Die Anlage besteht aus einem stabilen Tragerahmengestell, einer darauf befindlichen Trommel (runder Sandbehälter) in der die rotierenden Federzinkenarme das Schüttgut z.B. Sand lockert, mischt und nach außen zu den rundum befindlichen Sandsackabfüllstutzen befördert. Beim Öffnen der Schieber (Dreiviertelteller im Boden der Trommel) durch Drehen am Handgriff des Abfüllstutzen wird somit das Schüttgut in den Befüllstutzen gepresst und der darunter eingehängte Sandsack befüllt. An jeder Befüllanlage sind mindestens 2, in diesem Falle 7 voneinander unabhängig bedienbare Sandsackabfüllstutzen. Der Schieber kann nach Belieben entsprechend der Befüllleistung geöffnet werden. Auf der Trommel kann noch ein Trichter zum Beschicken der Anlage mit Frontlader, Radlader oder Bagger aufgesetzt werden. Claims (7)
- A heavy duty sandbagging machine comprising a forced-action mixing system and at least two, for example seven, sandbagging nozzles, in particular for flood protection and civil protection, wherein the machine consists of a support frame rack, a mixer drum (6) located thereon, with a plurality of rotating mixer tines (19) located therein and discharge chutes (2) for the sandbagging nozzles located around it, for the filling of sandbags and for the mixing of loose material,
characterised in that
the sandbagging nozzles can be operated independently of one another;
in that the discharge chutes (2) for the sandbagging nozzles are each provided with a slider (1) rotatably arranged in the base of the mixer drum (6);
and in that each discharge chute (2) for the sandbagging nozzles can be operated independently of the sliders (1) of the other discharge chutes (2) for the sandbagging nozzles. - A sandbagging machine in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the mixer tines (19) have to rotate in the same direction as the sliders (1) of the discharge chutes (2) for the sandbagging nozzles are opened.
- A sandbagging machine in accordance with claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the loose material, like sand here, is pressed into the opening of the discharge chute (2) for the sandbagging nozzles.
- A sandbagging machine in accordance with any one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the filling performance or throughput amount can be increased by the opening width of the sliders (1) but also by the rotary speed of the mixer tines (19) and also by the number of the mixer tines (19).
