Definitions

  • the invention relates to a vehicle for cleaning the beach with a vehicle frame, on which a front wheel axle and a rear wheel axle are arranged, and with a cleaning device for loose ground, in particular sand, which is arranged on a support frame, one between at least one lowered to the ground receiving position and a having pivoted-rest position pivotally mounted receiving area of the cleaning device, as well as with a traction drive and with a smoothing device in a rear area.
  • Such a vehicle is out of the EP 0 387 794 B1
  • the vehicle is used for beach cleaning and has a vehicle frame, on which a front wheel axle and a rear wheel axle are arranged.
  • the vehicle is driven by a hydraulic drive acting on at least one of the two axles.
  • the vehicle frame is rigid.
  • the wheels of the front wheel axle is assigned a steering
  • a beach cleaning vehicle in which a vehicle front area and a main vehicle area by a kink storage connected to each other.
  • the beach cleaning vehicle has a cleaning device whose receiving area is arranged on the front of the vehicle.
  • the DE 44 16 790 C1 discloses a street legal motor vehicle provided with four-wheel steering.
  • the four-wheel steering is used so that the vehicle can avoid obstacles without avoiding uncontrolled deflection movements of the vehicle without collision.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a vehicle of the type mentioned, which has good mobility and maneuverability.
  • the vehicle frame is subdivided into a front section and a rear section, which are connected to one another by a pivot bearing with a vertical steering axis, that the receiving area of the cleaning device - seen in the direction of travel - is arranged behind the articulated mounting in the region of the rear portion that the rear wheels of the rear wheel axle and the front wheels of the front wheel axle is associated with a steering, that the smoothing device is pivotable between a lowered to the ground operating position and a rest position, and that the smoothing device is mounted pivotably about a vertical steering axis and coupled to the rear wheel steering such that the smoothing device in a steering movement of the rear wheel steering inevitably, in particular mechanically or hydraulically, is tracked.
  • the vehicle frame is not rigid, but designed as articulated frame.
  • the vehicle has good mobility and maneuverability. Due to the good maneuverability and maneuverability by means of articulated steering defined by the articulated bearing, the vehicle can also carry out narrow, steep and abruptly changing travel paths in the direction, in particular also being used between beach baskets of a beach.
  • the rear wheel steering is designed as a steering knuckle.
  • a hydrostatic four-wheel drive is provided as drive.
  • each wheel is associated with a hydraulic motor, via a hydraulic pump unit be fed from one or two hydraulic pumps. This in turn is powered by a diesel engine.
  • an electric four-wheel drive is provided as drive. This is a very environmentally friendly variant.
  • a hybrid all-wheel drive in the form of a diesel-electric drive is provided as drive.

Such a pattern may be provided for promotional purposes. It can also be created a uniformly profiled surface for the substrate, which is aesthetically pleasing.
  • a bottom portion of the collecting container is movably mounted between a closed functional position and an emptying position releasing the container interior. This allows the collection container to be emptied without having to tilt it.
  • the collecting container is preferably articulated by means of support arms or a differently shaped holder to the chassis or in another manner releasably or permanently connected thereto.
  • the rear portion has a horizontally oriented raumverlagerbaren subframe on which the collecting container is articulated, and which is provided in particular with a platform. Due to the spatial displacement, preferably in the vehicle longitudinal direction and in the vehicle vertical direction, it is possible to empty the collecting container. If the subframe is provided with a platform, the horizontal displacement of the sub-frame advantageously allows the use of this platform as a loading platform, as the platform can also be displaced in space, e.g. when moving up, down, forward or backward, remains horizontal.
  • At least one drive means for space displacement of the subframe is provided.
  • drive means in particular at least one hydraulic actuating means in the form of at least one hydraulic cylinder is provided.
  • parallel linkage means are provided for spatial displacement of the subframe, which are operatively connected to a forced guidance means hinged to the collecting container such that when the subframe is displaced upwardly and rearwardly relative to a normal direction of travel, the collecting container is forced into its emptying position and at a space displacement of the subframe in the lowered position, the collecting container is transferred to its collection position.
  • An additional drive or adjusting means for tilting or pivoting of the collecting container is omitted by this embodiment, since the positive guide means itself derives the corresponding tilting or pivoting movement of the space displacement movement of the subframe.
  • the Parallelgelenkstoff represent a particularly simple and reliable version for spatial displacement of the subframe in a horizontal orientation.
  • a motor vehicle after the Fig. 1 to 3 which is used for beach cleaning, has a two-part vehicle frame, which is formed by a front portion 1 and a rear portion 2.
  • the front portion 1 and the rear portion 2 are connected to each other by a crease bearing 3, which forms a kink steering with vertical steering axis K.
  • the articulated bearing 3 is designed such that the front portion 1 and the rear portion 2 of the vehicle frame are horizontally pivotable about the articulation axis K to each other.
  • the articulated bearing 3 can be designed such that other degrees of freedom are not possible. Then takes place by the articulated bearing 3 a stable support with respect to fürknickschulen with horizontal bending axis or in terms of torsional movements between the front portion and the rear portion.
  • the articulated bearing 3 may be provided with damping or suspension elements, the certain compensatory movements in terms allow for torsional loads or vertical movements in order not to overload the bearing elements, especially on uneven ground. It is also possible to perform the articulated bearing 3 as a ball joint. The fact that in such a ball joint movements in different degrees of freedom are possible, all four wheels remain even when driving the motor vehicle on different sloping subsurface on the ground, without heavy loads of Knicklagerung occur.
