Claims (12)
- Installationsschaltgerät mit einer ein festes und ein bewegliches Kontaktstück aufweisenden Kontaktstelle, mit einer Lichtbogenlöschkammeranordnung mit parallel zueinander gestapelten Lichtbogenlöschblechen und zwei Lichtbogenleitschienen, die den Lichtbogen bei einer Schalthandlung zu den Löschblechen führen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löschkammeranordnung aus zwei nebeneinander liegenden Löschblechpaketen (23,24) gebildet ist, dass eine erste und eine zweite Zusatzleitschiene (25,26) vorgesehen sind, von denen eine zum ersten Löschblechpaket (23) an einer ersten Seite des selben und die andere zum zweiten Löschblechpaket (24) an der anderen, zweiten Seite desselben geführt ist, und dass die Zusatzleitschienen (25,26) in ihrem kontaktstellennahen Bereich miteinander verbunden sind, sodass bei einer Ausschaltung der Lichtbogen in zwei Teillichtbögen aufgeteilt wird, von denen einer dem ersten Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket (23) und der andere dem zweiten Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket (24) zugeführt wird.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Löschblechpakete (23, 24) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Stapelrichtung der Löschbleche senkrecht zur Befestigungsebene verläuft.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Löschbleche beider Löschkammern (23, 24) jeweils in je einer Ebene liegen.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzleitschienen (25,26) miteinander eine V - oder Y - Form bilden und bezogen auf die Seitenwände des Installationsschaltgerätes unterschiedliche Abstände voneinander einnehmen.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzleitschienen (25, 26) miteinander eine V- oder Y- Form bilden, deren offene Seite - betrachtet in Richtung der Ebenen der Löschbleche - zu den Löschkammern (23, 24) offen ist.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzleitschienen (25, 26) eine weitere V- Form bilden, deren offene Seitebetrachtet in Richtung senkrecht zu den Ebenen der Löschbleche- zu den Löschblechpaketen (23, 24) offen ist.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitschienen (21,22) und die Zusatzleitschienen (25,26) die äußeren Begrenzungsbleche (28,29) der Löschblechpakete (23,24) bilden, wobei die erste Leitschiene (21) das erste Löschblechpaket (23) an seiner ersten Seite und die erste Zusatzleitschiene (25) das zweite Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket (24) an dessen ersten Seite und die zweite Lichtbogenleitschiene (22) das zweite Leitschiene Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket (24) und die zweite Zusatzleitschiene (26) das erste Lichtbogenlöschblechpaket (23) an dessen zweiten Seite begrenzen.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstelle der Zusatzleitschienen (25,26) im Gehäuse des Installationsschaltgerätes (10) durch eine Abstützung (30) gehalten ist.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das an der Verbindungsstellen der Zusatzleitschienen (25,26) ein Horn (27) vorgesehen ist, das in Richtung Kontaktstelle in die Nähe des Bewegungsweges des beweglichen Kontaktstückes vorspringt.
- Installationsgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Horn (27) ein Flachbandleiter ist, dessen Ebene parallel zu den Ebenen der Löschbleche verläuft.
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand des Hornes (27) von der ersten Lichtbogenleitschiene (21) geringer ist als der von der zweiten Lichtbogenleitschiene (22 Leitschiene).
- Installationsschaltgerät nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzleitschienen (25, 26) über das Horn (27) einstückig miteinander verbunden sind.
