Description
Claims (11)
- Flexible elektrische Leitung mit einer Kabelseele aus mehreren miteinander verseilten isolierten Leitern (2,3,4,5,6,7), einem die Verseilzwickel ausfüllenden Innenmantel (13), einer auf dem Innenmantel (13) aufliegenden Bewicklung (14), einem Armierungsgeflecht (15) mit einer optischen Bedeckung von 30 - 80 % sowie einem die Zwischenräume des Armierungsgeflechtes (15) durchdringenden Außenmantel (16) aus Kunststoff.
- Flexible Leitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiter (2) mit optimiertem Drall bündelverseilt sind.
- Flexible Leitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiter auf ein zentrales Zug- und stauchstabiles Kernelement (1) mit optimiertem Drall aufgeseilt sind.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Verseilzwickeln zug- und stauchstabile langgestreckte Elemente angeordnet sind.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenmantel (13) aus thermoplastischem Polyurethan besteht.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zug- und stauchstabile Kernelement (1) ein Stahlseil (1a) mit einer kompressiblen Hülle (1b) ist.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewicklung (14) aus einem Faservlies besteht.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenmantel (16) aus thermoplastischem Polyurethan besteht.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierungselemente (17) hochfeste Stahldrähte sind.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierungselemente (17) aus Polyaramidfäden bestehen, die in einer Matrix aus Polyamid eingebettet sind.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierungselemente (17) durch mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete Stahldrähte (18) und/oder in einer Matrix aus Polyamid befindliche Polyaramidfäden (18), die von einer Hülle (19) aus Polyamid umgeben sind, gebildet sind.
