Claims (10)

  1. Fräswerkzeug zum Schneiden von harten Böden und klebrigen Böden, das beinhaltet:
    - einen Körper (10),
    - wenigstens einen Motor (50), der mit dem unteren Ende des Körpers (10) verbunden ist, der eine horizontale Abtriebswelle und ein im wesentlichen zylindrisches Gehäuse mit dem Durchmesser D3 aufweist,
    - eine Vielzahl von Fräselementen (40), die auf einer zylindrischen Fläche angeordnet sind, die als Achse die Antriebswelle des Motors (58) hat; und
    - Mittel zum mechanischen Verbinden zur Übertragung der Rotationsbewegung der Motorwelle auf die Fräselemente (40), umfassend
    - eine Felge (56), die einen äußeren Rand (56a), der auf einem Zylinder mit dem Durchmesser D1 angeordnet ist, auf dem die Fräselemente (40) befestigt sind, einen inneren Rand (56b), der auf einem Zylinder mit dem Durchmesser D2, der deutlich größer ist als der Durchmesser D3 des Motors, angeordnet ist und eine Dicke e, in Richtung der Motorwelle aufweist, die wesentlich kleiner ist als die Länge L des Motors (50),
    - ein Verbindungselement (54, 60), das auf dem Ende der Motorwelle befestigt ist; das Werkzeug ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur mechanischen Verbindung außerdem beinhalten:
    - wenigstens zwei Trägerelemente (62) zum mechanischen Verbinden der Felge (56) mit dem Verbindungselement (54, 60), derart, dass die Felge (56) den Motor (50) umgibt und dass sie bezüglich des Verbindungselements (54, 60) in Richtung der Welle verschoben ist, wodurch ein ringförmiger Raum (64) zwischen der Felge (56) und dem Motor (50) gebildet ist und Vertiefungen (68) zwischen der Felge (56), dem Verbindungselement (54, 60) und den Trägerelementen (62) ausgespart sind, um dem von den Fräselementen (40) abgeschnittenen, klebrigen Material einen Durchgang zu lassen.
  2. Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Mehrzahl von Motoren aufweist, wobei jeder Motor mit einer Mehrzahl von Fräselementen und mit Mitteln zur mechanischen Verbindung verbunden ist.
  3. Fräswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem wenigstens ein Abschabelement aufweist, das verbunden ist mit dem Körper des Werkzeugs, der zwischen dem Motor und der Felge, die mit diesem verbunden ist, angeordnet ist.
  4. Fräswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede Felge der äußere und innere Rand Ellipsen sind, die in derselben Ebene angeordnet sind, die bezüglich der Motorwelle, mit der sie verbunden ist, geneigt ist.
  5. Fräswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Felge aus zwei Abschnitten besteht, die jeweils einen äußeren Rand, der auf einem Zylinder mit dem Durchmesser D1 angeordnet ist, und einen inneren Rand, der auf einem Zylinder mit dem Durchmesser D2 angeordnet ist, aufweisen; wobei der innere und äußere Rand desselben Felgenabschnitts Ellipsen sind, die in derselben Ebene, die bezüglich der Motorwelle geneigt ist, angeordnet sind.
  6. Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ebenen, in denen sich die Ränder der beiden Felgenabschnitte befinden, parallel zueinander sind.
  7. Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ebenen, in denen sich die Ränder der beiden Felgenabschnitte befinden, symmetrisch bezüglich einer orthogonal zur Motorwelle verlaufenden Ebene sind.
  8. Fräswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder der Felge die Form von schraubenlinienförmigen Abschnitten haben.
  9. Fräswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Fräselement eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Form aufweist, deren erstes spitz zulaufendes Ende mit einer Schneidescheibe ausgestattet ist, und deren anderes Ende zu seiner Befestigung auf dem äußeren Rand der Felge dient.
  10. Fräswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Vielzahl von Trägerelementen aufweist, wobei jedes Trägerelement im Wesentlichen die Form eines gebogenen Arms aufweist, der sich in einer radialen Richtung bezüglich der Motorwelle erstreckt.
