- la figure 2b représente l'appareil électrique fermé, après branchement d'une fiche électrique à sortie droite, selon la coupe IIb-IIb de la figure 1b;
- la figure 3 représente un demi-joint adapté à être monté sur un appareil électrique selon l'invention ; et
- la figure 4 représente deux demi-joints coopérant pour réaliser un passage étanche de câble pour un appareil électrique selon l'invention.
Claims (14)
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) comportant un boítier (110) contenant une prise électrique femelle (120) pour le branchement d'un câble électrique (C) muni d'une fiche mâle (PM), ledit boítier (110) comportant un passage (116) dudit câble électrique (C), ledit passage (116) étant étanche lorsque ledit boítier (110) est fermé, ledit appareil électrique (100) étant caractérisé en ce que ladite prise électrique femelle (120) est adaptée à pivoter pour donner une position optimale audit câble électrique (C) dans ledit passage (116), pour plusieurs types de fiches (PM).
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon la revendication 1,caractérisé en ce que ladite prise électrique femelle (120) est adaptée à prendre au moins une première et une deuxième inclinaisons permettant d'obtenir ladite position optimale dudit câble électrique (C), lorsque ladite fiche mâle (PM) est du type à sortie latérale et du type à sortie droite, respectivement.
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit boítier (110) comporte un couvercle (112) et un socle (114) étanches et des moyens d'étanchéité (150, 160) adaptés à assurer l'étanchéité entre ledit couvercle (112) et ledit socle (114) lorsque ledit boítier (110) est fermé, et en ce que ledit couvercle (112) et ledit socle (114) comportent chacun une demi-ouverture (113, 115) sur une face avant, lesdites demi-ouvertures se rejoignant pour former ledit passage (116) lorsque ledit boítier est fermé.
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite prise électrique femelle (120) est montée sur un support pivotant (140), et en ce que dans ladite première inclinaison, ledit support pivotant (140) est sensiblement parallèle à un plan de fixation dudit appareil.
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit socle (114) comporte une margelle interne (130) définissant un cadre, décalé en profondeur par rapport à un bord (132) dudit socle (114), ladite margelle interne (130) s'étendant à partir de parois latérales (135) dudit socle (114) et comportant une gorge (150) entourant ledit support pivotant (140), ladite gorge (150) contenant un joint d'étanchéité, et en ce que ledit couvercle (112) possède une jupe (160), conformée pour prendre position dans ladite gorge (150) et comprimer ledit joint d'étanchéité lorsque ledit boítier (110) est fermé.
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que dans ladite deuxième inclinaison, ledit support pivotant (140) fait approximativement un angle de 70° avec ledit plan de fixation.
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un ressort (170) qui tend à ramener ledit support pivotant (140) dans ladite première inclinaison.
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7 caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (112) et ledit socle (114) comportent chacun un demi-joint d'étanchéité (15) fixé sur une partie interne d'une face avant, respectivement, les demi-joints (15) étant adaptés à coopérer pour assurer l'étanchéité dudit passage (116) lorsque ledit boítier (110) est fermé.
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque demi-joint d'étanchéité (15) comporte un support rigide (25), comprenant une échancrure (30) contenant un bloc de matière déformable élastique étanche (20) dans laquelle sont réalisées des découpes (35a, 35b, 35c) formant des évidements sensiblement coaxiaux (50a, 50b, 50c) pour ledit passage de câble lorsque des faces de serrage (45) de chaque demi-joint (15) sont face à face et au plus près l'une de l'autre, ladite matière déformable élastique étanche (20) s'étendant, sur ladite face de serrage (45), de part et d'autre de ladite échancrure (30).
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les sections des évidements coaxiaux (50a, 50b, 50c) sont décroissantes à partir d'une face interne (40) dudit bloc de matière étanche (20).
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits évidements (50a, 50b, 50c) ne débouchent pas sur une face externe (60) dudit bloc (20).
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que chaque demi-joint (15) comporte des lamelles (65, 65a) de matière élastique déformable étanche (20) sur le dessus de ladite face de serrage (45), lesdites lamelles (65, 65a) étant sensiblement parallèles entre elles, et perpendiculaires à un axe d'alignement desdits évidements coaxiaux (50a, 50b, 50c), lesdites lamelles (65, 65a) de chaque demi-joint (15) étant conformées pour s'imbriquer les unes dans les autres lorsque lesdites faces de serrage (45) sont face à face et au plus près l'une de l'autre.
- Appareil électrique étanche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de matière déformable élastique étanche (20) est constitué d'une mousse en matière thermoplastique souple surmoulée sur chaque support rigide (25).
- Appareil électrique étanche selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de matière déformable élastique étanche (20) est constitué d'une matière thermoplastique souple surmoulée directement sur ledit socle et ledit couvercle.
