Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour la rotation des soupapes afin de produire des rotations d'une soupape de moteur d'un moteur à combustion pendant ses mouvements d'ouverture ou de fermeture, comportant un corps de base (1) comprenant la tige de soupape et relié à celle-ci de manière à transmettre une force, lequel corps de base est pourvu de plusieurs poches (2) orientées dans la direction circonférentielle afin de recevoir des éléments roulants prétensionnés par des ressorts tangentiels (16), comportant un couvercle (5) servant en même temps de support au ressort de soupape et comportant une rondelle Belleville (4) serrée entre le corps de base (1) et le couvercle (5) faisant office de dispositif de transmission de la force ou de stockage d'énergie en vue des rotations de soupape à effectuer, moyennant quoi le corps de base (1) et le couvercle (5) sont constitués de pièces de tôle façonnées et moyennant quoi le corps de base (1) est constitué d'une pièce de tôle pressée en forme de cône avec un bord périphérique en forme de collet (1b), dans lequel les poches des éléments roulants (2) sont enfoncées,
caractérisé en ce que
des éléments de construction (14) simples, maintenant en position les ressorts tangentiels (16), séparés du corps de base (1), qui sont réalisés comme des pièces de tôle pressées, sont coordonnés aux espaces libres disposés entre les poches des éléments roulants (2) du corps de base (1). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le façonnage est limité aux surfaces fonctionnelles essentielles, c'est à dire le cône (1a), le couvercle (5) comportant un support de rondelle Belleville (10) et la voie de roulement des éléments roulants.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que au moins le corps de base (1) et le couvercle (5) sont constitués d'un plastique durcissable.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des surfaces fonctionnelles individuelles sont traitées ou revêtues de manière à empêcher l'usure.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) est pourvu d'éléments fonctionnels répartis uniformément sur sa circonférence sous la forme de languettes ou de segments ou de prolongements façonnés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que un anneau de soutien (12) séparé, reposant sur le corps de base est prévu avec des éléments pour soutenir et guider les ressorts tangentiels (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau de soutien (12) est relié au corps de base (1) par une bosse de soudure (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau de soutien (12) ou d'autres éléments de construction de formes simples augmentent la rigidité et sont reliés au corps de base (1) par emboîtage ou soudure.
