Claims (6)
- Cartouche cylindrique (1), en matière plastique entièrement moulée utilisable pour constituer le corps tubulaire (3) d'un distributeur de produit pâteux à travers l'une de ses extrémités normalement obturée avant utilisation par un bouchon (3), l'autre extrémité étant, avant utilisation, fermée par un couvercle (2) frangible venant de moulage avec la paroi latérale du corps (1) et dont le détachement par un anneau de tirage, procure un passage lisse sur toute la longueur de la cartouche assurant la libre circulation du piston à l'intérieur du corps (1), caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (2) qui a la forme générale d'un disque (4) globalement plan au moins sur sa face interne (4b), entouré d'une jupe verticale (5) qui s'étend à partir et au dessus de sa face externe (4a) , sur une hauteur h constante, sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan du disque, est rattaché à la face interne de l'extrémité correspondante du corps tubulaire (3) ou de la pièce qui en tient lieu, par une pellicule déchirable (6) de matière moulée le reliant au bord externe (5a) de la jupe (5), celle-ci comportant en un point de sa circonférence une découpe verticale (7) sur toute sa hauteur se prolongeant horizontalement sur le disque sur une distance sensiblement égale à h pour former une découpe radiale (8) dont les berges (8a,8b) supportent du côté externe du disque (4) deux flans verticaux (9) normalement égaux, disposés en vis à vis et d'épaisseur au moins égale à celle de la jupe (5) et de même hauteur, rattachés verticalement d'un côté aux berges (7a) de la découpe verticale (7) et reliés entre eux par leurs bords libres externes et en regard par une pellicule déchirable (10) de matière moulée formant l'étanchéité du couvercle, un fil de matière moulée (11) de forme appropriée étant issu de la face externe d'un des flans (9), du côté situé à l'opposé de son rattachement à la jupe (5) pour se raccorder symétriquement de l'autre côté à la face externe de l'autre flan (9) pour former l'anneau externe de tirage.
- Cartouche selon la revendication précédente caractérisée en ce que l'anneau (11) à une longueur maximale telle qu'avant déchirage du couvercle (4), il soit entièrement compris dans l'espace intérieur délimité par la jupe (5) et la face externe (4a) du disque (4).
- Cartouche selon la revendication précédente caractérisée en ce qu'un bourrelet (12) de matière s'étend sur la face externe (4a) du disque (4) pour relier les zones de rattachement de l'anneau (11) aux flans (9) et renforcer son accrochage au couvercle au moment du tirage.
- Cartouche selon la revendication précédente caractérisée en ce qu'un bossage (13) avantageusement circulaire de hauteur voisine de h est coaxialement disposé au centre de la face externe (4a) du disque (4), son diamètre étant tel qu'il s'insère à l'intérieur de l'anneau (11) au repos, c'est-à-dire avant tirage.
- Cartouche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que le couvercle frangible (2) est monté sur la tête d'un bouchon circulaire rapporté ou soudé à l'extrémité libre de la cartouche (1).
- Application de la cartouche à ouverture frangible conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, aux cartouches de graisse ou analogues.
