Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Hörgerät nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
- Bei Hörgeräten ist es bekannt, die Mikrophonanordnung gegen elektromagnetische Störfelder zu schirmen und sie unter Berücksichtigung akustischer Resonanzräume auszulegen.
- Für Hörgeräte mit Digital-Audiosignal-Verarbeitung ist es weiter bekannt, unmittelbar der Mikrophonanordnung nachgeschaltet, einen Analog/Digital-Wandler vorzusehen.
- Die
DE 195 457 60 schlägt vor, an einem Hörgerät den Analog/Digital-Wandler mit der Mikrophonanordnung zu einer Baueinheit zu vereinen und diese gemeinsam gegen elektromagnetische Störeinflüsse zu schirmen. - Dieses Vorgehen ist unter verschiedenen Aspekten nachteilig:
- Jede Weiterentwicklung von Analog/Digital-Wandler einerseits und Mikrophonanordnung anderseits erfordert eine Neukonzipierung des gesamten, integralen Bauteiles.
- Der Vorteil, dass ein und derselbe Analog/Digital-Wandler mit verschiedenen Mikrophonanordnungen kombiniert eingesetzt werden könnte bzw. ein und dieselbe Mikrophonanordung mit unter schiedlichen AD-Wandlern, kann, bezüglich Fertigungskostensenkung der angesprochenen Einzelbauteile, nicht genutzt werden.
- Bei der Mikrophonanordnungsauslegung muss der damit integrale Analog/Digital-Wandler bezüglich Gestaltung von mit dem Mikrophon direkt gekoppelten, akustischen Resonanzräumen mitberücksichtigt werden.
- Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, diese Nachteile zu beheben. Dies wird durch das Hörgerät eingangs genannter Art realisiert, welches sich nach dem Kennzeichen von Anspruch 1 auszeichnet.
- Es wurde dabei erkannt, dass durch direkte mechanische Montage des Analog/Digital-Wandlers auf der mit Schirmgehäuse versehenen Mikrophonanordnung die obgenannten Nachteile behoben werden und zudem praktisch keine Nachteile bezüglich elektromagnetischer Abschirmung in Kauf zu nehmen sind, da, ohne Beeinträchtigung akustischer Resonanzräume und des modularen Mikrophon/Analog/Digital-Wandleraufbaus, beide Einheiten weiterhin optimal geschirmt werden können. Dies erfolgt in bevorzugter Ausführungsform dadurch, dass der Analog/Digital-Wandler, dem modularen Konzept konsequent folgend, für sich in einem Schirmgehäuse gekapselt ist, welches bei der Montage auf dem Schirmgehäuse der Mikrophonanordnung über verschwindende Leitungslängen satt auf das Potential des Mikrophonanordnungs-Schirmgehäuses gelegt werden kann.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform werden Mikrophonanordnung und Analog/Digital-Wandler nicht nur modular aufgebaut und dann unlösbar vereint, sondern es wird ins Auge gefasst, die beiden Module lösbar zu vereinen.
- Um konsequent den Vorteil des erfindungsgemässen Aufbaus auszunützen, insbesondere dessen Modularität und die flexible Einsatzmöglichkeit ein und desselben Analog/Digital-Wandlermoduls für unterschiedliche Applikationen, insbesondere unterschiedliche Mikrophonanordnungen, wird dabei ein Analog/Digital-Wandlermodul vorgeschlagen mit mindestens zwei Analogeingängen, welche unterschiedliche Eingangsimpedanzen aufweisen und/oder unterschiedliche Signalverstärkungen.
- Die Erfindung wird anschliessend beispielsweise anhand von Figuren erläutert. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1a - 1d:
- schematisch, den Aufbau einer erfindungsgemässen Mikrophon-/Analog/Digital-Wandler-Anordnung mit unterschiedlichen Abschirmungskonzepten;
- Fig. 2:
- schematisch und vereinfacht, eine Schnittdarstellung durch ein Beispiel einer erfindungsgemässen Anordnung, und
- Fig. 3:
- schematisch, ein Analog/Digital-Wandlermodul bevorzugter Ausführungsform.
