Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for monitoring the closure state of building opening fasteners, comprising a light-emitting transmitting unit, with a photosensitive receiving unit, and with a signaling device which signals an alarm in the event of a change in the closure state.
- Tilted windows can be easily overcome, even if they have additional locks. In these cases, the insurance usually does not cover the consequential damages. Less well known, however, is that even closed and even equipped with a lockable window handle, the usual tilt and turn windows are not effectively protected against departure. Such casements can be relatively easily levered open with a screwdriver. Rarely, burglars hit glass panes to penetrate and open the wing. The entry through battered glass in the living area has been found only in very few cases. It is therefore useful and often sufficient to install an effective break-in protection for the window sash.
- robbery and burglary alarm systems are usually used as a backup for a building.
- alarm systems In the outer skin monitoring while all externally accessible entry points are monitored for opening, breakthrough and possible closure.
- the type of alarm used on the one hand a visual visual alarm with siren and flashing light and on the other a silent alarm with an automatic voting device.
- Such an automatic dialing and announcement device selects automatically after an alarm release one or more predetermined telephone numbers and reports the alarm with a recorded speech text.
- An automatic dialing and transmission device can only be used to alert a security service. For this purpose, digitized signals are transmitted, which evaluates and documents a mission computer in the reception center of the security service.
- Magnetic contacts are usefully also used only in combination with glass break detectors, which like a small microphone, glued to the monitoring disc, detect the frequencies of the refracting glass and trigger an alarm.
- an active execution is prescribed by the Association of Non-Life Insurers (VDS).
- VDS Association of Non-Life Insurers
- the active glass breakage sensor consists of at least two elements, the transmitter and a receiver, whereby the undisturbed disc forms the medium for a defined sound transmission, in the absence of which an alarm is triggered. This adds another, expensive, and also cabling component to the backup system.
- the retrofitting of a building with a high-quality security system based on the here presented Components are usually only with considerable expenses and thus costs to achieve. From the document DE-U-9316869 a door printer alarm is known.
- the present invention has the object, a device for monitoring the closure state of building opening closures educate so that using the spatial conditions, a safe and not to manipulate, flexibly positionable, i. easy to retrofit, on the other hand but just as easily in fittings or closures integrable and structurally simple design in their components and reliable and cost-effective monitoring is guaranteed.
- a device for monitoring the closure state of building opening closures in which the transmitting unit or receiving unit is arranged on a handle or a handle base of the building opening closure or integrated therein, and the respective complementary receiving unit or transmitting unit to a stationary part of the building opening closure or is arranged on an adjacent wall or integrated therein, wherein the transmitting unit and the receiving unit communicate with each other via a light beam.
- a key idea of the device according to the invention is that for detecting tampering with a building opening closure, z. B. on a door or a window, a light beam is used.
- the light beam as such is not manipulatable and thus a very secure monitoring medium. Deviations before the adjusted direction, especially even small changes in angle for large distances, as well as interruptions of the chair are reliably detected.
- the light emitting transmitter unit with its complementary receiving unit are spatially flexible and can be positioned relative to one another using a building opening closure using the specific conditions. It can be z.
- the transmitting unit on the mounting frame of the window and the receiving unit on the handle base or handle of the (pivoting) window frame be mounted.
- a minimum distance between the transmitting unit and the receiving unit need not be complied with, whereby the light beam can also be performed quite parallel to the surface of the glazing before it reaches the arranged on a handle or handle base or integrated therein receiving unit.
- This type of attachment initially leads to signal triggering when opening the window - when attaching the receiving unit or handle even during its rotation -, and also leads to at least partial monitoring of the glazing in the event of a glass break along the direction of the light beam.
- the transmitting unit or receiving unit can be easily retrofitted to the handle or the handle base or alternatively be integrated into it from the outset.
- the flexible positioning of the complementary receiving unit or transmitting unit not only a dormant part of the building opening closure, but also on an adjacent wall, an integration in the handle or the handle base under virtually all spatial boundary conditions can be used. This results in an integrated, independent of the architecture and the thus determined window and door shapes security system for monitoring the closure state of building openings.
