Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de broyage d'un matériau à broyer, notamment destiné à l'industrie de traitement de la viande. Ce dispositif comprend deux unités de coupe (A, C), qui sont chacune constituées d'une plaque perforée (9.1, 9.3) et d'une tête de coupe (10.1, 10.3), tournant avant ladite plaque et comprenant des lames de coupe (11.1, 11.3). Un écartement réglable est pourvu entre les plaques perforées respectives (9.1, 9.3) et les lames de coupe (11.1, 11.3) de la tête de coupe (10.1, 10.3). Les plaques perforées (9.1, 9.3) sont maintenues contre des butées (20.1, 20.3), à l'intérieur d'un corps de réglage commun (13). Ce corps de réglage est monté de façon réglable, axialement contre les têtes de coupe (10.1, 10.3) fixes. Les plaques perforées (9.1, 9.3) peuvent être écartées de la tête de coupe associée, de façon commune. Selon cette invention, au moins une autre plaque perforée (9.2, 9.4) doit être montée entre les deux plaques perforées (9.1, 9.3), s'appuyant contre les plaques perforées adjacentes (9.1, 9.3) par l'intermédiaire d'un anneau d'écartement (21.2, 21.4).
