Description
The invention relates to a component for erecting wall, ceiling, floor, Retaining wall, boundary, partition elements or the like. consisting of a cuboid basic element, which at least on one Part of its boundary surfaces has at least two grooves, in which Grooves for positive connection of adjoining basic elements a strip-shaped spring can be used as a connecting element, and the Basic element on its upper boundary surface and on its lower Boundary surface has mutually intersecting grooves. There are a variety of configurations of components that are stacked on top of each other or placed side by side for the various purposes. So it is also known to such components their mutually facing boundary surfaces either with protruding springs or with to provide corresponding grooves to thereby achieve mutual engagement. Such components can only be used for certain applications. An individual adjustment can not.
Das Grundelement weist dabei an dessen oberer Begrenzungsfläche und an dessen unterer Begrenzungsfläche rechtwinklig einander kreuzende Rillen auf.CH-A-291 754, for example, describes a component for erecting wall, Ceiling, floor, retaining wall, boundary, partition elements or the like known, which consists of a cuboid component that at least on a part of its boundary surfaces has a plurality of grooves, in which grooves for the form-fitting connection of adjoining basic elements rod-shaped elements can be used. The basic element points to it upper boundary surface and rectangular at its lower boundary surface crossing grooves.
The invention has for its object to a component of the type mentioned create, in which an improved connection of the component with others similar components is achieved and the heat values are improved.
This is achieved according to the invention as a result of that the basic element has at least two grooves running parallel to one another, which are circumferentially closed over all four at a right angle adjoining boundary surfaces run continuously, and that which on the upper boundary surface and on the lower boundary surface of the Basic element intersecting at right angles grooves circumferentially closed all four adjoining each other at a right angle Boundary surfaces run continuously.
So there are only prepared grooves in a basic element, then on those Areas and thus those boundary surfaces that should come into contact with each other that required fasteners can be used. So there are all conditions to be fully taken into account. Whether these components should be connected to each other in a row, whether they are to be stacked directly or offset from one another or whether it is a kind of corner area or a Intermediate connection is to be made, connecting elements are always in the required place Can be used in the existing grooves and can thus create an optimal positive connection cause.
If the component is used to erect walls, you only need a small amount Dimensions of mortar or it is sufficient to apply a thin layer of adhesive to one to achieve a final firm connection. Especially because of the constant, firm engagement of the components on the facing boundary surfaces, especially in earthquake-prone areas Areas a safer construction possible. Walls built in this way are essential more crack-resistant than previous masonry. The suitability according to the invention results in particular suitability Construction also for avalanche protection structures or basically for structures in avalanche risk Areas. The configuration according to the invention is also considered with regard to thermal insulation Optimal to designate, since there are none in the horizontal as well as in the vertical joints continuous layer of mortar is present. The interruptions caused by the Fasteners have a positive effect here. Because there are always grooves on the top of the components and there are insertable springs, is also advantageously a connection of overlying ceiling elements possible, since ceiling elements also have a corresponding intervention in the grooves or over the springs.
The fact that the basic element at least two parallel to each other Has grooves, which are circumferentially closed over all four in a right Angle adjoining boundary surfaces run continuously, mutual connection of the components is achieved in any position. As a result the at least two grooves achieve an even better mechanical connection and in addition, the thermal values are further improved. This way are also on the interior and the outer boundaries of walls created in this way are continuous over the entire height Grooves are present, which may only be through the end faces of inserted springs are interrupted. It is therefore optimal to anchor cladding or Cladding elements possible. So plug connections are also conceivable if the with the Components and cladding elements erected buildings must be disassembled again. Also when a constant intervention is desired, for example an additional one Adhesive connection is provided, due to the simple connection possibility a quick Construction of buildings can be achieved. According to the invention, it is provided that on the upper boundary surface and the lower boundary surface of the base element intersecting grooves at right angles circumferentially closed over all four adjoining each other at right angles Boundary surfaces run continuously. The mutual connection options of the Components are significantly improved.
So that there is always an exact match between the grooves around the base element and the inserted ones Connection elements is present, it is provided in an embodiment of the invention that the width of the between two Grooves remaining portions of the boundary surface is twice the width of the Section that remains between the edge of a boundary surface and the facing grooves. As a result, there is one even in the case of components which are adjacent to one another and offset positive adjustment possible.
If a corresponding grid is then adhered to, optimal application possibilities result for the component according to the invention. It is therefore provided that the width of the between two grooves remaining sections four times and the width of the section between the edge of a boundary surface and the facing groove twice the width is dimensioned according to a groove.
It is also proposed that the connecting element can be inserted into the groove in a force-locking manner. This can ensure that the connecting element when attaching the next component cannot move or fall out. The assembly work will be thereby significantly improved and simplified.
Another feature is that the length of the at the upper boundary surface and / or on the lower boundary surface of the base element to be used Total length or width corresponds to this boundary surface. As a result, the connecting element stands in the event of a possible pre-assembly, do not use the side boundary surfaces. In addition, or the like when creating a wall. after each layer also an offset Introducing the connecting elements possible, which leads to an additional mutual engagement leads.
If it is further provided that the length of at the lateral boundary surfaces of the Basic element to be used connecting elements minus the height of the basic element twice the depth of a groove, then it is guaranteed that for the side connection fasteners used by components do not have the bottom of the top and of the lower boundary surfaces facing grooves. So it is always an unobstructed one Insertion of the connecting elements on the last delimiting surfaces of the components possible.
Especially when using components according to the invention when creating walls with wall corners, with partition connections, with a staggered installation, etc. acts as a special dimension of the component is particularly advantageous. It is therefore proposed that the ratio of total length to total width of the basic element is 1.5: 1. It is this means that all neighboring components can always be optimally connected.
