means also allows a transverse one Relative movement of the bearing means and an inclination of the same to each other. This creates an elastic and resilient bearing in every respect the most varied movements of the sleeping or lying furniture up to vibrations the same permits.
- the elastic storage according to the invention allows different Movements and vibrations by the users of sleep and To produce reclining furniture, so that the device according to the invention is not separate Requires drives to generate a wide variety of movements.
- the bearing means spaced apart from one another by the support means to connect to one another by an enveloping member and / or elastic coupling members.
- the enveloping organ and the coupling links can also be designed differently. Are preferred at least the coupling links are elastic. These can then, for example rubber band-like or leaf spring-like.
- the enveloping organ can become one Hose be shaped. The hose can also be bellows-like be trained. This type of training makes the envelope organ flexible on all sides.
- Envelope organ to be at least partially inflexible or rigid. That way the free mobility of the storage means can be deliberately restricted by the storage means only make intended movements relative to each other, but otherwise are immovable to one another. It is even conceivable for the enveloping member to consist of rigid pipe sections to form, which are put together like a telescope. Then the storage means can only be moved up and down in one direction. At round Sleeves, the bearing means would also be rotated relative to each other.
- the envelope organ forms between the spaced apart bearing means a chamber for receiving the support means.
- the support means is thereby held captively between the bearing means.
- the envelope can Support means also centered in the intended position between the bearing means hold. The same applies to the coupling links which form a bearing cage for the bearing means.
- the support means is more elastic Hollow body formed with a preferably spherical shape.
- the proppant be made of a solid, inherently elastic material, for example rubber.
- the proppant in the manner of a ball, ie as a hollow body form, wherein the hollow body with a fluid, that is, either a gas or is also filled with a liquid.
- a fluid that is, either a gas or is also filled with a liquid.
- Hollow body gets its elasticity or flexibility from the fact that the wall of the Hollow body is formed from an elastically stretchable material.
- Supporting means made of an elastic body are the opposite sides of the same associated storage means movable relative to each other, in particular by the Spherical shape of the proppant.
- the storage means themselves can then be rigid, and in the simplest case consist only of plates.
- At least one bearing means at least partially elastic.
- the proppant can be rigid.
- the proppant is also advantageous elastic even if at least part of a bearing means itself elastic is.
- the elastic formation of at least a part of at least one bearing means brought about by a flexible, in particular membrane-like, wall of those Side of the relevant storage device that is assigned to the support device.
- the proppant thus acts directly on the elastic, membrane-like wall appropriate storage means.
- the membrane-like wall enables one Compress part of the proppant into the bearing means.
- the membrane-like wall is preferably directed away from that of the support means Side pressurized, for example by a fluid.
- the membrane-like The wall can also be double-layered. The membrane is then part of one closed cushion that with a fluid, both a gas or a liquid that is filled.
- the membrane or another elastic one Element connected, for example clamped, in a rigid, frame-like part holds the membrane or the like so that it acts flexibly. While the membrane is assigned to a side of the bearing means directed towards the support means, the opposite side of the bearing means a rigid plate or possibly also just a rigid frame. This means that the storage device is on a piece of seating or reclining furniture fixable.
- a sleeping furniture, in particular a bed, to solve the problem mentioned at the beginning has the features of claim 12. Accordingly, devices are the same as before described type a frame or alternatively or additionally a spring base of the Associated with sleeping furniture.
- the devices form elastic or vibrating Storage for the frame and / or the spring base of the sleeping furniture.
- the elastic, vibratory, passive bearings form one additional mobility of the mattress, and not just in the direction perpendicular to Mattress level, but also across it.
- the elastic bearings can even cause different inclinations or periodic swinging of the mattress.
- the elastic bearings are stimulated to an elastic suspension on the one hand due to the strain on a person on the mattress. That leads to the Static movement or deflection rule. Movements of a person on the Mattress also lead to dynamic, periodic movements, namely especially swinging movements, at least of the mattress.
- the elastic supports are assigned to the feet of a bed frame, practically the entire sleeping furniture moves.
- elastic bearings between the frame and the spring base of the mattress for example, to arrange a slatted frame. Then the mattress moves with the Springing relative to the frame, depending on the type of excitation by the Person using sleeping furniture in any direction.
