Abstract

Die Herstellung eines Core-Garns (46) mittels Fluidtechnik wird mit einer Vorrichtung gemäss Erfindung durchgeführt. Die Vorrichtung umfasst im Wesentlichen einen Faserführungskanal (13) mit einer Faserführungsfläche (28) zur Führung der Fasern (F) des Faserverbands und eine Führungsvorrichtung zur Führung des Endlosfadens (C) in eine Einlassmündung (35) eines Garnführungskanals (7, 45), und eine Fluideinrichtung zur Erzeugung einer Wirbelströmung um die Einlassmündung (35) des Garführungskanals (7, 45). Weiter umfasst sie zur Faserführungsfläche (28) zusätzlich eine in einem Fadenführungsmittel (4) enthaltene Führung (5) für mindestens einen Endlosfaden (C), sodass dieser mindestens eine Endlosfaden (C) von den Fasern (F) an der Spindel (6, 32) umsponnen werden kann. Die Führung (5) ist entweder eine der Faserführungsfläche (28) zugeordnete Nut (5.1), eine unter der Faserführungsfläche (28) angeordnete Bohrung (5.2) oder ein einzelnes oder zu einer Nut (5.1) oder Bohrung (5.2) kombiniertes, im Fadenführungsmittel (4) eingebrachtes röhrähnliches Element (5c), wobei die Achse von Nut (5.1), Bohrung (5.2) und rohrähnlichem Element (5c) mit der Achse des Garnführungskanals (7, 45) fluchten.

A core yarn (46) is produced using fluid technology using a device according to the invention. The device essentially comprises a fiber guide channel (13) with a fiber guide surface (28) for guiding the fibers (F) of the fiber assembly and a guide device for guiding the continuous thread (C) into an inlet opening (35) of a yarn guide channel (7, 45), and a fluid device for generating a vortex flow around the inlet mouth (35) of the cooking guide channel (7, 45).