- the integration of transmitting units and complementary receiving units in the context of a window is additionally conceivable, with the respective light beam passing through the area of the window parallel to the glazing.
- the object is also achieved by a device for monitoring the closure state of building opening closures, in the transmitting unit or receiving unit is arranged on or integrated in a handle of the building opening closure, and the respectively complementary receiving unit or transmitting unit is arranged on or integrated in a handle base of the building opening closure, the transmitting unit and the receiving unit communicating with each other via a light beam.
- the object is further achieved by a device for monitoring the closure state of building opening fasteners, wherein the transmitting unit and the receiving unit form a single transmitting / receiving unit, which is attached to a handle or on a handle base of the building opening closure or integrated therein, and that of the Transmitting part of the transmitting / receiving unit emitted light is directed from a reflecting surface to the receiving part of the transmitting / receiving unit, wherein the reflective surface is disposed on a stationary part of the building opening closure or on an adjacent wall or integrated therein, and the transmitting part and the receiving part of Transceiver unit communicate with each other via a light beam.
- Such a structure of the transmitting / receiving unit initially makes it unnecessary to attach the transmitting unit as a single electronic component, with the introduction of the reflecting surface.
- the reflective surface can be very small and in the sequence with little effort z. B. glued.
- Such an "inconspicuous" attachment of a component is preferred from an aesthetic point of view, at the same time missing for a manipulation attempt on the closure of a building opening an indication of the operation of a possible monitoring system.
- a reflective surface may in principle be easily arranged on or integrated in a stationary part of the building opening closure or on an adjacent wall, e.g. B. in which this consists of a reflective fitting part of the mounting frame of a window or its window frame or the installation or controls of a shutter.
- the object is also achieved by a device for monitoring the closure state of building opening closures, in which the transmitting unit and the receiving unit form a single transmitting / receiving unit which is attached to or integrated in a handle of the building opening closure, and in that the transmitter unit / Reception unit is directed from a reflective surface to the receiving part of the transmitting / receiving unit, wherein the reflective surface is arranged on a handle base of the building opening closure or integrated therein, and the transmitting part and the receiving part of the transmitting / receiving unit communicate with each other via a light beam.
- Such integration of the transmitting unit and the receiving unit into a single transmitting / receiving unit in a handle - or alternatively in a handle base - of the building opening closure restricts the design possibilities of the handle or handle base little.
- a reflective surface Either the surface of the handle or the handle of the handle can be used.
- This high-grade integration meets both aesthetic and safety requirements. Turning the handle reliably triggers the alarm because the transmitting part and the receiving part of the transmitting / receiving unit are no longer connected to one another via the light beam.
- the object is also achieved by a device for monitoring the closure state of building opening fasteners arranged at the transmitting unit or the receiving unit in the edge region of a frame or a glazing of the building opening closure, and the respective complementary receiving unit or transmitting unit on an armored element of a shutter on a move - or pivotable shutter or the like is arranged or integrated, wherein the transmitting unit and the receiving unit communicate with each other via a light beam.
- Shutters are commonly used as additional building opening closures and are widely used. Another core idea of the present invention is to incorporate this type of closure into the surveillance concept, in particular for monitoring manipulations in the glazing area.
- lowered shutters are z.
- B. transmitting unit and receiving unit via the light beam with each other the shutter is raised, the light beam no longer hits the receiving unit and it is triggered an alarm in the episode.
- This arrangement shows the flexibility of the concept according to the invention, which can also be expanded or applied to additional second or third building opening closures - or alternatively also to these alone. Manipulation of such a monitored building opening closure are virtually impossible, since the functioning and positioning of the components are not visible from the outside.
- the object is also achieved by a device for monitoring the closure state of building opening fasteners, wherein the transmitting unit and the receiving unit form a single transmitting / receiving unit, which is arranged in the edge region of a frame or a glazing of the building opening closure or integrated therein, and in the light emitted from the transmitting / receiving unit of a reflecting surface is directed to the receiving part of the transmitting / receiving unit, wherein the reflecting surface is arranged on or integrated in an armor element of a shutter, on a displaceable or pivotable shutter or the like, and the transmitting part and receiving part of the transmitting / receiving unit communicate with each other via a light beam.
