Claims (10)
- Energiesparende Maschine zum Verpacken von Produkten mit Schrumpffolie, mit einer Struktur (11), die aus einer Abdeckung oder Haube (13) oder einem oberen Abschnitt der Maschine besteht, der auf einem Behälter (12) oder unterem Abschnitt angeordnet ist, um eine Kammer (15, A, B) abzugrenzen, wobei die Kammer mit mehreren Wärmequellen (21A, 21B), wenigstens einem Lüfter (20, 20A, 20B) zum Zirkulieren der durch die Wärmequellen beheizten Luft, wenigstens einer Transport- und Stützgruppe (22, 22A, 22B) eines zu verpackenden Produkts (23) und einer Einrichtung zum Schneiden und Wärmeversiegeln der Folie ausgerüstet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Trennwand (17, 18) in der Haube (13) und/oder dem Behälter (12) in einer Position angeordnet ist, in der sie getrennte Bereiche (A, B) abgrenzt, die getrennt voneinander benutzt werden können, und die Entfernung wenigstens eines Abschnitts der Trennwand von der Position dazu führt, daß wenigstens ein Teil eines Bereichs zu dem benachbarten Bereich hinzugefügt wird, um einen vergrößerten Produktaufnahmeraum zu schaffen.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand aus einem oberen Wandabschnitt (17), der in der Haube (13) angeordnet ist, und einem unteren Wandabschnitt (18), der in dem Behälter (12) angeordnet ist, gebildet ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Wandabschnitt (17) und/oder der untere Wandabschnitt (18) entfernbar in der Maschine angeordnet sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere und/oder der obere Abschnitt der Trennwand (17, 18) bewegbar auf Gleitführungen (24, 25; 26, 12a) in der Kammer (15, A, B) angeordnet sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine den Lüfter (20) tragende Platte (26) an der Trennwand (17, 18) angeformt ist, wobei vorgesehene Sensoren oder Mikroschalter (19A, 19B) dazu ausgelegt sind, durch die Verschiebung der Trennwand (17, 18) aktiviert zu werden, wodurch wahlweise wenigstens zwei Gruppen von Widerständen (21A, 21B) aktiviert werden, die in dem Behälter (12) angeordnet sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transport- und Stützgruppe (22) horizontal innerhalb der Kammer (15, A, B) bewegbar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Paar von Widerstandsgruppen (21A, 21B) vorgesehen ist, um die Wärmequellen zu bilden.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste der Widerstandsgruppen (21A), die auf eine Einlaßöffnung der Maschine hin ausgerichtet ist, immer zusammen mit der Maschine aufgeheizt wird, um Schrumpfprozesse auszuführen, während eine zweite Gruppe (21B) zwei Widerstände (21B) gleichzeitig aktiviert, wenn die Trennwand (17, 18) das Gesamtvolumen der Kammer (15) ungefähr 2/3 teilt, und bei Überschreitung des 2/3-Verhältnisses auch der dritte Widerstand (21B) aktiviert wird.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transport- und Stützgruppe (22, 22A, 22B) vertikal (bei S, T, V, W) in der Kammer (15, A, B) bewegbar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oberer Teil (17) der Trennwand die Haube (13) in zwei getrennte Bereiche (A, B) trennt, die mittels einer externen Steuerung zusammen oder getrennt verwendbar sind.