- a piece of reclining furniture for solving the above-mentioned object has the features of Claim 14 on. Accordingly, the devices described above are the Assigned to the frame, which makes the whole couch furniture elastic and preferably also can perform oscillating movements. But it is also conceivable that the elastic Storage devices to arrange between the frame and the support.
- the devices described above for forming elastic, swinging bearings to the frame of a piece of couch or sleeping furniture (bed) are assigned, they form at least part of a foot.
- an elastic bearing is assigned to each foot. This is the whole couch furniture or Elastic bed movable in different directions. In particular, on this way the bed or reclining furniture stimulated by the person lying on it Sleeping or lying furniture in vibrations of any direction, frequency and Amplitudes are offset.
- the sleeping and reclining furniture according to the invention can not only by their diverse Possibilities of movement up to vibrations the sleeping or lying comfort increase, they can also serve therapeutic purposes.
- the invention is explained below using the example of bed furniture, namely beds.
- the beds are with devices according to the invention according to the exemplary embodiments 3 and 4 or 5 and 6 provided.
- the devices cause the whole Bed or parts of the bed are elastic, namely can spring and / or swing.
- the bed 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a frame 11 with a bed box 12 and four identical feet 13 arranged underneath, of which only two in FIG. 2 Feet 13 are shown.
- the bed box 12 there is one not shown in FIG. 1
- Spring base for example a slatted frame, on which a part in FIG. 1 visible mattress 14 rests.
- Each of the four same feet 13 is essentially formed from the invention Device, which is briefly referred to below as elastic support 15.
- This elastic bearing 15 can form a whole foot 13 alone, but also more integrally Be part of a foot 13.
- In the embodiment shown are - also from For the sake of simple representation - entirely formed from the elastic bearing 15 Feet 13 shown.
- Upper bearing means of the elastic bearings are then directly below attached to the bed box 12.
- FIG. 2 shows a bed 16 which has a frame 17 of conventional design. Feet 18 of the frame 17 are rigid.
- the bed 16 has a Spring suspension, which is designed for example as a slatted frame 16 and one on it arranged mattress 20.
- a bottom plate 21 of the bed box 22 of the Frame 17 and the slatted frame 19 are the devices according to the invention, namely again elastic bearings 23 are arranged.
- the slatted frame 19 with the mattress 20 in this bed 16 does not rest directly on the bed box 22, but on the top Storage means of the elastic bearings 23, which in turn are on the base plate 21st support the bed box 22, with lower bearing means.
- the elastic storage 15 essentially has two spaced apart Bearing means 24, 25 and a support means 26 arranged between them.
- the bearing means 24 and 25 are configured essentially the same in the exemplary embodiment shown. It These are rigid plates with a square or round base.
- the Support means 26 arranged between the bearing means 24 and 25 is shown in FIG Embodiment designed as an elastic hollow body.
- the elastic hollow body of the support means 26 has essentially one in the relieved state spherical shape.
- the interior of the hollow body is filled with a fluid. Is it in the case of the fluid around a gas, the elasticity of the support means 26 comes through Compressibility of the gas.
- the wall of the hollow body then does not need to be elastic.
- the distance between the bearing means 24 and 25 can change change when the elastic bearing 23 is loaded.
- the bearing means 24, 25 tilt relative to each other or laterally move (Fig. 4).
- the bearing 23 is elastic on all sides, namely points in any direction resilient properties, which also lead to oscillating movements elastic storage 23 can lead.
- elastic connections 27 are provided.
- the type of Leaf springs are elastically deformable.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 opposite elastic connections 27 are provided.
- the elastic connections 27 can also do this serve between the spaced apart bearing means 24 and 25 a cage for to form the spherical support means 26 so that it is also in the unloaded state of the Storage 23 held captive between the storage means 24 and 25 and is centered if necessary.
- the elastic connections 27 form a - albeit partially open - chamber between the plate-shaped bearing means 24 and 25.
- the plate-like bearing means 24 and 25 are marked by a connected another enveloping member, which is a closed envelope 28 a textile material.
- the textile material of the covering 28 has sagging properties, so that the spring properties of elastic storage 23 are not significantly influenced by the casing 28.
