- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en coupe partielle avec arrachements d'un fer à repasser selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue partielle, à échelle agrandie et en coupe, d'un réservoir d'eau et d'un ensemble formé par une pompe doseuse, un réservoir d'adjuvant et un dispositif de pulvérisation, avant remplissage du réservoir d'adjuvant ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en élévation, à plus grande échelle, du piston de la pompe de la figure 2 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 3 ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne V-V de la figure 3 ;
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne VI-VI de la figure 3 ;
- la figure 7 est une vue similaire à la figure 2, après remplissage et fermeture du réservoir d'adjuvant, la pompe étant montrée en position amorcée ;
- la figure 8 est une vue similaire à la figure 7, montrant la pompe lors de l'utilisation du fer dans sa fonction de pulvérisation ; et

- une position de repos (figure 7) dans laquelle le joint supérieur 37 est ouvert en étant en appui sur le disque ajouré associé 39 et espacé du disque plein associé 38, tandis que le joint inférieur 41 est fermé en étant en appui étanche sur le disque plein associé 43 et espacé du disque ajouré associé 42, de manière à permettre le passage d'une dose d'adjuvant depuis le réservoir d'adjuvant 12 vers la chambre de dosage 45 de la pompe 15 via les évidements 49 (figure 5) du disque 39 ;
- et une position de travail (figure 8) dans laquelle le joint supérieur 37 se ferme en appui étanche sur le disque plein associé 38, tandis que le joint inférieur 41 s'ouvre en étant en appui sur le disque ajouré associé 42, de manière à permettre le passage de la dose d'adjuvant depuis la chambre de dosage 45 vers la chambre de mélange 20 de la pompe 15 via les évidements 50 (figure 6) du disque 42.
Claims (10)
- Fer à repasser comportant un réservoir d'eau (5), un réservoir (12) contenant un adjuvant textile (13), et une pompe (15) comprenant une chambre de mélange (20) et propre, d'une part, à aspirer dans la chambre de mélange (20) une dose d'eau du réservoir d'eau (5) ainsi que l'adjuvant du réservoir d'adjuvant (12) via un robinet (34) permettant de doser l'adjuvant, de manière à produire dans la chambre de mélange (20) une solution diluée de l'adjuvant, et d'autre part, à envoyer cette solution vers un dispositif de pulvérisation (16) situé dans la partie antérieure du fer, caractérisé en ce que, la pompe (15) étant du type à piston (22) se déplaçant dans un corps (18) et délimitant dans la partie inférieure du corps la chambre de mélange (20) qui débouche dans le réservoir d'eau (5) via un clapet anti-retour (25), ladite pompe (15) fait également office de robinet (34) de dosage de l'adjuvant.
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le piston (22) comprend deux organes mobiles distants d'ouverture-fermeture, respectivement dits supérieur (37) et inférieur (41), montés dans le corps (18) de la pompe (15) en délimitant entre eux une chambre de dosage (45), et commandés respectivement par des premiers (38, 39) et seconds (42,43) moyens d'actionnement liés au piston (22), lesdits organes supérieur (37) et inférieur (41) étant mobiles entre une position de repos dans laquelle l'organe supérieur (37) est ouvert, tandis que l'organe inférieur (41) est fermé, de manière à permettre le passage d'une dose d'adjuvant depuis le réservoir d'adjuvant (12) vers la chambre de dosage (45), et une position de travail dans laquelle l'organe supérieur (37) se ferme sous l'action des premiers moyens d'actionnement (38, 39), tandis que l'organe inférieur (41) s'ouvre sous l'action des seconds moyens d'actionnement (42,43), de manière à permettre le passage de la dose d'adjuvant depuis la chambre de dosage (45) vers la chambre de mélange (20).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le corps (18) de la pompe (15) est cylindrique et le piston (22) est constitué par une tige (36), caractérisé en ce que les deux organes mobiles d'ouverture-fermeture sont constitués respectivement par deux joints annulaires d'étanchéité, dits supérieur (37) et inférieur (41), traversés par la tige (36), dont le pourtour externe est serré sur la face latérale interne (46) du corps (18) de la pompe et dont le pourtour interne est espacé à distance radiale de la tige (36), et en ce que les premiers et seconds moyens d'actionnement comportent chacun deux disques, dits supérieur (38, 42) et inférieur (39, 43), portés transversalement par la tige (36), présentant chacun un diamètre légèrement inférieur au diamètre interne du corps (18) de la pompe, et disposés par paire de part et d'autre de chaque joint (37 ; 41), les disques supérieur (38) et inférieur (43), associés respectivement aux joints supérieur (37) et inférieur (41), étant pleins et les disques inférieur (39) et supérieur (42), associés respectivement aux joints supérieur (37) et inférieur (41), étant ajourés, lesdits joints supérieur (37) et inférieur (41) étant, en position de repos, en appui respectivement sur les disques inférieurs associés (39 ; 43) tout en étant espacés respectivement des disques supérieurs associés (38 ; 42), et venant, en position de travail, en appui respectivement sur les disques supérieurs associés (38 ; 42).
- Fer à repasser selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir d'adjuvant (12) fait partie intégrante de la pompe (15) .
- Fer à repasser selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir d'adjuvant (12) est monté de façon étanche sur la partie supérieure du corps (18) de la pompe (15) en étant traversé par le piston (22) et présente un fond (28) qui débouche dans ladite partie supérieure du corps (18) de la pompe (15).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (53) du piston (22) traverse un col (57) pratiqué dans le réservoir d'adjuvant (12) et présente une section à nervures radiales (55), et en ce qu'un bouchon (59) est monté dans le col (57) du réservoir d'adjuvant, en appui contre les bords libres des nervures (55), au moyen d'organes de fixation indémontables (62), comporte une ouverture (65) située au-dessus et à l'aplomb de l'extrémité supérieure (67) du piston (22), et est déplaçable entre une position haute dans laquelle l'ouverture (65) du bouchon (59) est dégagée de l'extrémité supérieure (67) du piston (22) et constitue une ouverture de remplissage d'adjuvant, ledit adjuvant s'écoulant dans le réservoir (12) par passage entre les nervures (55) de la partie supérieure (53) du piston (22), et une position basse dans laquelle l'ouverture (65) du bouchon (59) est obturée par l'extrémité supérieure (67) du piston (22) après remplissage du réservoir d'adjuvant (12), ledit bouchon (59) en position basse constituant un bouton de commande manuelle du piston (22).
- Fer à repasser selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pompe (15), le réservoir d'adjuvant (12) et le dispositif de pulvérisation (16) constituent un ensemble unitaire qui est monté amovible dans le fer (1).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble unitaire est implanté dans la partie antérieure du fer, le réservoir d'adjuvant (12) faisant au moins partiellement saillie de cette partie antérieure du fer.
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir d'adjuvant (12) est transparent.
- Fer à repasser selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'adjuvant textile (13) est un produit concentré, caractérisé en ce que le mélange du produit concentré avec l'eau est réalisé dans un rapport de dilution d'environ 1/8.
