Definitions
- the invention relates to a lifting device according to claim 1.
- Lifting devices that are based on a scissor mechanism are known and in the wide variety of training variants widely used. Lifting devices are also known, whose scissors - preferably arranged at an angle of 90 ° to each other - one form a square tower. German patent specification 910114 has such a design Lifting device to the object.
- the disadvantage here is that the driving forces at right angles to Lifting direction can be applied to each of the four lifting scissors with the result that a relative high effort, combined with the use of weight and cost-increasing Mechanical parts are required and a considerable amount of space is required within the lifting device exists, e.g. the often required lifting or lowering of a load from the floor or not on the floor.
- the object of the invention is to provide a lifting device of the type mentioned in the introduction, which makes it possible with only two lifting scissors and already relatively small Force and mechanical effort the objects to be handled between a footprint and to move a maximum stroke vertically.
- a force on the Scissor arms of a scissor cross is applied, can be connected to it Transfer scissor crosses even if they are connected by a corner. There is little considerable whether the scissor crosses are directly and closely adjacent, e.g. by means of common Pivot pins are coupled, or whether they are indirect and spaced e.g. about common Guide elements are connected.
- such a lifting device can be used advantageous, e.g. use on a pallet truck.
- two lifting shears each consisting of two shear crosses arranged one above the other to form and perpendicular to each other between two parallel, torsionally rigid
- the upper and lower scissor ends of the lifting scissors on the corresponding support bars of the guide frame fixed swiveling and the diverging swiveling and sliding to be ordered.
- the forces of the drive device for example one operated manually or by a motor Screw jacks or hydraulic cylinders are advantageous in the ends of an im Angled pair of scissors cross initiated.
- Other arrangements e.g. between Guide frame and scissor cross center, or between two superimposed Scissor cross centers are equally possible.
- several Lifting scissors lined up next to each other, multiple angled, open or closed lifting devices form with a common drive device or several, synchronously controlled Drive devices.
- At least three lifting scissors via central connecting elements are connected in a star shape.
- the inside can on the connecting elements pointing scissor arm ends either on a common Intersection of their longitudinal center lines aligned or tangential to the connecting elements be arranged.
- the free ends of the lower scissor crosses will be slidably or rollably guided on or in guide elements, preferably on one stable floor frames are arranged.
- the free ends of the upper scissor crosses are also guided in guide elements in accordance with the above description, which are arranged on the underside, for example a cover or worktop.
- the swivel mechanism of the lifting shears means that the horizontal increases with increasing height Distance between the downwards directed against the ground contact area, or the up, e.g. scissor arm ends pointing towards the working platform the lower or upper scissor crosses of the lifting device decreases, resulting in reduced Stability can result.
- the invention proposed, preferably at least on the lower scissor crosses of the lifting device to arrange a scissors cross as support scissors, which is independent of the vertically movable Can lift scissors move in a horizontal longitudinal extent.
- FIG. 1 shows an example of a lifting device 1 placed on the contact surface 10 is formed from the lifting shears 2 and 3 arranged at an angle of 90 ° to one another, wherein the lifting scissors 2 from a scissor cross and the lifting scissors 3 from two scissor crosses 4, 5 exists.
- the scissor arms 6, 7 of the lifting shear 2 are with the scissor arms 9.1 and 9 coupled vertically pivotably via connecting elements 13 and 14.
- the drive device 18 an electric motor with integrated spindle nut and not rotating Trapezoidal screw, stands by means of the transmission elements 11, 12 with the scissor arms 8.1 and 9, 9.1 in such a way that by actuating the drive device 18 a driving force A acts on the lifting shears 4 with which all three shear crosses - and thus the entire lifting device - are pivotable in the lifting direction H.
- FIG. 2 and Fig. 3 one of the design and application possibilities of the invention Lifting device shown using the example of a scissor lift truck.
- Two, each two upper scissor crosses and two lower scissor crosses 2 and 3 are perpendicular to each other between the guide bars 21 and 22, respectively an upper support frame 19 and a lower support frame 20 are arranged.
- the right angle mutually facing upper and lower scissor stay ends are at the Guide bars 21, 22 are pivotally fixed, the opposite scissor stay ends guided swivel-slide.
- the right angle to each other middle scissor stay ends of the lifting scissors 2, 3 are via a connecting element 15 coupled, which also functions as a transmission element 12 for the driving force according to Fig.1.
- the support frames 19, 20 are spaced apart vertically apart in parallel. or merged, even if, as shown here, between the guide rails 23 of the upper and lower support frame 19, 20 no lifting shears is provided.
- a container 34 is indicated, which is between the driving plane E and the maximum stroke is movable.
- FIG. 6 shows, again in a simplified representation and in a vertical section, one as a working platform trained lifting device 1 with four lifting scissors 2, the arrangement of which approximately in Fig. 4 corresponds, with only those that are in alignment laterally of the center line M, mirror image identically constructed lifting scissors 2 are shown.
- Each of the lifting scissors 2. which are arranged between the floor platform 31 and the work platform 32 from five superimposed scissor crosses. The lower scissor crosses are with their scissor arms 9 pivotable on a combined transmission and connecting element 26 articulated.
- An electric motor 27, its driving force, is flanged onto it by means of a gear via a trapezoidal threaded spindle 28 and a spindle nut in the transmission and connecting element 29 is initiated, on which the scissor arms 8 the lower scissor crosses and the scissor arms 9 arranged above Scissor crosses are pivotally articulated.
- the free ends of the scissor arms 8 lower scissor crosses are equipped with rollers 30, which are in groove-like recesses the floor platform 31 are guided.
- the working platform 32 has on its underside in Central arrangement on a connecting element 33 on which the scissor arms 9 of the upper Scissor crosses are pivotally articulated. In groove-shaped recesses in turn, the rollers 30 are guided, on which the work platform 32 is supported.