- the signaling device has at least one VHF transmitter which is connected to or connected to a VHF receiver via a radio link such that in the event of a change in the closure state of the building opening closure a radio signal is transmitted.
- a radio link is that the radio signal can also be transmitted to a portable VHF receiver, which can be deposited in case of absence at the neighbors. In addition, this type of signal transmission is largely trouble-free and thus difficult to manipulate.
- the receiving device or the receiving part of a transceiver together with an FM transmitter forms an electronic module.
- a possible manipulation of the transmission medium between the receiving device or receiving part of a transceiver and the VHF transmitter is effectively prevented, at the same time by combining both components, a reduction in manufacturing costs possible.
- easy integration or retrofitting is ensured in or on the handle or handle base of a building opening closure.
- the signaling device has a display unit for signaling the alarm.
- This can be arranged both in the area of the relevant building opening closure, z. B. in the vicinity of an inner wall, or at a central and easily accessible building point, where a control of the building openings closures should be made as desired.
- the display unit preferably emits the alarm in the form of an acoustic or optical signal. Also possible is a visual acoustic alarm in the form of a combined siren / flashing light.
- the advantage here is the attachment of a siren with flashing light in the front area and a siren on the back of a building.
- the acoustic or visual signal is so pronounced that it includes by the type of delivery or representation an indication of which building opening closure the change of the closure state occurred.
- This can be z. B. done by the different parts of the building in each case assigned other tone sequences or pitches, or read on the display unit in plain text, which building opening closure is affected.
- this can also be ensured in the form of a flashing LED associated with the corresponding building opening closure on a local or central display unit.
- a solar cell is provided in each case for the electrical power supply of each transmitting unit and each receiving unit or each transmitting / receiving unit. This eliminates in particular a cabling effort for electrical power supply, which has a further increased flexibility in the attachment of the respective electronic components of the monitoring device result.
- the solar cell is arranged on the handle or the handle base of a building opening closure or integrated therein. It is enough indirect light for reliable supply of monitoring components.
- the arrangement or integration of the solar cell into the handle or the handle base in particular aesthetic impairments of the interiors in the area of the building openings are avoided.
- Such attachment of the solar cell, in conjunction with a transmission unit and receiving unit or transmitting / receiving unit which is likewise arranged on the handle or handle base or integrated therein, represents a highly integrated system for monitoring a building opening closure based on usually existing fittings.
- each transmitting unit and / or each receiving unit or each transmitting / receiving unit forms an assembly with the respective solar cell.
- the production cost of such an assembly is thereby reduced, at the same time creates a component that is so well integrated into the handle or handle base, as well as subsequently there or otherwise to arrange.
- a transmitting unit or a transmitting portion of the transmitting / receiving unit which emits a light beam in the wavelength range of the infrared.
- Fig. 1 a shows a building opening closure (110) in the form of a window with a mounting frame (113), a window frame (113 ') and a glazing (114).
- This window can be opened or closed conventionally via a handle (115) which is mounted on a handle base (116).
- An externally mounted shutter (111) with individual armor elements (112) is completely closed. In the areas c and d monitoring elements can be seen, which trigger an alarm in the event of a change in the closure state.
- Fig. 1 b shows the same building opening closure (110) as Fig. 1 a, but now with half-opened window and partially pulled up or pushed shutters (111).
- Surveillance elements of areas c and d send a radio signal over a radio link to an FM receiver (132) which cooperates with a display (140).
- This signaled via two flashing light emitting diodes, the closure state of the building opening closure (110) as open.
- the manipulation of the roller shutter (110) by partially or completely pushing it has initially led to the response of the one, the subsequent opening of the window under damage to the glazing (114) and actuate the handle (115) to trigger the other light emitting diode.
- the display device (140) is flexibly positionable by the use of a radio link for signal transmission and could be in the area of the building opening or optionally also be installed at a centrally accessible building site.
