Abstract

High-performance sandbag filling system comprises a forced mixing system and at least two independent sandbag filling pipes. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochleistungs- Sandsackabfüllanlage die auch als Mischwerk verwendet werden kann.
Die Anlage besteht aus eineri stabilen Tragerahmengestell, einer darauf befindlichen Trommel (runder Sandbehälter) in der die rotierenden Federzinkenarme das Schüttgut z.B. Sand lockert, mischt und nach außen zu den rundum befindlichen Sandsackabfüllstutzen befördert. Beim Öffnen der Schieber ( Dreiviertelteller im Boden der Trommel) durch drehen am Handgriff des Abfüllstutzen wird somit das Schüttgut in den Befüllstutzen gepresst und der darunter eingehängte Sandsack befüllt. An jeder Befüllanlage sind mindestens 2, in diesem Falle 7 voneinander unabhängig bedienbare Sandsackabfüllstutzen. Der Schieber kann nach belieben entsprechend der Befüllleistung geöffnet werden. Auf der Trommel kann noch ein Trichter zum Beschicken der Anlage mit Frontlader, Radlader oder Bagger aufgesetzt werden. Der Antrieb der Federzinkenarme erfolgt über einen Traktor oder Unimog über die Gelenkwelle (Zapfwelle) oder Hydraulik, kann jedoch auch durch Direktantrieb wie Elektromotor angetrieben werden.

Claims (10)

Hochleistungs- Sandsackabfüllanlage mit Zwangsmischsystem und mindestens 2 (hierbei 7) unabhängig voneinander bedienbaren Sandsackabfüllstutzen, insbesondere für den Hochwasser und Katastrophenschutz,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlage aus einem Tragerahmengestell, einer darauf befindlichen Mischer Trommel (6), mit mehreren darin befindlichen rotierenden Mischerzinken (19) und rundherum befindlichen Sandsackabfüllstutzen - Auslaufrutsche (2) bestehend zum Abfüllen von Sandsäcken und zum Mischen von Schüttgütern ist.
