Claims (10)
- Schneidkopf eines Tunnelbohrers, der umfasst:ein Schneidrad (3), das mindestens eine Materialauslassöffnung (5) umfasst, wobei die Auslassöffnung (5) durch eine umlaufende Wand (10) abgegrenzt ist, undeinen Befestigungsring (2), wobei der Befestigungsring und das Schneidrad (3) durch eine Reihe von Armen (4) verbunden sind und zusammen eine Einschlusskammer abgrenzen, wobei die Einschlusskammer sich stromabwärts der mindestens einen Auslassöffnung (5) erstreckt,wobei der Schneidkopf (2) ferner mindestens einen Ultraschallemitter (6) umfasst, der dazu ausgestaltet ist, eine mechanische Schwingungsbewegung in einem Ultraschall-Frequenzbereich zu erzeugen, wobei der Emitter (6) derart gegen die umlaufende Wand (10) der Auslassöffnung (5) fixiert ist, dass die mechanische Schwingungsbewegung auf die umlaufende Wand (10) in Schwingung übertragen wird und ihr Reibungskoeffizienten vermindert wird.
- Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Ultraschallemitter (6) direkt an der umlaufenden Wand (10) fixiert ist.
- Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Ultraschallemitter (6) an einer Platte (7) fixiert ist, wobei die Platte (7) direkt an die umlaufende Wand (10) angestückt und daran fixiert ist.
- Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 3, wobei eine Rille in der Platte (7) gebildet ist, derart, dass ihre Dicke lokal vermindert ist, und der Emitter (6) zumindest teilweise in der Rille untergebracht ist.
- Schneidkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der mindestens eine Emitter (6) dazu ausgestaltet ist, eine mechanische Bewegung in einem Frequenzbereich zwischen 16 kHz und 25 kHz, vorzugsweise in der Größenordnung von 19 kHz, zu erzeugen.
- Schneidkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei mindestens zwei Ultraschalemitter (6), vorzugsweise zwischen vier und zehn Ultraschallemitter (6), an der umlaufenden Wand (10) der Auslassöffnung (5) fixiert sind.
- Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Ultraschallemitter (6) dazu ausgestaltet sind, eine mechanische Schwingungsbewegung in einem Bereich mit bis auf 1% genau gleicher Ultraschallfrequenz zu erzeugen.
- Schneidkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die umlaufende Wand (10) der Öffnung zwei radiale Wände (11), die sich radial von einer Drehmitte des Schneidrads (3) erstrecken, und zwei seitliche Wände (14) aufweist, die die radialen Wände (11) verbinden, wobei der mindestens eine Emitter (6) an einer der radialen Wände (11) fixiert ist.
- Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 8, wobei die radiale Wand, an der der Emitter (6) fixiert ist, einen Innenrand (12) in der Nähe der Drehachse des Schneidrads (3) und einen Außenrand (13) mit Abstand von der Drehachse des Schneidrads (3) aufweist, wobei die radiale Wand eine bestimmte Länge zwischen dem Innenrand (12) und dem Außenrand (13) aufweist und der Emitter (6) in einem Abstand von dem Innenrand (11) fixiert ist, der zwischen 5% und 50% der vorbestimmten Länge beträgt.
- Schneidkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der mindestens eine Emitter (6) an der umlaufenden Wand (10) zwischen zwei benachbarten Armen (4) fixiert ist.