- the transmitting unit (120) shown is connected via a light beam (124) to a receiving unit (121).
- the receiving unit (121) has an integrated VHF transmitter (131), which sends a radio signal to the VHF receiver (132) when the light beam (124) is interrupted, as a result of which the LEDs of the display unit (140) are activated.
- the receiving unit (121) and the FM transmitter (131) are supplied with electrical energy by a solar cell (150) and the transmitting unit (120) by a solar cell (150 ').
- the solar cells (150), (150 ') form a closed assembly with the respectively assigned receiving unit (121) or transmitting unit (120).
- the window frame (113 ') By pivoting the window frame (113 '), which the transmitting unit (120) and the solar cell (150') are mounted, the light beam (124) no longer hits the receiving unit (121), whereby the VHF transmitter (131) for discharging a radio signal is caused.
- FIG. 1 d the monitoring elements, which can be seen in the region d of Figure 1 a, shown enlarged again.
- a transmitting / receiving unit (122) with a VHF transmitter (131 ') and an associated solar cell (150'') for electrical power supply are mounted on the inside of the glazing (114), wherein the transmitting part of the transmitting / receiving unit (122) the receiving part is in communication via a light beam which is directed by a on the inside of the shutter (111) on the armor element (112) arranged reflecting surface (123) to the receiving part of the transmitting / receiving unit (122).
- the reflective surface (123) is obliquely offset in this figure to the transmitting / receiving part (122) for better clarity shown. If the shutter (111) is pushed up as shown in FIG.
- the reflective surface (123) also moves upward, with the result that the light beam emitted by the transmitting part of the transmitting / receiving unit 122 passes through the glazing (114) , no longer reflected by the armor elements (112) of the shutter (111) to the receiving part of the transmitting / receiving unit (122).
- the transmitting / receiving unit (222) has a VHF transmitter (231), which is at interruption of a light beam (224) from the transmitting part of the transmitting / receiving unit (222) from a reflecting surface (223) to the receiving part of Transmitter / receiver unit (222), emits a radio signal to activate an alarm.
- the reflective surface (223) can be very easily attached to an adjacent wall, or consist in a fitting of an opposite window.
- the reflective surface (223) may further be so pronounced that tilting the window about a horizontal axis does not cause alarm firing, whereas only upon pivoting of the window frame about a vertical axis does the light beam (224) exit the reflective surface (223), i. H. no reflection takes place.
- FIG. 3 shows a further window handle (315) with an integrated transceiver unit (322), which has an FM transmitter (331), and a solar cell (350) for supplying electrical power.
- On the handle (315) facing side of a handle base (316) has a reflective surface (323) attached, via which the transmitting part and the receiving part the transmitting / receiving unit (322) are connected by means of a light beam.
- the light beam (not shown), which runs in a perpendicular to the drawing surface between the transmitting / receiving unit (322) and the reflecting surface (323), no longer hits the reflecting surface when the handle (315) for opening the window is rotated (FIG. 323), so no longer reflected, which causes an alarm triggering by emitting a radio signal of the FM transmitter (331) in the sequence.
- Fig. 4 is a sectional side view through a shutter (411) and a glazing (414) can be seen.
- a reflective surface (423) is arranged on a armor element (412) of the shutter (411.
- the reflective surface (423) facing and on the inside of the glazing (414) z. B. glued, there is a transmitting / receiving device (422) with an integrated therein FM transmitter (431), both of which are powered by a solar cell (450) with electrical energy.
- the transmitter / receiver unit (422) forms a single component together with the FM transmitter (431) and the solar cell (450).
- the transmitting part of the transmitting / receiving device (422) is connected to the receiving part of the transmitting / receiving device (422) via a light beam (424), which is reflected at the reflecting surface (423). If the roller shutter (411) moves up or down, the light beam (424) no longer hits the reflective surface (423), as a result of which the receiving part of the transceiver unit (422) no longer illuminates and consequently an alarm by emitting a radio signal from the FM transmitter (431) is triggered.
- This arrangement is particularly suitable for safely protecting large glass surfaces of the outer skin of a building from manipulation.