- the storage means 24 and 25 connecting sheath 28 has an excess length, so that the Wall of the casing 28 with an unloaded elastic bearing 23 (FIG. 3) over a has a serpentine or bellows-like course.
- the excess in length the casing 28 causes the bearing means 24 and 25 against each other are displaceable or tiltable without these movements of the bearing means 24 and 25 are significantly affected by the sheath 28 relative to each other.
- the maximum can Deflection of the bearing means 24 and 25 to each other can be limited by the envelope 28 is elongated when the bearing means 24 and 25 have a maximum deflection have experienced each other (Fig. 4).
- the sheath 28 is preferably tubular formed so that it completely surrounds the edges of the bearing means 24 and 25 and a closed chamber 29 between the plate-like bearing means 24 and 25 for Recording the spherical support means 26 forms.
- the casing 28 from a network.
- the network has that same properties as the covering 28 formed from a textile material.
- the net causes the envelope 28 thus formed to chamber 29 between the storage means 24 and 25 is not completely closed.
- the covering 28 can be formed from an elastic material or mesh.
- FIG. 5 and 6 show an alternative device, namely the elastic mounting 23.
- This also has two spaced apart storage means 30 and 31 and a support means 32 arranged between them.
- the lower bearing means 31 in turn is designed as an essentially rigid plate.
- the upper bearing means 30 is at least partially compliant educated. Therefore, the support means 32 can in the embodiment shown again a spherical shape to be substantially rigid by it is not significantly deformable.
- the resilient upper bearing means 30 is hollow in the embodiment shown.
- the bearing means 20 has an upper, thin top wall 33 which is surrounded by a fixed collar 34. At a lower edge 35 of the collar 34 is attached a flexible membrane 36.
- the membrane 36 thereby forms a support means 32 facing bottom 37 of the bearing means 30.
- the top wall 33, the collar 34 and the membrane 36 forms a hollow chamber 38 in the bearing means 20.
- This hollow chamber 38 can be filled with a fluid, for example a gas.
- the membrane 36 can at least partially enter the hollow chamber 38 be pushed in and partially, namely an upper section of the create spherical support means 32, whereby the distance between the bearing means 30 and 31 is changeable (Fig. 6).
- the bearing means 30 only part of the interior of the bearing means 30 is hollow educated. It is located in the bearing means 30 only one starting from the bottom 37 half-shell-shaped partial cavity 39 (FIG. 5). Only this partial cavity 39 is filled with a fluid. At maximum load on the elastic bearing 23rd acts, the membrane 36 lies on the inner wall of the spherical cap Partial cavity 39 in whole or in part and thereby limits the minimum distance between the bearing means 30 and 31.
- the partial cavity 39 can also be formed through a double-layer membrane 36 with a closed interior, which with a Fluid, either a gas or a liquid, is filled. The thus cushion-shaped membrane 36 allows by changing its cushion-like shape a deflection of the essentially rigid support means 32 in the storage means 30.
- both bearing means 30 and 31 can also be elastic, like this one has previously been described in connection with the storage means 30.
- the support means 32 can be made completely or partially elastic, by this, for example, as the support means 26 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 as elastic hollow body is formed.
- the bearing means 30 and 31 are in turn elastic Connections 40 formed contiguously.
- the elastic connections are in shown embodiment as a longitudinally stretchable strip of the type of Rubber bands formed. However, it is also conceivable for the elastic connections 40 to train as leaf springs.
- the elastic connections 40 can also be made of a hose or network that can be stretched in the longitudinal direction.
- the elastic connections 40 are designed in such a way that they are between the bearing means 30 and 31 form a cage for the support means 32 and thereby the Hold the support means 32 between the bearing means 30 and 31.
- the elastic connections 40 can cover the entire area of the storage means 30 and 31 themselves extend between them to form a closed chamber between the Storage means 30 and 31.
- the invention is not limited to the beds 10 and 16 shown here. In particular it is conceivable to place the feet 13 of the bed 10 at the location of the elastic mounting 15 also assign elastic bearings 23. Likewise, the bed 16 between the Frame 17 and the slatted frame 19 elastic bearings 15 may be arranged.
