- This last characteristic of the motors 16 being used is extremely important in the construction and working of the device according to the invention, wherein - as known - the toggle-joint levers controlling the motion of the connecting rods operating the control rods for the heald frames must be positioned strictly close, just like said frames in the loom. It is hence very important also for the motors operating the toggle-joint levers to be very close (if possible, no less than said levers), so as to avoid the structural complications of the device which would otherwise turn out to be indispensable.
- the invention fully reaches this object and thus achieves a considerable and unexpected technical progress, allowing to produce far more compact, simple and less costly devices than those produced up to now.
- Such devices have moreover the advantage to guarantee, far more than the known devices, that the toggle-joint levers remain in their working positions, thanks to the cooperation - according to the invention - between the end 20 of the rod 18 of the leverage and the cam profiles 21, 22, or the lever 25.
- the embodiment of fig. 2 is particularly efficient in this respect, since its cam profile 22 is formed as a body with two cylindrical cavities 23 and 24, opening towards the rod 18 and being mutually radiused outwardly thereof: said cam profile 22 is thus apt to determine, with the end 20 of the rod 18, a mutual bilateral engagement in both working positions.

Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Ausführen der Programmierung von rotierenden Schaftmaschinen zur Betätigung von Schaftrahmen in Webmaschinen, insbesondere Webstühlen, bei denen die Steuerstangen (3) für die Schaftrahmen durch Verbindungsstangen (2) betätigt werden, von denen jede an einem exzentrischen Ring (5) angebracht ist, der relativ zur Hauptachse (1) der Schaftmaschine rotiert, wobei die Schaftmaschine darüber hinaus eine Scheibe (13) aufweist, die durch die Hauptachse (1) zum Rotieren gebracht wird, und einen drehbar an dem exzentrischen Ring (5) angebrachten Wählhebel (7), geeignet, die Scheibe (13) mittels einer Feder (12) mit einem seiner Endzähne (11) zu erfassen, mit einem Kniegelenkhebel (14), der derart geführt ist, dass er um eine feststehende Drehachse (14E) schwingt, so dass sich hervorstehende Endprofile (14A, 14B) des Kniegelenkhebels (14) abwechselnd entlang oder außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn am Ende (8) des Stellhebels (7), seinem verzahnten Ende (11) abgewandt, positionieren, so dass sie den Eingriff des Kniegelenkhebels (14) mit der rotierenden Scheibe (13) hervorrufen oder verhindern, wobei die Steuerung zum Hervorrufen der Schwingung des Kniegelenkhebels (14) in Koordination mit der Rotation der Hauptachse (1) des Webstuhls und gegen die Kraft der Feder (15) durch ein elektrisches Antriebsmittel erhalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektrische Antriebsmittel einen elektrischen linearen Schrittmotor (16) umfasst, in dem das geradlinige Antriebselement (16A) über eine Kupplung (17) auf eine Stange (18) wirkt, wobei das eine Ende (19) der Stange (18) drehbar in der Nähe eines Endes des Kniegelenkhebels (14) gelagert ist und das andere Ende (20) durch ein Nockenprofil (21, 22) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Nockenprofil (21) mit dem anderen Ende (20) der Stange (18) nur von Außen im Eingriff ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Nockenprofil (22) und das andere Ende (20) der Stange (18) derart geformt sind, dass sie sich in den beiden Arbeitspositionen im gegenseitigen Eingriff befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei das andere Ende (20) der Stange (18) im Wesentlichen zylindrisch aufgebaut ist und das Nockenprofil (22) als Körper mit zwei zylindrischen Kavitäten (23, 24) ausgebildet ist, die in Richtung der Stange (18) geöffnet sind und außerhalb davon wechselweise mit Radien versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Nockenprofil durch einen Hebel (25) ersetzt ist, der mit einem Ende (26) um einen festen Punkt (27) schwingt und mit einem anderen Ende (28) drehbar an der Verbindungsstelle (29) zwischen der Kupplung (17) und der Kurbelstange (18) gelagert ist.
