- la figure 4 montre une vue agrandie en coupe longitudinale des moyens d'obturation en position de repos ;
- la figure 5 représente une vue en coupe longitudinale des moyens d'obturation en position de distribution.
Claims (13)
- Tête (4) pour la distribution d'un produit (P) sous pression, comprenant :a) des moyens de distribution (20) destinés à être montés sur une pompe ou une valve (30), surmontant un réservoir (2) contenant le produit, et définissant un canal de sortie (34) du produit, débouchant sur au moins un orifice de distribution (22) ;b) des moyens d'actionnement rigides ou semi-rigides (16), mobiles par rapport aux moyens de distribution, les moyens d'actionnement étant aptes à venir en engagement avec les moyens de distribution pour faire passer ces derniers d'une position de fermeture à une position de distribution dans laquelle le canal de sortie (34) est en communication avec ledit réservoir (2) ;c) des moyens d'obturation (18), solidaires des moyens d'actionnement (16) et aptes à passer, en réponse à une pression exercée sur les moyens d'actionnement (16), d'une première position dans laquelle ils obturent de manière étanche ledit (ou lesdits) orifice(s) (22) à une seconde position dans laquelle ledit (ou lesdits) orifice(s) sont dégagés de manière à permettre la sortie du produit sous pression, lesdits moyens d'obturation (18) étant formés d'un matériau élastiquement déformable de manière à pouvoir revenir, par rappel élastique, dans ladite première position lorsque cesse la pression d'actionnement.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'actionnement (16) sont mobiles axialement sur une course supérieure à la course des moyens de distribution (20), le retour des moyens d'actionnement (16) en position de repos se faisant d'une part par la force de rappel exercée par des moyens élastiques de la pompe ou de la valve, et d'autre part sous l'action de rappel élastique générée par les moyens d'obturation (18).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'actionnement (16) et les moyens de distribution (20) sont agencés de sorte qu'une pression d'actionnement provoque dans un premier temps le passage des moyens d'obturation (18) de la première à la seconde position, puis, dans un second temps, la mise en communication du canal de sortie (34) avec ledit réservoir (2), lesdits moyens de distribution revenant de la position de distribution à la position de fermeture, sous l'effet d'une force de rappel générée par les moyens élastiques de la pompe ou de la valve.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'obturation (18) assurent en outre, dans ladite seconde position, une étanchéité entre les moyens de distribution (20) et les moyens d'actionnement (16).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'actionnement (16) présentent une portion annulaire entourant les moyens de distribution et dont une extrémité libre est située sensiblement au voisinage du (ou des) orifice(s) de distribution, lesdits moyens d'obturation étant formés d'un organe annulaire monté à l'intérieur de ladite portion annulaire des moyens d'actionnement, lesdits moyens d'actionnement (16) étant montés à coulisse par rapport aux moyens de distribution (20).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement (16) et lesdits moyens d'obturation (18) sont réalisés par bi-injection d'un premier et d'un second matériau thermoplastiques compatibles physico-chimiquement.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier matériau est constitué d'un polyéthylène, ou d'un polypropylène, et en ce que le second matériau est constitué d'un élastomère choisi dans le groupe des copolymères propylène/éthylène ; des polyéther blocamides ; des polyvinyles ; des terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; des polymères de styrène-butadiène séquencés (SBS) ; des polymères de styrène-éthylènebutadiène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; des polyuréthanes thermoplastiques ; des mélanges de polypropylène avec l'un des élastomères suivants : polymères de styrène-éthylène-butadiène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; polymères de styrène-butadiène séquencés (SBS).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7 caractérisée en ce que ledit organe annulaire définit une jupe (18b) dont un bord libre (19) assure, dans ladite seconde position, l'étanchéité entre les moyens d'actionnement (16) et les moyens de distribution (20).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le (ou les) orifice(s) de sortie (22) débouchent perpendiculairement au canal de sortie (34).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une partie (6) destinée à sa fixation sur le réservoir, ladite partie étant solidaire des moyens d'actionnement (16) via une zone d'articulation (14).
- Ensemble de conditionnement sous pression comportant un réservoir (2) pour un produit liquide (P) à distribuer et muni d'une valve (30) ou une pompe, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'une tête de distribution (4) conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Ensemble de conditionnement selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'une valve (30) à tige émergente (32) en communication avec les moyens de distribution (20), ledit produit contenu dans le réservoir étant mis sous pression au moyen notamment d'un gaz propulseur.
- Utilisation d'un ensemble de conditionnement (1) selon la revendication 11 ou 12 pour la distribution d'un gel auto-moussant, une mousse ou un produit de coloration capillaire.
