Claims (11)
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung mit integrierter Elektronikbaugruppe, bestehend aus:a) einem Pyrotechnikbereich (A), im dem eine pyrotechnische Wirkmasse (3) und eine elektrisch zündbare Zündbrücke (1) angeordnet sind,b) einem davon getrennten und so vor den Auswirkungen der Zündung geschützten Elektronikbereich (B), in dem die Elektronikbaugruppe (6a-6c) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßc) eine in den Pyrotechnikbereich (A) als auch in den Elektronikbereich (B) ragende Trägeranordnung (2) vorgesehen ist, auf der einerseits die Elektronikbaugruppe (6a - 6c) und andererseits die Zündbrücke (1) angeordnet und elektrisch verbunden sind, undd) die Trägeranordnung (2) zumindest eine Entkopplungsstelle (23) zur mechanischen Entkopplung des im Pyrotechnikbereich befindlichen Teils (2a) der Trägeranordnung (2) von der restlichen Trägeranordnung (2b) aufweist.
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steifigkeit der Trägeranordnung (2) zwischen dem im Pyrotechnikbereich befindlichen Teil (2a) und der restlichen Trägeranordnung (2b) in der Entkopplungsstelle (23) soweit herabgesetzt ist, dass diese Entkopplungsstelle (23) zumindest bei Überschreitung einer vorgegebenen Grenzbelastung nachgiebig ist.
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entkopplungsstellen als Trennstellen (23), insbesondere als Sollbruchstellen ausgeführt sind, die den im Pyrotechnikbereich befindlichen Teils (2a) der Trägeranordnung (2) von der restlichen Trägeranordnung (2b) nach der Zündung der pyrotechnischen Wirkmasse (3) abtrennen.
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entkopplungsstellen (23) als Biegestellen, insbesondere als biegeelastische Verjüngungen der Trägeranordnung 2 ausgeführt sind.
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schutzwand (7c) aus einem druck- und hitzebeständigen Material zwischen Pyrotechnikbereich (A) und Elektronikbereich (B) vorgesehen ist.
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägeranordnung (2) im Elektronikbereich (B) zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise vollständig, mit einem druck- und hitzebeständigen Material (5) umhüllt ist, welches die Trennung zwischen Pyrotechnikbereich (A) und Elektronikbereich (B) bildet.
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, und die Trägeranordnung (2) im Pyrotechnikbereich (A) zumindest teilweise von einem druckabsorbierenden Material (4) umhüllt ist, welches weicher ist als das Material der Schutzwand (7c) bzw. der Umhüllung (5) im Elektronikbereich (B).
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Teils (2a) der Trägeranordnung im Pyrotechnikbereich (A) kürzer ist als die Länge desjenigen Teils (2b) der Trägeranordnung im Elektronikbereich (B).
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennstellen (23) auf der Trägeranordnung im Übergangsbereich zwischen Pyrotechnikbereich (A) und dem von der Schutzwand (7c) umschlossenen Bereich angeordnet sind.
- Pyrotechnische Zündeinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennstellen (23) und/oder die Umhüllung (4) der Trägeranordnung (2) im Pyrotechnikbereich (A) so dimensioniert sind, dass sie nur bei Überschreitung einer vorgegebenen thermischen und/oder mechanischen Grenzbelastung während des Abbrands der pyrotechnischen Wirkmasse (3) die Trägeranordnung (2) trennen.
- Verwendung einer pyrotechnischen Zündeinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche für das Zünden von Insassenschutzeinrichtungen in einem Insassenschutzsystem, wobei die Insassenschutzeinrichtungen über einen Datenbus untereinander bzw. mit einer Zentraleinheit zum Datenaustausch verbunden sind und eine in die Elektronikbaumgruppe integrierte Kommunikationsschaltung zum Datenaustausch aufweisen, welche auch nach dem Zünden der Zündeinrichtung noch kommunikationsfähig ist.
