Claims (13)
- Knautschelement (1) eines Schienenfahrzeuges, welches im Bereich zumindest einer fahrzeugendseitig gelegenen Knautschzone angeordnet ist, und zumindest einen rohrförmigen Hohlraum aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
es in dem Schienenfahrzeug austauschbar befestigt und aus zwei Blechen (2a, 2b) gebildet ist, von denen zumindest eines als Profilblech (2a', 2b') ausgeführt ist, welche an einander zugekehrten und aneinander anliegenden Stegen (3a, 3b), unter Bildung parallel zueinander verlaufender hohler Kästen (4a, 4b), miteinander verbunden sind. - Knautschelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bleche (2a, 2b) in einem Rahmen (5) gehalten sind.
- Knautschelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei aufeinanderliegenden Bleche (2a, 2b) an ihren Berührungsflächen miteinander punktuell verschweißt sind.
- Knautschelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hohlen Kästen (4a, 4b) einen sechseckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Knautschelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bleche (2a, 2b) im wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite des Schienenfahrzeuges verlaufen.
- Knautschelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) zwei Seitenteile (5a, 5b) und einen Vorderteil (6) aufweist, wobei der Vorderteil (6) einen kastenförmigen Querbalken (6') besitzt, der im wesentlichen über die gesamte Fahrzeugbreite verläuft, wobei an der dem Schienenfahrzeug abgewandten Seite des Querbalkens (6') Verrippungen (7) vorgesehen sind.
- Knautschelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bleche (2a, 2b) mit dem Rahmen (5) verschweißt sind.
- Knautschelement nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenteile (5a, 5b) des Rahmens (5) über Führungsschienen in Langträger (8a, 8b) des Schienenfahrzeuges einschiebbar sind.
- Knautschelement nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenteile (5a, 5b) des Rahmens (5) mit lösbaren Klemmverbindungen (9) mit den Langträgern (8a, 8b) des Schienenfahrzeuges verbindbar sind.
- Knautschelement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmverbindung vier gegeneinander verschiebbare Keile (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) aufweist.
- Knautschelement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Keile (10b, 10c) starr mit einer Platte (15) verbunden sind.
- Knautschelement nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Keil (10d) mit Stangen (13a, 13b) starr verbunden ist, die je ein Gewinde (12a, 12b) aufweisen.
- Knautschelement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Keil (10a) mit Muttern (11a, 11b) über die Gewinde (12a, 12b) an den Stangen (13a, 13b) befestigbar ist.
