Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gebäude, insbesondere Hotel- oder Appartementgebäude, mit wenigstens zwei Geschossen, mit einer in einem Basisgeschoss liegenden Einfahrt, mit einem Fördermittel zum Fördern von Fahrzeugen von einem Geschoss zu einem anderen Geschoss, wobei das Fördermittel eine Drehvorrichtung aufweist, über die Fahrzeuge von der Einfahrrichtung in eine Ausfahrrichtung ausrichtbar sind, mit auf den Geschossen in Ausfahrrichtung angeordneten Fahrzeugabstellplätzen und mit Hotelzimmer- oder Appartementeinheiten, die an die Fahrzeugabstellplätze angrenzen.