- In
Fig. 1 sind schematisch vier Ausführungsvarianten von Mikrophonanordnung und unmittelbar nachgeschaltetem Analog/DigitalWandler an einem (nicht dargestellten) erfindungsgemässen Hörgerät dargestellt. GemässFig. 1a ist eine Mikrophonanordnung 1 gegen Einflüsse elektromagnetischer Störsignale mittels eines Schirmes 3 gekapselt. Auf dem Schirm 3 der Mikrophonanordnung 1 ist, erfindungsgemäss, der Analog/Digital-Wandler 5 montiert. GemässFig. 1b ist ein weiterer Schirm 7 ausgangsseitig des Analog/Digital-Wandlers vorgesehen, insbesondere auch, um elektromagnetische Störeinflüsse vom Ausgang des Analog/DigitalWandlers zurück auf dessen Analogeingang zu unterbinden. GemässFig. 1c wird dies dadurch optimiert, dass der Analog/DigitalWandler 5 für sich in einem Schirm 7a gekapselt ist. Diese Ausführungsform wird deshalb bevorzugt, weil damit flexibel der Analog/Digital-Wandler 5 modular für sich eingesetzt werden kann, unabhängig davon, wie und wo weitere Abschirmungen vorgesehen sind. GemässFig. 1d ist die Schirmung 7b des Analog/Digital-Wandlers 5 einseitig unterbrochen und wird dort durch diejenige der Mikrophonanordnung 1 komplettiert. Hier besteht Abhängigkeit zwischen der äusseren Formung der Mikrophonanordnung bzw. ihres Schirmes 3 und der Ausbildung des Analog/Digital-Wandlers 5. - In
Fig. 2 ist schematisch und beispielsweise der Aufbau der erfindungsgemässen Kombination von Mikrophonanordnung und Analog/Digital-Wandler dargestellt. Das Schirmgehäuse 13 der Mikrophonanordnung 10 mit akustischem Eingang 11 trägt eine flexible, Leiterbahnen-beschichtete Folie 15 mit Leiterbahnen 17 des Wandler-Digitalausgangs. Der Analog/Digital-Wandler 16 ist mit einem dünnen Schirm 17 gekapselt, welcher über eine Metallisierungsschicht der Folie 15, wie bei 17c dargestellt, komplettiert und satt auf das Potential des Schirmgehäuses 13 gelegt ist. Innerhalb des Schirmes 17 ist, wie nur schematisch dargestellt, der Analog/Digital-Wandler aufgebaut. Wie weiter nur schematisch dargestellt, wird sein Analogeingang - EA durch Folie 15 und entsprechende Partie des Schirmes 17 in das Gehäuse 13 der Mikrophonanordnung 10 geführt.
- Bevorzugterweise und insbesondere mit Blick auf den modularen Einsatz des erfindungsgemäss eingesetzten Analog/DigitalWandlers ist er, wie schematisch in
Fig. 3 dargestellt, grundsätzlich mit unterschiedlichen Eingangskonfigurationen verwendbar. So weist er mindestens zwei Eingänge E1 und E2 auf mit unterschiedlichen Eingangsimpedanzen Z1 bzw. Z2 und/oder mit unterschiedlichen Eingangsverstärkungen G1 bzw. G2, gegebenenfalls gar mit unterschiedlichen Analog/Digital-Wandlercharakteristiken. Dies ermöglicht es, den Analog/Digital-Wandler modular flexibel für unterschiedliche Mikrophonanordnungen einzusetzen.
Claims (4)
- Hörgerät mit einer Mikrophönanordnung (1) und einem dieser nachgeschalteten Analog/Digital-Wandler (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mikrophonanordnung (1) in einem Schirmgehäuse (3) gekapselt ist und der Analog/Digital-Wandler (5) auf dem Schirmgehäuse (3) montiert ist.
- Hörgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Analog/Digital-Wandler (5) in einem Schirmgehäuse (7a, 7b) gekapselt ist, welches auf Potential des Mikrophon-Anordnungs-Schirmgehäuses (3) gelegt ist.
- Hörgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mikrophonanordnung (1) und Analog/DigitalWandler (5) modular lösbar vereint sind.
- Hörgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Analog/Digital-Wandler (5) mindestens zwei Analog-Eingänge (E1, E2) mit unterschiedlichen Eingangsimpedanzen (Z1, Z2) aufweist, und/oder mit unterschiedlichen Eingangsverstärkungen (G1, G2).
