Abstract

Selon ce procédé, le nombre nominal de feuilles (N0) correspondant aux rames (R) définies devant être formées est introduit dans une machine destinée à sélectionner les rames (1). La machine (1) regroupe les données nécessaires pour déterminer un poids de référence (P0) et une hauteur sélectionnée (H0). Grâce à une vérification ultérieure du poids (PR) de la rame sélectionnée (R1), on peut corriger les manques ou les surplus en ajoutant ou en enlevant des feuilles. La vérification du poids (PR) de la rame (R1) peut être associée à ou remplacée par un comptage des feuilles de la rame sélectionnée (R1) par détection optique de marques (8) formées sur le côté de la pile (2) de laquelle les feuilles sont retirées. Les marques (8) sont formées sur un certain nombre de feuilles et séparées par un nombre de feuilles prédéterminé, ce qui permet le comptage lorsqu'elles sont introduites dans la machine (1).
