Claims (6)

  1. Contact roller system of a winding machine for thin strip material, in particular a reel cutting and winding machine for longitudinal division of thin materials into individual strips (26) and for winding up the individual strips into strip rolls (7), having pressure roller segments (4) disposed adjacent to each other which, during the winding up process, can be adjusted against the strip rollers (7) by means of pivot levers (1) which are disposed in a row adjacent to each other, are equipped with an actuating drive and have the same pivot radius (8), and are mounted freely rotatably on the pivot levers (1) about an axis of rotation (6 - 6) which is parallel to the pivot axis (5 - 5) of the same, characterised in that the pivot levers (1) are disposed in a row adjacent to each other on a shaft (3) and axle bearers (10) for two pressure roller segments (4) are screwed or integrally moulded on both sides on each pivot lever (1), a minimal gap (9), which is required for the rotational movement of the roller segments, being formed between two adjoining pressure roller segments (4).
  2. Contact roller system according to claim 1, characterised by a transverse tie-bar (13) having at least two bearer arms (14) for rotatable or stationary mounting of the shaft (3) of the pivot levers (1) and having bearing blocks (15) for pressure medium cylinders, in particular pneumatic cylinders (16), having an adjustment piston (17) for adjusting the pivot levers (1) with the pressure roller segments (4) against the strip rollers (7).
  3. Contact roller system according to claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the housing (18) of each pressure medium cylinder, in particular pneumatic cylinder (16), is coupled to a bearing block (15) which is fitted on the transverse tie-bar (13), and the piston rod (19) of the adjustment piston (17) of the pressure medium cylinder is coupled to a pivot lever (1) for a pressure roller segment pair (4, 4).
  4. Contact roller system according to one of the claims 2 to 3, characterised in that the transverse tie-bar (13) with the pivot levers (1) and with the pressure roller segments (4), which are mounted rotatably on the latter, can be moved to and fro in order to align the pressure roller segments with the strip rollers (7) and in order to implement an adjustment movement of the pressure roller segments, by means of a linear drive (20), parallel to the axes of rotation (6 - 6) of the pressure roller segments (4) in the direction of their longitudinal axis (21-21).
  5. Contact roller system according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterised by couplings, which are integrated in the pivot levers (1), for rigid connection of two adjacent pressure roller segment pairs (4, 4; 4, 4).
  6. Contact roller system according to claim 5, characterised by pressure medium cylinders inserted into the pivot levers (1), in particular pneumatic cylinders (22), having an adjustment piston (23) which can be moved parallel to the pivot axis (5 - 5) of the pivot levers (1), on which adjustment piston a tie bolt (25), which can be inserted into a corresponding receiving boring (24) of the respectively adjacent pivot lever (1), is disposed.
