Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Ölgewinnung aus Früchten oder Saaten, vorzugsweise Oliven oder Avocados, mit einer Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge, wobei die Früchte oder Saaten zerkleinert werden, woraufhin der zerkleinerte Fruchtbrei der Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zerkleinerte Fruchtbrei beim oder nach dem Zerkleinern einem Hochdruck und einem nachfolgenden Entspannen ausgesetzt wird, wobei zum Zerkleinern ein Extruder (12) verwendet wird, so daß die Früchte oder Saaten beim Zerkleinern dem im Extruder (12) herrschenden Druck ausgesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zerkleinerte Fruchtbrei in der Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge (11) in einem Zwei-Phasentrennverfahren in Öl als erste Phase und in ein Feststoff-/wassergemisch - Orujo - als zweite Phase aufgetrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fruchtbrei vor dem Eintritt in die Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fruchtbrei bei der Verarbeitung von Oliven auf max. 40°C erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fruchtbrei bei der Verarbeitung von Avocados auf mehr als 40°C erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fruchtbrei bei der Verarbeitung von Avocados auf 40°C bis 80°C erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Früchte oder Saaten zunächst gewaschen und dann zerkleinert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fruchtbrei nach dem Zerkleinern direkt oder über eine Pumpe (2) und/oder eine Rohrleitung in einen Puffertank (4) geleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fruchtbrei aus der Hochdruckstrecke (7) mit Hilfe eines Entspannungsventils entspannt wird und dann direkt und/oder nach weiterer Entspannung in einem weiteren Puffertank der Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge (11) zugeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verarbeitung des Fruchtbreis in einem hermetischen System erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verarbeitung des Fruchtbreis in einem hermetischen System unter Zuleitung eines Inertgases erfolgt.
- Anlage zur Ölgewinnung aus Früchten oder Saaten, vorzugsweise Oliven oder Avocados, mitA) einer Einrichtung (1) zum Zerkleinem der Früchte oder Saaten zu einem Fruchtbrei,B) die als Extruder (12) aus gebildet ist, so dass die Früchte oder Saaten beim Zerkleinem dem im Extruder (12) herrschenden Druck ausgesetzt sind, undC) einer dem Extruder (7) nachgeschalteten Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge (11), vorzugsweise mit einer Tauchscheibe versehen, zur Trennung des Fruchtbreis in verschiedene Phasen, vorzugsweise in Öl als erste Phase und in ein Feststoff-/Wassergemisch als zweite Phase.
