Claims (18)
- Scharnier mit Türen oder Klappen (10) von Möbeln und Behältern, insbesondere von Küchenmöbeln, mit einem mit dem Korpus des Möbelstückes verbindbaren Korpusbeschlagskörper (30) sowie einem mit der Tür oder Klappe (10) verbindbaren Türbeschlagskörper (20),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erster (50) und ein zweiter Hebel (60) vorgesehen sind, die beide mit dem Türbeschlagskörper (20) sowie mit einem an dem Korpusbeschlagskörper (30) angelenkten Gelenkhebel (40) schwenkbar in Verbindung stehen
und daß wenigstens ein Dämpfungselement vorgesehen ist, durch das zumindest im Bereich der Schließstellung des Scharniers auf wenigstens einen der Hebel eine der Hebelbewegung beim Schließvorgang des Scharnieres entgegengerichtete Kraft ausgeübt wird. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch das wenigstens eine Dämpfungselement auf den zweiten Hebel (60) eine der Hebelbewegung beim Schließvorgang des Scharnieres entgegengerichtete Kraft ausgeübt wird.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämpfungselement durch einen an dem Korpusbeschlagskörper (30) angelenkten und mit dem ersten (50) oder zweiten Hebel (60) schwenkbar in Verbindung stehenden weiteren Hebel sowie durch Mittel zur Dämpfung der Bewegung des weiteren Hebels gebildet wird.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere Hebel als Zahnscheibe (70) ausgeführt ist, und die Mittel zur Dämpfung als Rotationsdämpfer (80) mit Freilauf ausgeführt sind, dessen Verzahnung zumindest im Bereich der Schließstellung des Scharniers mit der Verzahnung (72) der Zahnscheibe (70) derart in Eingriff steht, daß der Rotationsdämpfer (80) bei Verschwenken der Zahnscheibe (70) eine Drehbewegung erfährt, wobei die Drehbewegung des Rotationsdämpfers (80) beim Schließen des Scharniers gedämpft ist und der Rotationsdämpfer beim Öffnen des Scharniers im Freilauf dreht.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen dem Anlenkpunkt (54, 64) am Gelenkhebel (40) und dem Anlenkpunkt (52, 62) am Türbeschlagskörper (20) bei dem ersten (50) und dem zweiten Hebel (60) unterschiedlich ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämpfungselement als Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (90) ausgeführt ist, die derart angeordnet ist, daß deren Kolben (92) beim Schließen des Scharniers vor Erreichen der Schließstellung mittelbar oder unmittelbar durch einen der Hebel in den Zylinder bewegt wird.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (90) derart angeordnet ist, daß der Kolben (92) mittelbar oder unmittelbar von der Zahnscheibe (70) oder dem damit schwenkbar in Verbindung stehenden ersten (50) oder zweiten Hebel (60) in den Zylinder bewegt wird.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Endbereich der Zahnscheibe (70) eine Scheibe (74) vorgesehen ist, mittels derer der Kolben (92) der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (90) in den Zylinder bewegt wird.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkhebel (40) eine Feder (42) aufweist, die auf den Gelenkhebel (40) eine in Öffnungsrichtung des Scharniers wirkende Kraft ausübt.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei voneinander beabstandete Gelenkhebel (40) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen sich eine oder mehrere Windungen der Feder (42) befinden.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die Bewegung des Gelenkhebels (40) begrenzendes Anschlagelement (38) vorgesehen ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Hebel (60) ein U-förmiges Querschnittsprofil aufweist, zwischen dessen Schenkeln der oder die Gelenkhebel (40), der erste Hebel (50) sowie die Zahnscheibe (70) teilweise oder vollständig aufnehmbar sind.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Korpusbeschlagskörper (30) zwei voneinander beabstandete Seitenplatten (32, 34) aufweist, zwischen denen der oder die Gelenkhebel (40), der erste (50) sowie der zweite Hebel (60), die Zahnscheibe (70) sowie der Türbeschlagskörper (20) aufnehmbar sind.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer der Seitenplatten (32, 34) ein Befestigungselement (36) für die Feder (42) des Gelenkhebels (40) angeordnet ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer der Seitenplatten (31, 34) der Rotationsdämpfer (80) montiert ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türbeschlagskörper (20) ein U-förmiges Querschnittsprofil aufweist, dessen Schenkel von dem zweiten Hebel (60) umfaßt sind und zwischen dessen Schenkeln der erste Hebel (50) angelenkt ist.
- Möbelstück oder Behälter mit einer mittels eines Scharniers bewegbaren Tür oder Klappe (10),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erster (50) und ein zweiter Hebel (60) vorgesehen sind, die beide mit der Tür oder Klappe (10) oder einem Türbeschlagskörper (20) sowie mit einem an dem Korpus oder einem Korpusbeschlagskörper (30) angelenkten Gelenkhebel (40) schwenkbar in Verbindung stehen, und daß wenigstens ein Dämpfungselement vorgesehen ist, durch das zumindest im Bereich der Schließstellung des Scharniers auf wenigstens einen Hebel eine der Hebelbewegung beim Schließvorgang des Scharniers entgegengerichtete Kraft ausgeübt wird. - Möbelstück oder Behälter nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 16 ausgeführt ist.
