Claims (14)
- Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung mit einem Fixierabschnitt (20), der ein Gehäuse (25) mit zwei Seiten und einem Boden und eine Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) in einer Schwenkverbindung gelagert ist, wodurch die Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) in Bezug zum Gehäuse (25) drehbar ist, ohne die Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) aus dem Gehäuse (25) ausbauen zu müssen. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) durch einen lösbaren Verriegelungsmechanismus gegen Drehung gesichert ist, wenn sich die Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) in dem Gehäuse (25) in einer Betriebsstellung befindet. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) folgendes umfasst:einen Rahmen (32) mit zwei Seiten und einem Boden;eine Dochtwalze (31) mit einer Achse, wobei die Dochtwalze (31) drehbar in dem Rahmen (32) gehaltert ist. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkverbindung folgendes umfasst:eine Vielzahl beabstandeter Laschen (55), die an dem Boden des Rahmens (32) befestigt sind und sich von diesem aus erstrecken; undeine Vielzahl beabstandeter Schlitze (41), die entlang dem Boden des Gehäuses (25) ausgebildet sind, wobei jeder der beabstandeten Schlitze (41) des Gehäuses (25) darauf ausgelegt ist, eine entsprechende Lasche (55) entfernbar in den Rahmen (32) aufzunehmen, wobei der Rahmen (32) in Bezug zu dem Gehäuse (25) drehbar ist oder vollständig daraus ausbaubar ist. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der beabstandeten Laschen (55) folgendes umfasst:zwei Laschen (55), von denen eine an dem Boden des Rahmens (32) in Nähe der jeweiligen Seite des Rahmen (32) befestigt ist. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der beabstandeten Laschen (55) folgendes umfasst:zwei Laschen (55), von denen eine in dem Boden des Rahmens (32) in Nähe der jeweiligen Seite des Gehäuses (25) ausgebildet ist, wobei die beiden Laschen (55) an dem Rahmen (32) auf die entsprechenden beiden Schlitze (41) des Gehäuses (25) ausgerichtet sind und von denen aufgenommen werden. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) folgendes umfasst:zwei Halterungen (33), wobei eine der beiden Halterungen (33) schwenkbar an einer entsprechenden Seite des Rahmens (32) aufgehängt ist, und wobei jede der beiden Halterungen (33) offen ist, um ein entsprechendes Ende der Dochtwalzenachse aufzunehmen und wobei die Dochtwalze (31) frei in diese Halterungen (33) einsetzbar und daraus entnehmbar ist. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (25) folgendes umfasst:zwei Verriegelungsstifte (44), von denen einer an einer entsprechenden Seite des Gehäuses (25) befestigt ist;und eine langgestreckte Verriegelungsleiste (45), die an dem Rahmen (32) gehaltert und darauf ausgelegt ist, in verriegelter Stellung in die beiden Verriegelungsstifte (44) einzugreifen und in entriegelter Stellung den Eingriff mit den Verriegelungsstiften (44) zu lösen. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsleiste (45) zudem folgendes umfasst:zwei schlüssellochförmige Öffnungen, von denen eine in Nähe eines entsprechenden Endes der Verriegelungsleiste (45) ausgebildet ist, wobei jede schlüssellochförmige Öffnung zur Aufnahme einer der beiden Verriegelungsstifte (44) ausgelegt ist. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entriegelbare Verriegelungsmechanismus zudem folgendes umfasst:einen drehbar an dem Rahmen (32) angeordneten Griff (50), der zwischen der verriegelten Stellung und der unverriegelten Stellung bewegbar ist. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, die zudem folgendes umfasst:ein Verriegelungselement, das durch den Rahmen (32) und in das Gehäuse (25) geführt ist, um den Rahmen (32) mit dem Gehäuse (25) starr zu verbinden, wenn sich der Verriegelungsmechanismus in seiner verriegelten Stellung befindet, um dadurch ein unbeabsichtigtes Drehen des Rahmens (32) in Bezug zu dem Gehäuse (25) zu vermeiden.
- Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8-11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement in das Gehäuse (25) eingeschraubt ist. - Elektrofotografische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-12, die folgendes umfasst:eine abnehmbare Abdeckung (60), die lösbar über der Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) befestigt ist, wenn sich die Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) in der verriegelten Stellung in dem Gehäuse (25) befindet.
- Verfahren zum Warten/Instandsetzen einer Dochtwalze (31) innerhalb einer Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30), die in dem Gehäuse (25) eines Fixierabschnitts (20) einer elektrofotografischen Vorrichtung (10) angeordnet ist, wobei das Verfahren folgendes umfasst:Entriegeln der Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) von dem Gehäuse (25);Drehen der Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) weg von dem Gehäuse (25), ohne die Dochtwalzenbaugruppe (30) auszubauen; undAusbauen der Dochtwalze (31) aus dem Rahmen (32).
