Description
Selbstfärbestempel
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Selbstfärbestempel mit einem Stempelgehäuse, das einen Stempeleinsatz mit einem Druckelement aufnimmt, der im Gehäuse mit Hilfe eines Wendemechanismus aus einer Stellung, in welcher das Druckelement an einem im Gehäuse angeordnete Farbkissen anliegt, unter Wenden in die Druckstellung versetzbar ist, wobei der Stempeleinsatz durch einen das Gehäuse übergreifenden, mit dem Stempeleinsatz gekuppelten Betätigungsteil betätigbar ist, der über Rastelemente in einer Verriegelungsstellung des Stempels mit dem Stempelgehäuse verrastbar ist.
Bei bekannten Stempeln dieser Art sind aus den Seitenwänden des Betätigungsteiles federnd verformbare Zungen ausgeschnitten, die in einer zusammengedrückten Verriegelungsstellung des Stempels in Gehäuserasten eingreifen.
Diese Konstruktion hat den Nachteil, dass sie wegen des Erfordernisses der Rastzungenausbildung in den Seitenwänden des Betätigungsteiles in werkzeugtechnischer Hinsicht aufwendig ist und für die Fingerbetätigung nur relativ kleine Angriffsflächen bietet.
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, die Herstellung des Stempels zu vereinfachen, und erreicht dies dadurch, dass die Rastelemente an den freien Enden eines auf den Betätigungsteil aufschnappbaren gesonderten Bügels ausgebildet sind, der zugleich ein oberes Sichtfenster des Betätigungsteiles bildet und deren Rastelemente über Öffnungen in den Seitenwänden des Betäti- gungsteiles mit dem Gehäuserasten in Eingriff versetzbar sind.
Auf diese Weise wird die Ausbildung des Stempelverriegelungsmechanismus von der Ausbildung des Betätigungsteiles vollkommen getrennt und dadurch die Herstellung der Teile wesentlich vereinfacht. Ausserdem werden durch den Bügel breitere Fin gerangriffsflächen geschaffen.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert, die zeigen : Fig. 1 einen schematischen Schnitt eines Stempels und des Bügels gemäss der Erfindung, Fig. 2 eine Perspektivansicht des fertigen Stempels im Schnitt, Fig. 3 die Gebrauchstellung des Stempels im Schnitt und Fig. 4 einen Schnitt des Stempels in der verriegelten Stellung.
Wie die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen hat der aus Kunststoff gefertigte Stempel ein Gehäuse 1, das einen Stempeleinsatz 2 aufnimmt, der eine Stempelplatte 3 trägt, welche in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung an einem Stempelkissen 4 anliegt. Der Stempeleinsatz 2 ist mittels eines Wendemechanismus 5 durch einen am Stempeleinsatz 2 angreifenden Betätigungsteil 6 in die Druckstellung der Stempelplatte 3 versetzbar, u. zw. gegen die Wirkung einer nicht gezeigten, zwischen Gehäuse 1 und Betätigungsteil 6 wirkenden Rückstell-Druckfeder.
Wie aus Fig. 1 hervorgeht, wird auf den Betätigungsteil 6 ein U-förmiger Bügel 7 über Rastnasen 7"aufgeschnappt, der an den freien Enden seiner Schenkel 7'mit Rasthaken 7"versehen ist, die über Öffnungen 6"in den Seitenwänden 6'des Betätigungsteiles 6 mit Rastausnehmungen 1"des Gehäuses 1 in Eingriff versetzbar sind.
Auf dieser Weise wird die Ausbildung des eigentlichen Betätigungsteiles von der Ausbildung der Rastverbindung vom Betätigungsteil 6 und Gehäuse 1 in der zusammengedrückten Verriegelungsstellung des Stempels, die in Fig. 4 gezeigt ist, getrennt und insbesondere die Herstellung des Betätigungsteiles 6 vereinfacht. Darüber hinaus wird ein Sichtfenster S für einen Stempeltext erhalten und die Betätigung des Stempels in der Verriegelungsstellung wegen der grösseren Flexibilität und Griffläche der Schenkelenden des Bügels im Vergleich zu Zungen in den Seitenwänden des Betätigungsteiles, wie beim Stand der Technik, erleichtert.
Ansprüche :
1. Selbstfärbestempel mit einem Stempelgehäuse, das einen Stempeleinsatz mit einem Druckelement aufnimmt, der im Gehäuse mit Hilfe eines Wendemechanismus aus einer Stellung, in welcher das Druckelement an einem im Gehäuse angeordneten Farbkissen anliegt, unter Wenden in die Druckstellung versetzbar ist, wobei der Stempeleinsatz durch einen das Gehäuse übergreifenden, mit dem Stempeleinsatz gekuppelten Betätigungsteil betätigbar ist, der über Rastelemente in einer Verriegelungsstellung des Stempels mit dem Stempelgehäuse verrastbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastelemente (7") an den freien Enden eines auf den Betätigungsteil (6) aufschnappbaren gesonderten Bügels (7) ausgebildet sind, der zugleich ein oberes Sichtfenster (S) des Betätigungsteiles (6) bildet und dessen Rastelemente (7")
über Öffnungen (6") in den Seitenwänden (6') des Betätigungsteiles (6) mit Gehäuserasten (1") in Eingriff versetzbar sind.
2. Selbstfärbestempel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da# der Bügel (7) über Rastnasen (7''') and en Bügelschenkeln (7') auf den Betätigungsteil (6) aufschnappbar ist.

This construction has the disadvantage that, due to the requirement for the formation of locking tongues in the side walls of the actuating part, it is complex in terms of tool technology and offers only relatively small contact surfaces for finger actuation.
The invention aims to simplify the manufacture of the stamp, and this is achieved in that the latching elements are formed at the free ends of a separate bracket which can be snapped onto the actuating part, which at the same time forms an upper viewing window of the actuating part and the latching elements of which via openings in the Side walls of the actuating part with which the housing catches can be brought into engagement.
In this way, the design of the stamp locking mechanism is completely separated from the design of the actuating part and the manufacture of the parts is thereby considerably simplified. In addition, wider fin attack surfaces are created by the bracket.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawings, which show: FIG. 1 a schematic section of a stamp and the bracket according to the invention, FIG. 2 a perspective view of the finished stamp in section, FIG. 3 the use position of the Stamp in section and Fig. 4 shows a section of the stamp in the locked position.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the stamp made of plastic has a housing 1 which receives a stamp insert 2, which carries a stamp plate 3, which rests on a stamp pad 4 in the non-use position. The stamp insert 2 can be moved into the printing position of the stamp plate 3 by means of a turning mechanism 5 by an actuating part 6 engaging the stamp insert 2, u. between against the action of a restoring compression spring, not shown, acting between housing 1 and actuating part 6.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, a U-shaped bracket 7 is snapped onto the actuating part 6 via latching lugs 7 ", which is provided at the free ends of its legs 7 'with latching hooks 7" which are provided via openings 6 "in the side walls 6'. of the actuating part 6 with latching recesses 1 "of the housing 1 can be brought into engagement.
