Abstract

Ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zur Ölgewinnung aus Früchten oder Saaten, vorzugsweise Oliven oder Avocados, zeichnen sich dadurch aus, daß ein zerkleinerter Fruchtbrei aus den Früchten oder Saaten über eine Hochdruckstrecke (7) mit einer Hochdruckzone (7a) und einem Entspannungsventil (7b) einer Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge (11) zugeführt wird.
