- les figures 3A-3D sont des vues relatives au dispositif selon un second mode de réalisation de l'invention ; et
- les figures 4A-4D sont des vues relatives au dispositif selon un troisième mode de réalisation de l'invention.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif (1) pour le conditionnement et la distribution sous pression d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, comprenant un récipient (2) contenant le produit sous pression, ledit récipient étant équipé d'une valve (5) de type à basculement et d'une tête de distribution (10) pour l'actionnement de la valve (5) et la distribution du produit au travers d'au moins un orifice (11), la tête de distribution étant configurée de manière à ce que l'actionnement de la valve (5) ne puisse être obtenu qu'en réponse à une pression exercée latéralement à ladite valve (5).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la tête de distribution (10) comporte des moyens (14, 15) pour en assurer la fixation sur le récipient, l'orifice de distribution (11) débouchant dans une portion de la tête, immobile axialement par rapport au récipient (2).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le récipient (2) est d'axe X, ledit orifice (11) étant disposé dans l'axe X du récipient.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le récipient (2) est d'axe X, ledit orifice (11) étant disposé en dehors dudit axe X.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que la tête de distribution (10) est montée par encliquetage sur le récipient.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que la tête de distribution (10) comporte au moins une surface d'appui (12) pour l'actionnement de la valve (5), ladite (ou lesdites) surface(s) d'appui (12) étant apte(s) à fléchir autour d'une zone de la tête de distribution (10) située au voisinage de l'orifice de distribution.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la tête de distribution (10) comporte au moins une surface d'appui (12) pour l'actionnement de la valve, ladite (ou lesdites) surface(s) d'appui (12) étant apte(s) à fléchir autour d'une zone (19) de la tête de distribution située à l'opposé de l'orifice de distribution (11).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) surface(s) d'appui (12) est (sont) solidaire(s) via un élément de couplage (16), d'une portion de la tête de distribution dans laquelle est ménagée un canal (13) débouchant sur l'orifice de distribution (11), ladite portion étant apte à venir en engagement, notamment par emmanchement à force, avec une tige de valve (3).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) surface(s) d'appui (12) est (sont) apte(s) à passer, notamment par pivot autour d'un axe, d'une première position, dite de moulage, dans laquelle un élément de couplage (16) est à distance d'une portion de la tête de distribution dans laquelle est ménagée un canal (13) débouchant sur l'orifice de distribution (11), à une seconde position, dite de fonctionnement, dans laquelle ledit élément de couplage (16) est apte, en réponse à une pression exercée latéralement à ladite valve (5) sur une surface d'appui (12), à venir en engagement avec ladite portion de tête de distribution, et à provoquer l'actionnement de la valve (5).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un capuchon (6), pour coiffer de manière amovible ladite tête de distribution.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (6) comprend un organe (7) apte à s'appliquer de manière étanche contre l'orifice de distribution (11).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un produit cosmétique, notamment d'un produit capillaire, d'hygiène corporelle, de maquillage, de soin, ou de protection contre les effets du soleil.
