Description
- La figure 1 est une vue en plan de dessous d'une collerette de spot équipée de deux ergots,
- La figure 2 est une vue en plan de la rondelle de renfort présentant deux découpes intérieures,
- Les figures 3 et 4 sont des vues schématiques en coupe transversale de la rondelle , selon l'axe III-III de la figure 2, collée sur une membrane de plafond respectivement avant (figure 3) et après (figure 4) découpe de la membrane dans l'évidement central de la rondelle,
- La figure 5 représente schématiquement l'introduction de la collerette de spot dans la rondelle de renfort de la figure 4,
- La figure 6 représente schématiquement la collerette de spot de la figure 5 après mise en place et pivotement angulaire et,
- La figure 7 est une représentation partielle en coupe de l'épaulement intérieur de la collerette de spot au niveau de l'ergot conique.
Claims (6)
- Ensemble de montage d'un spot auto-portant sur un plafond tendu comprenant une rondelle de renfort (1) collée sur la face endroit (4a) de la membrane (4) formant le plafond et un spot comprenant au moins une ampoule et une collerette de spot solidarisable à la rondelle de renfort (1), caractérisé en ce que la collerette de spot (1) comprend des premiers moyens de solidarisation (8) et la rondelle de renfort (2) comprend des seconds moyens de solidarisation (9), lesdits premiers (8) et seconds moyens (9) étant aptes à coopérer , de manière réversible, lors du pivotement angulaire de la collerette (1) par rapport à la rondelle (2) pour leur verrouillage et leur déverrouillage.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la collerette de spot (1) ayant une face plane annulaire (3) et présentant au moins un épaulement transversal (5) et la rondelle de renfort (2), de forme plane annulaire, étant ajustée avec jeu pour pouvoir être logée selon ledit épaulement transversal (5) contre la face plane formant le fond (3a) de la collerette (1), les premiers moyens de solidarisation consistent en au moins un ergot (8) en saillie vers l'extérieur de l'épaulement transversal (5) de la collerette (1) et les seconds moyens consistent, pour chaque ergot (8) , en une découpe intérieure (9) configurée pour permettre le passage de l'ergot (8) lors de la mise en place de la collerette (1) par dessus la rondelle de renfort (2) et en ce que l'ergot (8) est situé à une distance H du fond (3a) de la collerette , distance qui est sensiblement supérieure à l'épaisseur e de la rondelle de renfort (2), incluant éventuellement celle de la membrane (4) du plafond tendu.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 2 caractérisé par deux ergots (8) et deux découpes (9), disposées diamétralement par rapport à l'axe de symétrie (DD') de la collerette (1) et de la rondelle de renfort (2).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que l'ergot (8) comporte une face inclinée (8b) pour le frottement contre la rondelle (2), lors du pivotement angulaire.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que l'ergot (8) a une forme globalement conique et est obtenu par repoussage du métal constitutif de la collerette (1).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que , la collerette présentant deux épaulements transversaux , l'un intérieur (5) terminé par un rebord (10), qui sert de logement à l'ampoule, et l'autre extérieur (6) qui permet de cacher la rondelle de renfort, l'épaulement extérieur (6) a une hauteur h qui est inférieure à l'épaisseur e de la rondelle.
