Abstract
Description
- une pluralité d'unités d'encrage comprenant chacune un cliché gravé avec une rainure spécifique, un encrier rempli d'encre en étant monté en position renversée sur la partie supérieure du cliché, et un dispositif de tamponnage ayant au moins un tampon pour récupérer l'encre stockée dans la gravure du cliché, et l'apposer sur les verre,
- une table de travail équipée d'éléments de préhension à dépression pour les verres à tamponner,
- un système de vision placé au-dessus de la table de travail pour la détection du marquage caché et le positionnement correct des verres avant le tamponnage,
- et des moyens de commande des différents cycles de tamponnage des verres.
- les différentes unités d'encrage sont réparties et stockées verticalement à intervalles réguliers le long d'un magasin, lequel est monté à coulissement vertical sur un châssis fixe,
- un premier actionneur assure la montée et la descente du magasin (16) pour positionner au moins une unité d'encrage à un niveau prédéterminé situé entre la table de travail et le système de vision,
- un deuxième actionneur assure un déplacement relatif du cliché de ladite unité d'encrage sélectionnée par rapport à l'encrier fixe pour assurer le transfert d'encre de la gravure du cliché vers le tampon correspondant.

- les figures 8 à 9A sont respectivement des vues en plan, de profil et en élévation du dispositif de tamponnage sur la table de travail;
- les figures 10 à 18 montrent les différentes étapes successives de tamponnage des verres.
Claims (10)
- Machine de tamponnage (10), notamment pour des verres de vision, comportant:caractérisée en ce que:une pluralité d'unités d'encrage (18) comprenant chacune un cliché (28) gravé avec une rainure spécifique, un encrier (32) rempli d'encre en étant monté en position renversée sur la partie supérieure du cliché (28), et un dispositif de tamponnage (44) ayant au moins un tampon (48) pour récupérer l'encre stockée dans la gravure du cliché (28), et l'apposer sur les verre (OD, OG),une table de travail (36) équipée d'éléments de préhension (42) à dépression pour les verres à tamponner,un système de vision (46) placé au-dessus de la table de travail (36) pour la détection du marquage caché et le positionnement correct des verres avant le tamponnage,et des moyens de commande des différents cycles de tamponnage des verres,différentes unités d'encrage (18) sont réparties et stockées verticalement à intervalles réguliers le long d'un magasin (16), lequel est monté à coulissement vertical sur un châssis (12) fixe,un premier actionneur (20) assure la montée et la descente du magasin (16) pour positionner au moins une unité d'encrage (18) à un niveau prédéterminé situé entre la table de travail (36) et le système de vision (46),un deuxième actionneur (54) assure un déplacement relatif du cliché (28) de ladite unité d'encrage (18) sélectionnée par rapport à l'encrier (32) fixe pour assurer le transfert d'encre de la gravure du cliché (28) vers le tampon (48) correspondant.
- Machine de tamponnage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le premier actionneur (20) comporte un motoréducteur (22) accouplé à un mécanisme de transformation de mouvement à vis (24) et écrou (26).
- Machine de tamponnage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la vis (24) s'étend selon une direction verticale, le sens d'entraínement bidirectionnel du magasin (16) à la montée ou à la descente étant commandé par inversion de l'alimentation du moteur.
- Machine de tamponnage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième actionneur (54) comporte un vérin d'accrochage (56) pour la préhension des deux clichés (28) sélectionnés, et un vérin d'actionnement (58) destiné à pousser horizontalement les clichés (28) entre deux positions C et D horizontales adaptées à la sortie et à la rentrée des clichés (28).
- Machine de tamponnage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le vérin d'accrochage (56) comporte une pince (60) articulée reliée à une chape (62) mobile dudit vérin, et pourvue à son extrémité opposée d'un mors (64) destiné à agripper un support de cliché (30) mobile.
- Machine de tamponnage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le vérin d'actionnement (58) est disposé au-dessus du vérin d'accrochage (56), et pousse les clichés (28) lors de la fermeture du mors (64), jusqu'à ce que la partie gravée des clichés (28) glisse à l'extérieur des deux encriers (32).
- Machine de tamponnage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les différentes unités d'encrage (18) sont identiques, et réparties par paires en nombre égal sur deux côtés du magasin (16) double, les unités d'encrage (18) superposées d'un même côté étant affectées pour les verres de l'oeil droit, et celles de l'autre côté pour les verres de l'oeil gauche.
- Machine de tamponnage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la table de travail (36) est équipée d'un coulisseau (38) de support d'une paire de verres (OG et OD) pour l'oeil gauche et l'oeil droit respectivement.
- Machine de tamponnage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le coulisseau (38) comporte en plus deux éléments de préhension (42) à ventouses pour le maintien par dépression des verres (OG et OD) lors des opérations de transfert et de tamponnage.
- Machine de tamponnage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de tamponnage (44) comporte une paire de tampons (48) en silicone actionnés dans le sens de la hauteur au moyen d'un vérin (50) déplaçable entre une position basse et une position relevée pour assurer ledit transfert d'encre.
