Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Anbringen eines Sicherungselements (3) für die elektronische Artikelsicherung auf einem Etikett (2), insbesondere auf einem Flaschenetikett, mit
einer Entnahmestation (4) für Etiketten (2), wobei jeweils ein Etikett (2) von einem Etikettenstapel (7) entnommen wird,
einer Applikatorstation (5), in der jeweils zumindest ein Sicherungselement (3) auf dem Etikett (2) angebracht wird, und einer
Speicherstation (6) für die mit Sicherungselementen (3) bestückten Etiketten (2), wobei die Etiketten (2, 3) in einem Etikettenstapel (9) abgelegt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Saugköpfe (11) vorgesehen sind, die phasenweise mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt werden und die die Etiketten (2) bzw. die Etiketten (2) mit den Sicherungselementen (3) sukzessive von einer Station (4; 5) zur nächsten Station (5; 6) transportieren, und
daß die Saugköpfe (11) auf einer rotativen Einheit (10) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungselemente (3) in einem Stapel (8) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Etikettenstapel (7) und Stapel (8) mit Sicherungselementen (3) eine Klebestation (12) vorgesehen ist, die einen ausgewählten Bereich des Etiketts (2), in den das Sicherungselement (3) appliziert wird, mit Klebstoff beschichtet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungselemente (3) auf ein Trägermaterial (14) aufgeklebt sind und über eine Spendkante (17) in dem ausgewählten Bereich der Etiketts (2) aufgebracht werden. - Verfahren zum Anbringen eines Sicherungselements (3) für die elektronische Artikelsicherung auf Etiketten (2) bei dem die, insbesondere auf Flaschenetiketten,
Etiketten (2) von einem Etikettenstapel (7) entnommen werden, auf die Etiketten (2) jeweils zumindest ein Sicherungselement (3) angebracht wird und die mit dem Sicherungselement (3) ausgestatteten Etiketten (2) in einem Etikettenstapel (9) abgelegt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Etiketten (2) im wesentlichen auf einer Kreisbahn kontinuierlich mit Hilfe mehreren Sangköpfe (11) von einer Station (4; 5) zur nächsten Station (5; 6) geführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett (2), nachdem es von dem Etikettenstapel (7) entnommen worden ist, zumindest in einem ausgewählten Bereich mit einem Kleber versehen wird und
daß das Sicherungselement (3) in den mit Kleber versehenen Bereich des Etiketts (2) geklebt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf das Etikett (2), nachdem es von dem Etikettenstapel (7) entnommen worden ist, ein Sicherungselement (3) mit einer Klebebeschichtung aufgebracht wird.
